Very nice hotel , very close from the centre has everything around like supermarkets, souvenirs store, coffee store. The staff in front office, breakfast and rooftop - swimming pool are very friendly and amazing. If you looking for one value for money hotel the Oceanis hotel is a very good option. Perfect location, good price, breakfast service is good, clean rooms. only matter is parking facility, but this is common for Greece. I paid €10 for 24h to a close parking area.

Very nice place with a very artistic lobby, where you can meet anyone you wish (even for professional reasons). The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

We visited the hotel in early December 2018, the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and and was of a good size. The breakfasts were good. The Nefeli hotelbis a very good Value for money property. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Kavala..

The best location in downtown Kavala. You wouldn't ask for anything more to fully enjoy the city. Friendly staff, always doing their best to improve the services and incorporate new practices. The roof garden, operating in summer, offers a fascinating view, one you'll keep in your memory for the rest of your life.

Stayed in this hotel whilst on a group tour. Room was hot but was manageable if the air conditioning was left on during the night . View from small balcony seemed to be a busy side road however the room was quiet as you had a shutter door & normal.door so was good sound proofing from outside noise. Rooms dated, but fully functional for those, like me, on a budget. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with staff able to cope with the coach of people that were staying. Also hot things laid out in one place so you had to queue there and then queue again for other things meaning your hot food for cold. Great location though.

This location has a dream panorama, the balcony is equipped with sunshades, tables, chairs and cloth holder, from here you can see the sea, the rooms are spacious and clean, the services are very good, the daily cleaning, the towels and linen are changed, which are very clean. Ein schönes Wochenende mit Freunden in Kavala! In diesem schönen kleinen Hotel old Town in ! Es liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt Kavalas und man erreicht alles wunderbar zu Fuß . Saubere nette kleine Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass es in der Nacht schon mal etwas lauter werden kann, uns hat das aber nicht weiter gestört, ist halt mitten in der Altstadt.

This is the type of place I always try to find in cities, but it’s often out of reach price wise. Perfect location, super well kept, charming room with high ceiling, and two (!) French balconies with great views. Also, staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful. No elevator, if that’s of importance, and bathroom slightly tiny.

Great stay at Elia City House. We booked for 3 days and loved Kavala, so we stayed another 3 days. The house was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Great central location to explore the city. We also went to Thassos for a day trip. The hosts, Dimitri and Hara, were thoughtful, and most helpful. The food recommendations were excellent.

Great place - fresh air, beautiful beach, nearby one of the best cities in Greece - Kavala.

Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Area is beautiful. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes... lol after that water is cold.

A perfect location giving numerous opportunities for dining, beach choice, shopping tours etc. The only thing is that bathrooms should be definitely refurbished - I can't imagine how a guy just a bit stouter that me can use the toilet seat.

The rooms don't look like the pictures you we saw on their website. Maybe we were in rooms that were not yet renovated, but generally speaking they were not OK. The staff is extremely friendly, the breakfast is OK, the location is great, but next to the Villa there is a main road so you can't sleep with the windows open.

We had a nice and peacefull stay. The breakfast was good, the owners are very nice and understandable. There is beach 2 minutes away, but you need to cross a busy road with no walkmarks, so its kinda dangerous to do it with the kids... The beach is clean and the food at the beach bar/restaurant is good - very big dishes... :)

Great place, exceeded my expectations! We stayed with friends in an apartment for 4 people, the rooms were two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and entrances, which is super convenient. There is a large relaxation area just for the suit with jacuzzi. Hygiene is at a high level, they clean every day, put new towels. Owner of the hotel is very rude. He always shouts and do not know how to talk with customers. Breakfast is same every day and moderate. Beach is also good and they do not permit to drink anything from outside. They expect to buy everthing from their taverna.

We had a great time! Rooms are soundproof and AC is great for all night using which is very rare in Greecee where most AC aro blowing right in your head! Beach is qute, sometimes water gets dirty and sometimes is cristal clear. The seaview is mesmerizing! I love how comfortable and neat the room turned out to be! The beach is quiet, and when it comes to the sea, the water is crystal clear (you can even see tiny fish). All members of staff were courteous and provided good service.

Perfect little hotel located right on the beach. We stayed in a deluxe room, and all deluxe rooms are located on the first floor with a sea view. This hotel is direct to the sea. There is a restaurant and a beach bar too. It is the perfect place to stay if you have children or if you want to relax. The rooms are very nice . They clean and they change towels every day. I recommend it to everybody who needs to be near the sea and eat good food.

My family stay at Vournelis Beach Hotel & Spa was fabulous. Hotel has spa, its own very good restaurant and beach bar - three in one. Apartment was spacious, nice, clean and well maintened. The owner, Ms Eli was really one big hearth, helpful, always available for all we needed. She also helped me in contacts wit Greek police regarding small car crash I had in nearby accomodation. Staff very friendly and opened to answering questions and give recommendations, room was clean, cleaning was done every day, close and accessible to all points of interest in Nea Iraklitsa but at the same time quiet, close to a very well supplied supermarket . The roads are not very good organized. The confusing and the missing street signs can cause you problems with locals.
