Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Just returned from the best holiday we've had in years food was very good lots of choices, bedroom very spacious and the bed was comfy. Location was perfect just a short taxi ride to the nearest town. Entertainment was good but the hotels best bit was the staff nothing was too much trouble. Will come back to this place again soon

Best key things about this hotel:

1/ Food, great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2/ Location, if you are after a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place to be. You can hire a car in the resort for a good price if you want to go and explore the whole island (I compared the prices online and they are one of the cheapest)
3/ Good entertainment through out the day and on the evening.

Key things they can improve:

1/ If you stay here, try and stay in the main building, many rooms/ villas are a 5 min walk away from the pool/ restaurants. (Not bad I suppose but considering you do this multiple times a day, I’d have looked to see if I could have been in the main building)
2/ Provide a new bottle of water in the rooms daily, the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in which doesn’t do this, and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Overall a very pleasant stay though.

The hotel is lovely, staff are great, food is OK, if you have a special diet you are to let the chef know. Which I did, but nothing changed. There's tvs in the rooms but no English channels. you get 1 bottle of water, which you need to refill when empty. Our room was away from the hotel, which was OK, but there was a sewerage smell coming from the grounds, which wasn't pleasant. The entertainment was repetitive for 4 days (same group day and night). The pools are great. There's meant to be 2 of them for over 16 years, but people were still bringing their kids into them. Some drinks you had to pay for, the snack bar was a plus. The beach is awful it's full of stones and coarse sand and to go into the sea is dicey because of the rocks. There's a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop (there's a lovely little shop on the grounds). If you love cats you will love this place as there are everywhere.

Beautiful location. Comfy beds. Good shower. Tasty food. Definitely ticks all the boxes for a great holiday. If you're expecting 5 star luxury you might be a bit disappointed. But none of the areas that aren't quite on that standard (there weren't many) stopped us from having a lovely time.
The private pool rooms were lovely with the biggest double bed I've ever seen!
Relaxing on the sun loungers under the olive trees over looking the sea while the kids played on the water slides was perfect for us.
The entertainment team weren't too pushy but made us aware of all the activities available. It might be time for the Area manager guy to retire from his roles in the shows though.

We went as a family of 3 with 9 year old. The all inclusive option was great at we could all get snacks, drinks and ice cream when desired. The hotel staff were great and really friendly. I would recommend the massage centre.

Hotels are clean and of a good standard, however don't expect supercool air conditioning, but plenty cool enough for sleeping.

The benefit of this hotel is the location, with a choice of the pool side and sea very close by. Bring a snorkel as there are plenty of fish around to watch and pass the time.

Would very much recommend.

Me and my partner plus our 8-year-old came here last Friday, we were overwhelmed with the welcome by all of the team and treated really nice.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is delicious and we always found lots to choose from. We did try the Italian ala carte and it was fantastic too.
The team are great with the children, and we all really enjoyed the entertainment and the activities around the pool and the gardens.
Tip 1: If you can then get a hire car or visit other parts of the island via excursions or public transport so as to experience Zante's hidden treasures!
Tip 2: I saw one or two weddings taking place and would consider getting married here...

Just got back after a fantastic week!. Staff helpful especially reception and manger. good variety of food. Enough to do for whole family. Loved our staff will go back again!
