Hotels in center in Kavala

Excellent breakfast buffet with great variety of savoury and sweet food. Staff very friendly. The rooms were good. Try to book a sea view room from amazing views to the sea and the old town.

The only one problem was the parking and I strongly recommend asking the employees at the reception about the places and hours of parking

If the windows of the room overlook the bay, then you will see a gorgeous view of the bay itself with fishing boats, boats and yachts standing there, as well as a magnificent view of the fortress and the Old Town

The hotel is ok, it is right in the middle of Kavala, so a very good location - with many rooms having views of the harbour area. You can walk into the area of the harbour, shops and cafe bars

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel itself, it is advertised as quite a luxury hotel and the experience was not like this. In the UK I would say it would rate maybe 3 stars, no more

The roof top eating area has good views but it was equipped a bit like a school dining hall! The choosing and getting of food for breakfast was relatively chaotic as well

Very nice hotel , very close from the centre has everything around like supermarkets, souvenirs store, coffee store. The staff in front office, breakfast and rooftop - swimming pool are very friendly and amazing

Perfect location, good price, breakfast service is good, clean rooms. only matter is parking facility, but this is common for Greece. I paid €10 for 24h to a close parking area.

If you looking for one value for money hotel the Oceanis hotel is a very good option

Rooms are simple, with mini cleanliness issues here and there. The back rooms are a bit noisy from the ventilation power units. The refurbished rooms had furniture of particle board puffed up by water

Rooms dated, but fully functional for those, like me, on a budget. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with staff able to cope with the coach of people that were staying

We stayed two nights there. The room was nice although bit dated. The location was good and the stuff very friendly. Overall for low budget I will recommend to stay there, very good value for money.

We visited the hotel in early December 2018, the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and and was of a good size. The Nefeli hotelbis a very good Value for money property

The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

The best location in downtown Kavala. You wouldn't ask for anything more to fully enjoy the city. Friendly staff, always doing their best to improve the services and incorporate new practices

It's an old hotel at the city center. The host is so nice. It has a wonderful view. It's an old hotel but the sheets and towels are perfectly clean.

The hotel is 4 minutes away from the port by walk, in the core city center, and coast-facing

She speaks correct English, and isn't disrespectful or anything, maybe just less welcoming than the topical Greek. Nothing too shocking for a Bulgarian like me. Regarding the rooms, they are old-fashioned

Surprised to read all the reviews in here, so I'll try to give a complete one for any person who'd be interested in coming to this hotel. Location-wise, you can't do better, really

Traditional building. Nicely restored. Super service even if you arrive at odd times. Right in the center and easy at walking distance to good tavernas.

The inn is very central, close to the old town and to the port. It is cozy, the owners and workers are very friendly and helpful, as well as extremely cooperative

Many parking places are available nearby during the night, or you can pay 5€ per day to reserve a parking space at a private parking lot nearby

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would expect a more luxurious room from a 5 star hotel

Although just a 2 stars hotel, it was very clean, has everything we needed, very close to the beach and port and staff has an exceptional attitude. I recommend and not only for transits.
