Nice hotel. Clean hotel .

This hotel was once a unique gem run by Anna's mother and now run by her son. It has a history of more than 30 years and shows excellent service standards. During the off-season, the hotel provides guests with warm rooms with electric fireplaces and a reasonably priced airport drop-off service. Two 500 ml bottles of mineral water are provided in the room for free, and additional bottled water can be provided on request. The water pressure is stable, hot water is sufficient, and the bedding also exudes a fresh and clean smell. The only drawback is that the sound insulation inside the hotel is slightly insufficient, but fortunately the guests around are of high quality and have never made any noise, so the overall stay experience is still very pleasant.

We had an amazing stay. Communication through the Airbnb app before check in and during the stay was amazing. Definitely recommend booking your transfer with them as the port was complete chaos. it is well located in the town of Karterados near cafe's and restaurants and shops, it is at the bottom of a steep hill which was fine for us but others may struggle. the room was huge with a big comfy bed, full bathroom, sofa and kitchenette. we were given a map upon check in with loads of helpful recommendations and tips. breakfast is €10 each for a standard continental selection which was good for us. We didn't use the pool as we crammed lots into our stay but the area always looked clean and tidy when we walked past. The local bus stop is a 10min walk for a fit person and a 15/20min walk for someone less fit due to the heat and the hill. We found walking into Fira took 20mins from the bus stop if you don't want to wait as you can't get exact times. overall couldn't be more thrilled!

very nice place, very friendly staff, strategic area because there is no confusion but you are close to all the tourist places. Breakfast costs 10 euros and for this reason we did not use it but in the room there is a kettle, a large fridge, cups, coffee, tea and sugar so you can easily eat in the room. The swimming pool is large, beautiful and sufficient for the guests who occupy the hotel. Everything is very well looked after, very clean and they are very efficient in cleaning the room where inside we also find a cutting edge television where we personally are reduced to using our netflix and prime accounts. The view also plays its part and in the room there is also a small balcony on request. In general I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend little but at the same time be comfortable

Anna Pension has an excellent team that was always very happy, providing relevant information to visit the main touristic points from Santorini, besides that, the comfort of the installation, with excellent and clean bedrooms, with a small but very convenient swimming pool and located near Thyra (20-25 mins walking). Good relation of cost & benefits. Transfers organized by the hotel was a plus (with add cost).

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, I arrived late and they left me a note outside to tell me my room number and my key was in the door. My room was a lovely colour blue with a balcony with a small chunk of the Aegean sea in view which was lovely. Annoyingly very noisy in mornings, from 4am which is the down-part of this hotel. Bathroom was small but ok (seems to be like that everywhere in Greece I've been to so far so its a fact that needs to be accepted). Great swimming pool and lounging area. I went of season (preferred for me), and staff were not always at the reception so sometimes hard to get hold of them. When you did, they provided enough information for your stay and they arranged a taxi for me back to the airport when I had finished my holiday. Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location f you want cheaper. Location is great, 20 mins walk into Fira, quiet roads and lovely coffee shops and restaurants on your way to Fira.

The room is quite clean. It's just that it takes about ten minutes to walk from the nearest station, and it's a relatively long ramp. It's a bit challenging to drag luggage. The room is clean and beautiful, and the service response is pretty good.

Our experience with Anna Pension was excellent! The staff was very welcoming and helpful with explaining the island, organising our rental ATV bike and how to get around. The room, balcony and bathroom were very clean. The bathroom could have been bigger but it was all fine. The pension has an amazing pool with available towels for the whole day which you can borrow if you want to go to the beach or just chill at the pool. Really nice staff, we needed a taxi to Fira and they offered to drive us. The only thing is that they forgot to pick us up from the port when we organised a bus transfer with them, but it was quickly resolved when we called them. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Santorini while staying at Anna Pension

We stayed here for 4 nights on our trips to Santorini. It is in a village about 20 mins walk from Fira and close to the bus stop. It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff and had a lovely swimming pool. Would definitely recommend for a reasonable stay in Santorini.

Save money and stay here instead of Oia. Although we were not on the Cliffs, we weren't far from Oia and still had a view of the water on the other side. I highly recommend renting a car (in advance) and driving around the island in addition to a tour. This is a good location close to restaurants and tour pick ups. The walls are a bit thin, so we were very happy when the people in the next room checked out (we could even hear their blow dryer) Skip breakfast at the hotel as there are many great restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Well maintained house, calm and cosy place, TV and AC equipped room, balcony view, swimming pool, restroom room for guests, eating place, friendly owner and near to airport.
