The People that work here is great and will do anything they can to help you while you are there, especially Antonio. However before hand I found it hard to communicate to them through email WhatsApp and even by telephone, no respond to confirm a late check in, 7 days no reply I had to keep messaging, calling and often he would hang up and avoid answering my questions so I found that extremely frustrating and very rude, I had many things wrong and just to confirm that they are aware I will be coming late would have made a huge difference for me.
Hotel drinks are very expensive and the layout is very weird and dangerous, where you get the breakfast buffet is a tiny room around a pool, I suppose the breakfast is ok for Greece but it is below basic compared to Spain or Italy. My first room was nice full of ants but that didn’t bother me as it would others, shower was hot and strong, teas and coffee was not provided but as a Brit I would want it so I asked and was told that I need to buy my own, working air con, room became loud when guest above is in their room, you can hear everything to talking, walking and use of toilet and shower, it became un bearable so I had to change rooms, no Wi-Fi in the room but there is full access around the pool and bar area. This hotel is not a 3 star compared to others I have stayed around the world but I think for Corfu it is, the private beach was amazing and I suppose that is what makes it a 3 star.
