This is a difficult one. I’ve given 5 stars before, but this is better. So really this should be six stars. The rooms are reportedly dated. That may be so, but the fittings are very high quality and a scrupulously maintained. Room cleaning is astonishingly good and timely. The staff are among the best I have encountered and plainly all of them are long term employees. There is an issue with the number of beds, which has partially been fixed by the addition of beds in the garden. I never failed to get a bed, but sometimes it was a bit out of the way. The pool is among the best I have ever used. A big plus is the pool side bars and the main bar. Drinks are no more expensive than the surrounding places, snacks are really good value.

Because of some of the reviews I’ve read before I really expected it to be not a great experience but the hotel was perfectly fine even without a see view room.
You really need earplugs though to have a good night sleep because of the doors. The rooms had wooden doors so you can hear everything what’s going on in the corridor.
It’s not negative cause we were out of the hotel during the day but the cleaning stuff was loud sometimes so again because of the wooden doors you won’t find your inner peace then.
The restaurant was really nice, modern with great food I just wish some of the staff were nicer..maybe a smile..I get it’s not the best job but still.
Rather than these it was great.

Very nice location, right by a very nice beach. Good selection of food. Rooms are very clean with good amenities. The beach could do with several more sunbeds as by mid morning, they’re almost all taken. The air con in the room takes a long time to cool the room.

This was our second stay at The Mediterranee Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is on the beach and is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was lovely and warm, pool towels provided and changed regularly. Private beach and x2 sun beds with umbrella only 8 euros all day! Food was absolutely delicious. Always fresh and tasty. Argostoli was nearby and 8 Euros in taxi, worth a visit to see the Turtles

We stayed here in July. This is a very easy review, because this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is excellent. The drinks are reasonably priced. The pool is good and the views from the pool and outside drinking area are amazing. The beach is easily accessible and only 8 euros per day. Buses regularly run to Argostoli. It's clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Its an absolutely brilliant hotel. We loved it.

Superb Customer Service. Food was exceptional. Disabled access is good and made the most of the little shop. The greek night was great and the views are outstanding. Any issues were sorted out immediately. Signage outside could be better apart from that and the handiness of taxis is great. All staff are amazing and helpful. Being disabled the were always ready to help me. Cleanliness and hygiene is also 1st class. Would definitely come again.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. AC and fridge works perfectly. The bath tub with the curtain was not very practical. A shower will be better. Breakfast & dinner were for 5 star hotel- incredibly good tastes and peacefull ambient. All personal very kind and professianal. Only bad note; people put towels early in the morning on sunbeds on the beach and then show there at 10 or11 o'clock. I was on the beach at 9 and i didn't find any free sunbed. The hotel must do something abot that in my opinion.

Great location, nice food and pool area. Rooms very dated. We are here now and having a great time. Very friendly staff and reception are fantastic. Rooms very clean and food is great. The only thing that lets it down is the dated rooms. If they could spruce them up, then it would be amazing. I would book again and we’ve had a great time. Restaurants and bars on your doorstep, 15 mins from the airport and some lovely drives out of your way get a car
