Just returned from my stay here in Zakynthos, and this hotel was totally amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and secure. The staff were very welcoming,friendly, polite, helpful, and approachable

Just returned from the best holiday we've had in years food was very good lots of choices, bedroom very spacious and the bed was comfy. Location was perfect just a short taxi ride to the nearest town

Entertainment was good but the hotels best bit was the staff nothing was too much trouble. Will come back to this place again soon

(Not bad I suppose but considering you do this multiple times a day, I’d have looked to see if I could have been in the main building) 2/ Provide a new bottle of water in the rooms daily, the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in which doesn’t do this, and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel

The grounds were great with so much to do, and the surrounding area was also great for walks. I can honestly say that I do not have any negative comments. I loved my stay and would most definitely return

Best key things about this hotel: 1/ Food, great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 2/ Location, if you are after a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place to be

Loved this hotel! Had our own swimming pool! Breakfast was great and staff were helpful too. Beach is 5 minutes walk and there is a separate swimming pool for everyone to use with a cafe and bar next to the pool. 👌

Best vacation ever :) Everything was just perfect - beach, food, hotel rooms. All staff was very kind. We definitely intend to come back here.

Really nice hotel with modern rooms. Lovely friendly staff. Tasty food. Quite a quiet location no lively bars nearby.

There are some issues with certain rooms having broken showers and making weird noises throughout the night which do keep you up, unfortunately we didn’t complain about this so mainly our fault! Otherwise I highly recommend this place as the staff at the pool side bar were amazing and soo friendly and genuinely lovely!

Great place and a great atmosphere! Having a room with your own pool and access to a shared pool as well as having a beach close by was amazing. The beach is more a pebble/ stone beach so it’s not sandy

Beautiful hotel and excellent staff, especially Kostas, Vasilikos and Christine, who along with the restaurant staff made sure we felt comfortable and at home! Looking at previous reviews, it’s good to see that the negative points were taken as constructive criticism and have been worked on

The breakfast and evening buffet are well stocked with a huge variety of good quality fresh items and you can order off the restraunt menu if you desire. Good selection of cocktails, wines and champagne

The staff and managers are so professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing with their own pools. The only thing I would try to improve is the food in the all-inclusive restaurant

Great service, every member is highly attentive with a special mention for Panos, Elsa & George. Maybe a little bit to crowded but great experience after all.

A beautiful luxurious hotel tucked away from the tourist resorts. Highly recommend staying here. All the staff ensure you feel welcome and comfortable

Rooms are spacious and there are always sunbeds free around the main pool, you can also use the beach at their sister hotel opposite

The pool was big and clean, the sun beds too, crystal clear water, amazing private beach with a terrace, very clean renovated rooms with everyday cleaning, good wifi, very nice people working there and willing to help

Dennis the owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Facilities are good and clean with spacious rooms. Breakfast and dinner are great too. The beachfront is great for snorkeling with clear water

We also got recommendations for day trips and boat tours, which were amazing. We had a junior suite, very clean and nicely furnished. Best thing you can do is discover local tavernas for dinner

We arrived very late in the evening but the owner ordered us dinner and also we had to leave to the airport late afternoon and we were allowed to stay in our room until we had to go

The owner has been a great help and advising day trips and directing me to the best things to do. Always available and happy to help. Great sunset and swimming pool on the beach

I hade a great week but we had small ants in our room and the food wasn't awesome but the service was great and I honestly hade one of the best week ever :)!

Service is exceptional and FRIENDLY, from the reception to the waiter, the bartender, the pool-bartender. the hotel is situated on a lush hill with breathtaking Sea view; it's quiet, peaceful

Cocktails: well they make really good old-fashioned, that's for sure :) Room: spacious, very comfy bed. Good housekeeping, beautiful sea view

I hit their gym a few times - it's pretty basic but their treadmill works great for a little run before hitting the pool :) You need a car if you're going to stay at this place and want to see some things; but in general I would say you need a car in zakynthos if you wanna do anything

Stamatis in particular made our stay that little bit more enjoyable as he was very particular in ensuring that we had our specific drinks ready for when we sat down to eat breakfast each morning! the hotel is very clean and not too far from the local amenities

Short story: I just cannot understand some of the reviews about this place. We just spent 7 days here and we loved it. We have visited 5* on most continents so we know what the standard they are aiming at is

