Good location, good food, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, good views.
The friendliness of the restaurant personnel varies. The younger ones are very friendly and eager to please but do not speak much and seem nervous. One of the older ones takes all the beverage orders, and he is unfriendly to the guests and bosses the younger ones around.

Avoid it if you’re not smoking, non-smokers are strongly discriminated here. 🚬 🚬 🚬 Hotel itself and rooms are great:) very well planned. There is space for everyone (especially smokers😭)even if the hotel is fully booked. You can rest next to pool, on the beach or in the spa area. Everything is close and easy to reach. There is one but major issue that stuff ignores. We’re non smoking, healthy living people travelling with group of kids and we feel Strongly Discriminated due to constant odour of cigarettes everywhere! There is nowhere to go no smoking and non-smoking areas. We change place couple times a day to avoid smokers but it’s impossible because there is always someone near smoking one cigarette after another. Usually from 3 sides. How can you describe hotel as kid friendly in this situation??? Its impossible to enjoy sea breeze, fresh air because one thing you can smell constantly is cigarette smoke. Even while swimming in the pool. This is huge issue and serious thing so I hope hotel will consider to solve this and divide smokers from children and people that don’t smoke.🚭 food at breakfast is very low quality but there are nice taverns nearby

Nice location, interesting architecture of the building, spacious areas. Renovation and maintenance in soecific areas is mandatory. Cleaning staff and the guys who help with the luggage were extremely polite, especially the tall big guy is an asset for the hotel with his welcoming attitude and remarkable client orientation. Reception staff could be more smiley and pleasant.

A lovely hotel, sat on its own slightly out of town but near another bar, a fabulous cake shop and a few amazing Gyros places. The pool was quiet and it had two beaches easily accessibly directly from the hotel.

Avoid at all costs!!
Worst place I have ever been to.
The rooms were nothing like the photos, staff were very rude!
Sea was very dirty, beach was very dirty.
Food was horrible, the staff in the restaurant told my wife the were not going to serve her unless she changed her clothing!
They never informed us of an dress code!
The staff made our holiday even worse!
Instead of waiting until I checked out they came after me on the beach and shouted at me to pay £30 for the orders I made!

Excellent hotel with amazing views and great staff. Location couldn’t be better away from the busy downtown yet only 4 min drive away with tons of restaurants around. Most amazing part is that it’s got three beaches and a great pool.
Only downside is parking at times could be challenging.

Two stars - one for the polite and helpful staff. One for the good architecture of the hotel. The rest is just torture - powerful ventilation on the roof that shakes the whole building around the clock, the elevators - for a two-story house, the main restaurant closed until June 1 and no options within walking distance. The voucher says: minimum age 18 years. No, it is not.

I really love this hotel every time when I visited. This was third time. But this time we have problem on the cit but from guest relation Vasilis help us a lot and i appreciate for it it was too much thanks again for everything. Feyza

In general the services in kavala is not the best and specially in restaurants ... wait to order .. bringing you the foods and giving you the plates by hands and you to place it at your table , very strange !!! Finishing eating ? Order the bill and wait ✋️ to clean the table and bring the bill ? Can take 15 to 30 minutes...
At least the food is tasty
But it's not the same case in Lucy hotel

Absolutely gorgeous sunrises! The hotel is surrounded by private condos/apartments but the main attraction is this beachfront with its small sandy beach. The staff is friendly and the dinner and breakfast is delicious. I’m not sure the cost difference between the sea side and the street side is, whatever it is, treat yourself and get the seaside view suite - it’ll be worth the cost in my opinion. We came here in the offseason (late February), so the area and hotel is not crowded. If you plan to sight see and not swim, this is ideal time to go. The weather was fair and cool. There’s also a supermarket close by to purchase miscellaneous items you might need.
