Well located and well maintained old hotel. It is close to everything in Kavala. You could walk to beach, major square, restaurants, shops and to the famous Monument Apostle Paul Arrival Church

Rooms dated, but fully functional for those, like me, on a budget. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, with staff able to cope with the coach of people that were staying

Also hot things laid out in one place so you had to queue there and then queue again for other things meaning your hot food for cold

I was gonna stay for only two days but I've changed my mind also people in Kavala and Esperia Hotel Staff changed my mind then I extended my booking

Location is perfect, cleanliness was not so good.

We stayed two nights there. The room was nice although bit dated. The location was good and the stuff very friendly. Overall for low budget I will recommend to stay there, very good value for money.

We visited the hotel in early December 2018, the staff was great, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and and was of a good size. The Nefeli hotelbis a very good Value for money property

The paintings of the famous Greek painter and engraver Takis Tsentemaidis provide a superb quality at the place!

Although it is a small boutique hotel, it is a facility where you will enjoy your stay thanks to its location in the city center, close to historical places, close to the ferry to Thassos, close to the seaside and thanks to Aristea who tries to help you in every way

We stayed whilst travelling to the airport at Thessonaliki good holding point but the best action in Kavala is round this hotel well fitted out and you are in the centra of what’s going on

Traditional building. Nicely restored. Super service even if you arrive at odd times. Right in the center and easy at walking distance to good tavernas.

The inn is very central, close to the old town and to the port. It is cozy, the owners and workers are very friendly and helpful, as well as extremely cooperative

This is the type of place I always try to find in cities, but it’s often out of reach price wise. Perfect location, super well kept, charming room with high ceiling, and two (!) French balconies with great views

Nice villas, very good located! Sea is in walking distance and Kavala city is only 10 minutes away! The house was really clean, quiet and the host Alex was there to answer all your questions and solve your problems!

There is beach 2 minutes away, but you need to cross a busy road with no walkmarks, so its kinda dangerous to do it with the kids. The beach is clean and the food at the beach bar/restaurant is good - very big dishes

Villa Nickolas has a very good position. It is close to the sea, but also to Kavala. The hosts were very careful with us. Knowing that we have a baby and coming out of the way have been waiting for us with snacks

Fantastic place at the heart of sunny Greece. We were welcomed , accommodated and assisted by Georgius throughout our stay- a young and very knowledgeable chap. He recommended lots of interesting places to see

Great place, exceeded my expectations! We stayed with friends in an apartment for 4 people, the rooms were two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and entrances, which is super convenient

We had breakfast and dinner, and breakfast is at a buffet table, and dinner is in a neighboring restaurant next to the hotel, and you can choose directly from the menu, very varied and tasty

The villa has its own beach and restaurant where delicious and fresh food is served. all staff are friendly and helpful, absolutely loved it

We had a great time! Rooms are soundproof and AC is great for all night using which is very rare in Greecee where most AC aro blowing right in your head! Beach is qute, sometimes water gets dirty and sometimes is cristal clear

Porto Palio Beach hotel is a fantastic place for a private summer vacation in Greece. This quiet hotel offers quality vacation time. It has its own beach, with umbrellas and sun beds reserved for the hotel's guests

For evrything else there are either stairs or downhill road. Sleep was great, beds and pillows are comfy. Angeliki is very helpfull, cleaning ladies are great. Thank you for lovely vacation

The only minuses of the hotel itself are humidity in rooms couse you can make air circulate and the fact that only thing on a ground floor is reception and restaurant

The hotel is right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds for everyone, water is shallow and lots of fish so great for children and snorkelling

Location of the hotel is 4 just becouse Palio is like in the middle of a road, nowhere to walk, the place itself is not for reccomendation

It is very beautiful here. The villa is beautiful and the host really thought of everything. The sea is almost at your feet. It is suitable for everyone and especially for families. Our dog also feels comfortable 😊 🇬🇷

Everything in the house was perfect - there are all needed equipment for the kitchen, the fireplace is great and all rooms are very comfortable. The location is great almost to the beach

The house is nice and extremely clean. They had everything they needed, all little details. And the best l is location, only three minutes walk to the beach and beach restaurant

For a peaceful holiday away from the buzz of the larger coastal beach resort, Amalia hotel and Palio are the place to be! The hotel is spotless, comfy and there aren't enough words to explain the owners' hospitality! Have been twice and will definitely come back :)

Excellent service, extremely customer oriented. Menu options a bit more limited but fine for a day at the beach with options for vegetarians, kids, and meat lovers. Clean beach, good quality sunbeds and parasols

My aperol (best in the region I have had) , food was amazing (and reasonably cheap) and the service as a whole is outstanding. Always fresh fruit in the morning

The hotel has been recently renovated and all areas are air-conditioned and spotless clean. Reception and breakfast area are well lit and comfortable

The water of the beach is not very clean but there are very beautiful beaches near the village. Most of the locals are friendly so you will feel like you are in the home country. The roads are not very good organized

The confusing and the missing street signs can cause you problems with locals. There are a big stores with great varaety of goods, so when it comes to foods and drinks you will have everything that you need

Staff very friendly and opened to answering questions and give recommendations, room was clean, cleaning was done every day, close and accessible to all points of interest in Nea Iraklitsa but at the same time quiet, close to a very well supplied supermarket

Way too expensive for the conditions offered. Booked one double-room for one night for my wife and me, end of August. The price was 89 Euro, breakfast included, to be payed on arriving at the hotel

Stefan was very friendly. The house is bigger than expected and very clean. We loved everything!

Everything was above the expectations, the view was exceptional, close to the town while in a quiet area. There was parking right at the location. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with everything we needed

They waited us with some treats which was great after a long ride. We definitely recommend Lula's House and would return with pleasure
