Where to stay in Lassi

My wife are hear right now and getting to the end of out stay. The hotel is in a fairly quiet location on the Argostoli side of Lassi. It's very near two small beaches that are only minutes from the hotel. We were greeted by a staff member and shown to our room. Nice touch. The room has a sea view on the second floor, with a lovely new bathroom with some quality loo paper. That's a first in Greece...

The room was spacious and the self catering facilities which were well hidden were totally unexpected. Very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to make your stay go smoothly.

This was our second time staying at the Thalassi Hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was fantastic, plenty of comfy sunbeds available around the pools at all times. The restaurant and pool bar is excellent and best of all the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. We will definitely be back.

Just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed in room 35 which was a new refurbished one and was spotless with a lovely sea and pool view. Beautiful location with stunning views. The apartment was spotless and air conditioning in the bedrooms a lifesaver. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. I would recommend hiring a car as the hill coming back is extremely steep but if you don't mind a walk you are very close to great restaurants, shops and a fantastic beach.

This was our second stay at The Mediterranee Hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is on the beach and is walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops.

Hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was lovely and warm, pool towels provided and changed regularly. Private beach and x2 sun beds with umbrella only 8 euros all day! We stayed here in July. This is a very easy review, because this hotel is one of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms are a good size. Breakfast is excellent. The drinks are reasonably priced. The pool is good and the views from the pool and outside drinking area are amazing. The beach is easily accessible and only 8 euros per day. Buses regularly run to Argostoli. It's clean. Fantastic location with a few footsteps to a beautiful calm beach with a very good snack bar. A really nice pool area, and very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Beds were, as is quite common, a bit too hard for our taste. Price to value gives a strong 4 in final rating.

Having the most wonderful holiday here with two little toddlers. Violetta and the family are great hosts, most accommodating. The room has the biggest bed we ve slept in !!!!!!! Our stay at Residence IONIAN St & Apts was marvellous. Giannis and Violetta are really welcoming and kind. Nothing is too much trouble in this fabulously situated, properly family run hotel. It's near (but not too near) to a great selection of restaurants and tavernas. It's 100 m from the nearest smallish, safe sandy beach and just a short stroll further to several breath taking beaches with safe swimming...

We could not think of a better place to stay during our summer holidays in Kefalonia. We enjoyed the clean and finely equipped comfortable room, the hide away terrace among gardens, explored many different small beaches in the neighbourhood, appreciated the main street with shops and restaurants and also walked few times to the main marina city Argostoli with its nightlife. The apartment was fantastic with a lovely balcony from which you could see the sea and watch the sunset in the evening. We loved it! The apartment was very nice with great views on both sides. The pool was nicer than we expected and is hardly used by guests. You either need a car or are happy walking up and down lots of hills though it’s only 15 minutes to walk down to the town or the nearest beach. There are a couple of short cuts you can take to shorten the walk to the beach that you can see from the back balcony...

Great location but you will need a car to explore and make the most of it. Just a 10-15 min walk down into argostoli but the roads are steep so be prepared for the way back or take a taxi for €6!
