Location: in the area of Vasilikos, 800 m from the village of Vasilikos and is 10 km from the village of Argasi and 15 km from the airport and 14 km from Zante town.
Consists of a main 3-storey building and 8 storey.
The hotel has 112 rooms.
Beach: public sand at 10 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds free of charge.

The staff here are incredible. They work so hard, are so attentive, fun and welcoming. They made our first holiday with our daughter a memorable one! Thank you for making it so special.
The hotel is immaculately clean, with modern furnishings. There is plenty of options of different places to sit around the pool and on the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and the water was clear.
The WiFi always worked for us. Buffet breakfast was great.
Not much going on in surrounding area so this is a more resort based holiday, which as long as you want that, it is perfect. We hope to visit again in future and would recommend it.

Thank you for the fantastic experience at Room 401! We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and enjoyed the hotel facilities. The mid-sized complex is ideal for families and couples looking for a bit of tranquility away from city life, which made our stay special. The tennis court, small gym, and beautiful sandy beach were favorites for the kids. The beach bar and comfortable seating enhanced our enjoyment even more. We were impressed by the breakfast options, particularly the healthy choices, and the staff were exceptionally kind. The only minor issue was a sewage smell in the bathroom, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We can't wait to return!

Excellent, stunning views. Highly recommended
The restaurants were exceptional especially the pool restaurant. The whole resort was clean, staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We loved our Room that looked over the ocean.

Definitely not a 5 star resort. Older man at reception on arrival wasn't very friendly. The facilities are average, gym very dated and in a basement, pool isn't that big and filled with kids, beach has no activities on offer.
Sunbeds are comfortable but in two days not once did staff come around asking for drink or food orders.
Don't come here if you have experienced 5 star resort before expecting the same. It's a 4 star hotel at absolute most.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the pool area is really nice and the fact that there is also a sea and sand area makes is great. I would not rate it as a 5 star hotel but a fancy 4 star hotel. Breakfast is good, the food at the pool is average sadly, but the staff was friendly and helping. Cleaning was very good and also the reception. The rooms look better in the photos. Overall it was a good experience but the photos create higher expectations than what you get.

Great hotel fabulous beach Good food..But Drinks. Really expensive..4euros for a coffee. 6/7euros for cocktail during happy hour!!26euros for bottle of wine with dinner. Really lovely staff who appeared to be under pressure from management constantly in the dining room ..Not Good.Most people appeared to hire a car as Hotel is a little off the beaten track .Which is fine til you want to do something after dinner without paying crazy prices for drinks.To sum up Cannot fault Rooms Beach Pool or Staff.But it's not Greek.You could move it anywhere!! Give me an honest Greek taverna anyday .

Perfect hotel… nice almost private beach, nice pool area, very friendly staff, good breakfast…
Only the rooms maybe are 4 star not 5 star… rooms are clean… bathrooms a little too small… the being at home feeling was missing a bit…
But all together highly recommended…

We recently enjoyed 2 weeks at the hotel. The locations was perfect, on a really nice beach in the best area of Vassilikos on the island.
The room was comfortable, bed perfect, linens as well, lots of storage space.
Good housekeeping, nice balcony, big fridge, good breakfast buffet,
The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the restaurant and for suggested trips.
On the negative side, small bathroom, no hot water late nights, weak shower pressure, no sound for CNN ( satellite problem), restricted dining hours and only buffet dinners ( which we didn’t reserve). Good restaurants within walking distance open much later than 9PM , closing hour at the hotel).
Good fitness room but sauna and jacuzzi were closed due to Covid. Tennis courts seemed to have nets too high.
All In all, we were very happy with our stay and would fully recommend it, especially for the beach.

If you are looking for a place to have everything you need and want in one place than this is where to stay...! Very clean rooms , the pool area perfect and a private beach. Great food and drinks! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful location, clear water, sandy beach, friendly staff who aim to make your stay great. We were impressed that the resort was children friendly and peaceful all at once and that staff was always aiming to be flexible and accommodating,. From Alexander and Bogi who were most responsive to requests, Adriana who was an amazing restaurant host and Alicia who kept our room tidy and comfy and basically everyone. Thank you, hope to come back again
