Myconian Avaton, Mykonos, a Member of Design Hotels in Elia

First I want to say that the staff is unbelievable, extremely hospitable, super helpful, always present. They’re great. They also helped us book dinner reservations, sailing excursions, etc. They helped us when we had a snafu with our arrival. I have never experienced a more accommodating concierge team in my life.

The rooms are also spectacular especially with the views.

The beach is really nice - very comfortable beach chairs - the most luxurious ones I’ve seen and great service.

The breakfast is the best ever and has so much variety - gluten free options, turkey bacon, pancakes, sweets, savories - you name it. I especially loved their cherry juice.

We will definitely come back, it is a very relaxing hotel. Great for couples or families - they were equally accommodating to both!

A unique hotel with incredible views and truly 5-star service from the entire staff, who are extremely polite and always smiling. A fantastic breakfast, exceptional rooms, and twice-daily towel changes are rare even in the best hotels.

Oh, if only I could start with this review. What a beautiful view here! It's so beautiful because it's located on a hill. The rooms are a very good size and offer more than standard rooms. Don't forget that every inch of the resort has been thought through to the last detail. The staff is wonderful; they seem happy and well-cared for by the management. The food here is worth taking seriously because it's truly good. 😃 Enjoy your time here, my loves.

We had a wonderful stay at Avaton. We appreciated the wonderful care provided by all the staff. We also loved that we could use the restaurants and bars of other Myconian hotels nearby. The food was excellent, and the views from the room and pool were stunning. The shuttle to the beach and other hotels was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent service and hospitality!

Recently spent 3 nights here as part of our honeymoon (done 7 nights in Santorini and then 3 nights in Athens). This hotel was definitely worth a 5 star review! ALL staff were continuously professional with outstanding service. Hotel room was more than luxurious! Very clean! We spent a lot of time in the hotel (hotel provided own taxi service down to beach with own sunbeds which was nice and enjoyed that). Hotel also provided free shuttle bus to the old town (check bus times as we forgot and missed it and was quite a wait until later one so we got a taxi which cost about 40 euros) but that was our fault and then we got the shuttle back. Hotel provided a QR code to easily find where you need to get shuttle from.
Loved the pool area! Loved having music and really comfy sunbeds and seating. Views were incredible. Hot tubs as well as very nice pool. Drinks and food service at pool which was great. Hotel is part of a group of close hotels providing free taxi service to dine in others which we did one night. Cocktail prices little pricey here but everything else reasonably priced including the room! We left early in morning and hotel provided breakfast boxes for us to take which was handy. Would highly recommend and had an unforgettable stay!

It was amazing time in the Avaton hotel! The staff was nice and helpful, room was cleaned twice a day, drinks were good. The swimming pool is awesome!
We also rented the car to explore and discover more places on the island. Highly recommend for everyone. I hope we will get back one day :)! Thank you!

I must say, this has been the most exceptional vacation I have ever experienced. Having traveled to numerous destinations, I can confidently say that it is not just the beauty of this place that makes it special, but also the extraordinary staff. The team here is incredibly welcoming, caring, loving, and personable.

I had the pleasure of meeting the remarkable manager, Effie, at the front desk, who was not only stunning inside and out but also went above and beyond to assist us with our daughter. Additionally, we had the pleasure of getting to know a lovely couple, Alex and Caterina, who consistently helped us with our daughter, entertained her, and attended to her needs.

If I ever have the opportunity to return to Greece, this is the only place I will consider staying. I feel like I have gained a new family that I will never forget. My heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for accommodating us in every way possible and to those individuals who consistently strive to make this hotel a truly remarkable place to stay.

The Incredible experience ! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, offering a sweeping panorama of the island, especially stunning at sunset when the colors lit up the sky. The pool provided a serene oasis where I could relax while taking in the incredible views. The staff at Myconian Avaton were outstanding—warm, helpful, and very attentive. Dining was a highlight as well, with a menu featuring fresh, local ingredients. Each dish was a delightful culinary experience in a charming setting. Everyone should visit, as it’s the best collection on Mykonos Island.

Best poolside ever! Blue starry pool with red umbrella makes a distinguished contrast. Add the view of the Mediterranean sea and it's the best experience. The day look and the night look both are breathtaking!

Some rooms have a private personal jacuzzi.

It's a bit far from the old town (downtown), but the hotel has a free bus shuttle service that you can avail of.