) Lunch/dinner/snacks: everything that came out of their kitchen was really good and fresh. They will bring your food to the pool if you want to have a lunch by the pool, which was super nice

We stayed at the start of the season so it was quiet and a few problems popped up but were dealt with quickly. The staff were great, always happy and helpful

There are two adult pools, one childs paddling pool and the sea right outside with shower and toilets near by, making poolside days easier. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so very peaceful

Hotel is a bit far out and off the beaten tra can sit by the sea. There is a small jetty to sea, 2 levels of pools. A beautiful view across the sea looking towards Kefilonia

Great place to stay, great views, the location is peaceful and not too far from tsilivi taxis are cheap 11 euros each way, food is quality and tasty, staff always happy to help, front of house always willing to help especially Kostas no problem is too big for him, will tell you the best places to go and see, eat, best photo opportunities, they offer car, ATVs push bikes for hire and a local bus runs...

Getting a taxi back is easy too as most drivers speak some English or you can show them the location you want on your phone! Although there was no evening entertainment music is played quietly in the back ground so a relaxing evening playing cards or chatting can be had at the bar which had a good selection of drinks available

There is a bus twice a day from the end of the road or you can get a taxi 11€ or ask if the hotel driver can taxi you to the nearest town - or 24€ to get to Zante town

There was a locked chain link gate in front of us and very large wooden gates to the left with no markings. As we were debating about the accuracy of the location, a gentleman appeared and asked if he could help us

With only 9 Villas, it is also extremely private. Would be a perfect place for a honeymoon and a couple's getaway. Certainly not inexpensive, but if you want to feel like royalty, this is the place

This is probably the best luxury hotel in Greece located on the beautiful island of Zakynthos. There are no rooms, only villas on the beachfront. Great for people looking for total privacy.

They assured us that they were there to make our holiday wonderful and that they we should not hesitate to make special requests. We were then escorted to our villa where champagne and fruit was waiting

We said we were looking for Porto Zante and he asked our name. He then opened the gate to reveal a second locked gate that was then opening. I felt like I was in a James Bond movie

The service throughout the stay was nothing short of exceptional. I've traveled extensively but would say that this was the most exception level of service I've ever experienced

The food, which is cooked by the owner's wife, is the best I ate in Zakynthos! You can really feel the love and care in the way the food is cooking, and I especially appreciated the traditional menus

The hotel position is perfect because it's not so far from the nearest city and at the same time it's very calm and peaceful, which is perfect for resting

Our stay at Arkadia Hotel in Zakynthos was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of

Very helpful staff, the rooms are nice and clean. The pool is big with many sunbeds. There is a small pool bar that sells ice creams and drinks. The breakfast was good with a selection of bacon, eggs, Greek yogurt etc

Every day there is a traditional Greek food in the menu and the bar is also pretty cheap in comparison with hotels we have visited before. So obviously I recommend it to the guy who is reading this review right now👍

A friend of mine recommended me this hotel because of its beneficial location (near to the town and the beach) but for someone who wants to eat Greek cuisine but also relax in not so crowded pool it is perfect

Pool was so organized and kids loved it. A couple that care for everything and are really interested in their customers. They gave instructions in everything we needed

We felt like time stopped from the first moment we checked in. So I guess that is the most important. This is what they call greek hospitality

The other place was a big disappointment, but fortunately hé great place that Nicos and Kiki have created - with a private and quiet beach, olive trees and an amazing view - allready ensured that we had an unfortgettable honneymoon nontheless

Our hosts, Kiki and Nikos, are very friendly, warm and nice people. They certainly know how to make their guests feel welcomed and, even if only for a short period, part of their wonderful family

The villa is very nice, traditionally made of stones, decorated with lovely old family furniture (hand painted I believe). The view is wonderful, the place is very quiet and fairly priced

Best start to our honneymoon we could have wished for. Amazing place, amazing view and amazing people. Easy accessible by car, so it's a great base from which to explore the island

It’s very basic but good for the value . Owners are very friendly even with not so good English communication is easy . The see is just 1 min walk.

Spacious and clean apartment with amazing view from the living room, the bedroom and even the bathroom. Extremely nice and polite owners. The whole area is pretty calm and perfect for a relaxed holiday.
