Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort

Overall really happy with the hotel. We had a large group of adults and kids booked in different rooms to celebrate our wedding. Everyone spoke about how kind the staff were! So friendly. The food was good! It’s all inclusive food, so some stuff is mediocre but I always found something delicious at breakfast lunch and dinner. The pools are lovely. The views are gorgeous. The entertainment was fun. Having the pool and the beach is nice. Some of the beach is rocky but if you go in by the waterslides is actually nicer.

What can I say… The best hotel I have ever been! Room, food, staff, area of the hotel at the top level. I almost cried when I had to leave the hotel. One thing that could be better is english of the staff, sometimes was hard to understand them.

One week in this place flew by so quickly!
The hotel’s location outside of the cities was perfect for us. If you’d like to explore the area, it’s very easy to rent a car directly from the hotel or simply call a taxi (the drive from the airport to Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort costs about 30 euros).
The check-in was fast; we didn’t have to wait even a minute. Our room was bright and clean. To get to the main building and beach, we had to walk through a shady alley. After a week of varied and delicious food, we probably gained a few extra kilos, but we don’t regret a single bite! From the main restaurant terrace and lobby bar, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view.
It was always possible to find sunbeds around the pools or in the olive garden. We spent most of our time in the olive garden, as it’s quieter and closer to the water slides and the sea. No matter if you’re 5 or 65, slides are always a good idea! Many people had swimming shoes, but don’t worry if you don’t have any — it’s possible to find a sandy entrance into the water. Just keep to the left side, in between the two lines of stones for the first few meters, and then head to the middle.
There is only one inconvenient thing on the whole beach area: there are NO changing rooms. And another slightly unpleasant moment is the trampled grass around sunbeds in the olive garden area — of course, it’s not the end of the world, but I’m afraid it might get worse by the end of the season.
Everything around is clean, and all the staff pay great attention to the details. You’ll never get thirsty no matter where you are, as the waiters are always checking if you’d like something to drink, without being annoying. Cocktails were great — every bartender prepared them in their own special way, even if the ingredients were exactly the same.
We enjoyed every day of our stay at this hotel, but it wouldn’t have been the same without the professional, kind, and caring staff. Everyone contributed to making our experience better, but we’d like to especially thank: waitress Lena, Viktoria, Alexij, Joe, and Illia; animator Marian; and bartender Vasilis.
Last but not least, we truly appreciate the time, attention, and patience of the hotel manager, Mr. Apostolos Ioannides.

Nice spacious modern rooms. The staff was super friendly, especially Nikos in the restaurant and Bianca waiter by the pool area! Variety of activities everyday. The restaurant served good food with a lot of options everyday. Nice little shop next to the hotel with normal prices. Gym ok with equipment although it could be updated. The pool areas were super. The hotel is located right at a little beach.

Just returned from the best holiday we've had in years food was very good lots of choices, bedroom very spacious and the bed was comfy. Location was perfect just a short taxi ride to the nearest town. Entertainment was good but the hotels best bit was the staff nothing was too much trouble. Will come back to this place again soon

Best key things about this hotel:

1/ Food, great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2/ Location, if you are after a quiet relaxing holiday this is the place to be. You can hire a car in the resort for a good price if you want to go and explore the whole island (I compared the prices online and they are one of the cheapest)
3/ Good entertainment through out the day and on the evening.

Key things they can improve:

1/ If you stay here, try and stay in the main building, many rooms/ villas are a 5 min walk away from the pool/ restaurants. (Not bad I suppose but considering you do this multiple times a day, I’d have looked to see if I could have been in the main building)
2/ Provide a new bottle of water in the rooms daily, the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in which doesn’t do this, and this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Overall a very pleasant stay though.

The hotel is lovely, staff are great, food is OK, if you have a special diet you are to let the chef know. Which I did, but nothing changed. There's tvs in the rooms but no English channels. you get 1 bottle of water, which you need to refill when empty. Our room was away from the hotel, which was OK, but there was a sewerage smell coming from the grounds, which wasn't pleasant. The entertainment was repetitive for 4 days (same group day and night). The pools are great. There's meant to be 2 of them for over 16 years, but people were still bringing their kids into them. Some drinks you had to pay for, the snack bar was a plus. The beach is awful it's full of stones and coarse sand and to go into the sea is dicey because of the rocks. There's a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop (there's a lovely little shop on the grounds). If you love cats you will love this place as there are everywhere.

Beautiful location. Comfy beds. Good shower. Tasty food. Definitely ticks all the boxes for a great holiday. If you're expecting 5 star luxury you might be a bit disappointed. But none of the areas that aren't quite on that standard (there weren't many) stopped us from having a lovely time.
The private pool rooms were lovely with the biggest double bed I've ever seen!
Relaxing on the sun loungers under the olive trees over looking the sea while the kids played on the water slides was perfect for us.
The entertainment team weren't too pushy but made us aware of all the activities available. It might be time for the Area manager guy to retire from his roles in the shows though.

We went as a family of 3 with 9 year old. The all inclusive option was great at we could all get snacks, drinks and ice cream when desired. The hotel staff were great and really friendly. I would recommend the massage centre.

Hotels are clean and of a good standard, however don't expect supercool air conditioning, but plenty cool enough for sleeping.

The benefit of this hotel is the location, with a choice of the pool side and sea very close by. Bring a snorkel as there are plenty of fish around to watch and pass the time.

Would very much recommend.
