Very nice hotel , very close from the centre has everything around like supermarkets, souvenirs store, coffee store. The staff in front office, breakfast and rooftop - swimming pool are very friendly and amazing. If you looking for one value for money hotel the Oceanis hotel is a very good option. Goog job guys 👏👏👏

Perfect location, good price, breakfast service is good, clean rooms. only matter is parking facility, but this is common for Greece. I paid €10 for 24h to a close parking area.

Nothing quality served for breakfast, everything of inferior quality even the corn flakes taste like plastic, marmalades just watery jellies, biscuits with margarine, no thing. Rooms are simple, with mini cleanliness issues here and there. The back rooms are a bit noisy from the ventilation power units. Very comfortable place. The location is great, basically you are in the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean, with great size bed. We didn’t book a room with a balcony but the staff was kind and upgraded our reservation. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, however breakfast was delicious.

Rooms dated, but fully functional for those, like me, on a budget. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with staff able to cope with the coach of people that were staying. Also hot things laid out in one place so you had to queue there and then queue again for other things meaning your hot food for cold. Great location though.

Location is good, you maybe will have a problem with the parking - they dinted have. Also the room is so dirty and noisy. A 3-star review for a 3 star hotel. First, we got on the wrong foot when they gave us a dirty room. It was supposed to be 'recently renovated' but had stains on the furniture and on the walls. Very clean hotel, nice rooms, and very good location. There is a parking lot on the other side of the road, but there is a market organized there during weekend, so you can't leave your car there on that period. However, there is a local parking spot on the left side of the hotel, a few blocks away.

Very nice place with a very artistic lobby, where you can meet anyone you wish (even for professional reasons). The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

The best location in downtown Kavala. You wouldn't ask for anything more to fully enjoy the city. Friendly staff, always doing their best to improve the services and incorporate new practices. The roof garden, operating in summer, offers a fascinating view, one you'll keep in your memory for the rest of your life.

This location has a dream panorama, the balcony is equipped with sunshades, tables, chairs and cloth holder, from here you can see the sea, the rooms are spacious and clean, the services are very good, the daily cleaning, the towels and linen are changed, which are very clean. Great stay at Elia City House. We booked for 3 days and loved Kavala, so we stayed another 3 days. The house was clean, modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Great central location to explore the city. We also went to Thassos for a day trip. The hosts, Dimitri and Hara, were thoughtful, and most helpful. The food recommendations were excellent.

The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions or offer assistance. Hotel is not bad, at the time I was there water was clear and nice. Area is beautiful. Water heater in rooms is not so good, not enough hot water for 2 people. If you need shower - you got 2 minutes... lol after that water is cold.

A perfect location giving numerous opportunities for dining, beach choice, shopping tours etc. The only thing is that bathrooms should be definitely refurbished - I can't imagine how a guy just a bit stouter that me can use the toilet seat.

Owner of the hotel is very rude. He always shouts and do not know how to talk with customers. Breakfast is same every day and moderate. Beach is also good and they do not permit to drink anything from outside. They expect to buy everthing from their taverna.

We had a great time! Rooms are soundproof and AC is great for all night using which is very rare in Greecee where most AC aro blowing right in your head! Beach is qute, sometimes water gets dirty and sometimes is cristal clear. Some tips to the manager: - When the hotel is empty, provide your guests with the best rooms, with the best view, do not limit yourself and the staff with first-floor-restaurant-view rooms, even if your guests come from Bulgaria; - Buy new bath towels!!! The seaview is mesmerizing! I love how comfortable and neat the room turned out to be! The beach is quiet, and when it comes to the sea, the water is crystal clear (you can even see tiny fish). All members of staff were courteous and provided good service.

Nice room, small (not smart) TV, the food at the restaurant wasn't great, but the staff was friendly enough. They only played music at the beach 1 of the 7 days I was there. When I asked if they could play music again, the bar person seemed not to understand me and the music wasn't turned on for the next 3 days I was there.

This hotel is direct to the sea. There is a restaurant and a beach bar too. It is the perfect place to stay if you have children or if you want to relax. The rooms are very nice . They clean and they change towels every day. I recommend it to everybody who needs to be near the sea and eat good food.

My family stay at Vournelis Beach Hotel & Spa was fabulous. Hotel has spa, its own very good restaurant and beach bar - three in one. Apartment was spacious, nice, clean and well maintened. The owner, Ms Eli was really one big hearth, helpful, always available for all we needed. She also helped me in contacts wit Greek police regarding small car crash I had in nearby accomodation. Staff very friendly and opened to answering questions and give recommendations, room was clean, cleaning was done every day, close and accessible to all points of interest in Nea Iraklitsa but at the same time quiet, close to a very well supplied supermarket . Way too expensive for the conditions offered. Booked one double-room for one night for my wife and me, end of August. The price was 89 Euro, breakfast included, to be payed on arriving at the hotel. The money were blocked in my bank account almost two weeks in advance. The hotel can hardly be given 2 stars, needs renovation, cleanness was fair, but could have been better for the price.
