Really nice hotel, good location, excellent breakfast and really friendly staff. Wouldn’t change anything.

Lovely old mansion hotel. Well maintained with nice touches to it. We had the suite which was OK though it could be bigger (especially the bathroom) . Breakfast was adequate. All in all a very good choice for Leonidio

Luxury boutique hotel in quaint Leonidio. Don't expect loud music, night clubs and flashing lights. Do expect an authentic stay in a beautiful hotel in a traditional, and historically very important, little town.

Wonderful welcoming hotel in the center of picturesque Leonidio, with a beautiful swimmingpool area with view of the mountains, great staff, lovely breakfast (all homemade) and very pleasant rooms with nice beds

The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location

you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location would be the position, because you are dependent on the car (you cannot reach the beach or in the city on foot, because there are no sidewalks on the main street)

It was a really comfortable and great place, really close to the sea. A host is great, very helpful. The swimming pool very clean and with a fantastic lights at night. The close village is lovely.

κοντα σε φούρνο και μίνι μάρκετ. επισησ οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι και διατεθειμένοι να μασ βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. ολα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και κλείσαμε κιόλας για τισ καλοκαιρινές μασ διακοπές!!!!

Είναι ένα πανέμορφο μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, καθιστικό, κουζίνα, μεγάλο ψυγείο, καινούργιο κλιματισμό δίπλα στην θάλασσα και στα μαγαζιά. Οι φωτογραφίες αδικούν το διαμέρισμα

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημενοι,το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν άνετο και το κατάλληλο για οικογένεια ειδικά με μικρά παιδιά

Good location in the middle of the city, kind staff but poor cleaning (especially the toilet, in which the toilet lid was full of residues from pee)!!!! There was dust on the furniture and the bedside tables in the room, the balcony small and dirty and when we complained about the cleanliness, the staff offered to clean the spots in the room, but we had already cleaned them

I had a great stay here. It is a nice hotel with a great view, clean room & a good shower and very comfortable bed. The service I had was perfect and the breakfast with home made products delicious.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast

The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. I will definately return again

Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists

It is very close to the centre, so you will hear some people at night walking and driving by (though this might depend on where your room is located). Only tip I have: our fridge was quite noisy during the night :-)

And met some very wonderful other guests who've been coming back for many, many years. It's a quaint, small hotel - very comfortable but not necessarily luxurious. But perfect for a visit to Spetses

IN GENERAL SPETES IS A VERY EXPENSIVE ISLAND. NOT MUCH TO DO IN THE MAIN PORT. SHOPS ARE FEW AND VERY EXPENSIVE. YOU CAN TAKE A HORSE A D CARRIAGE RIDE TO SOME AREAS AND PRICES START AT 10€ UP TO 25€

Two-nights' stay during lockdown but this refreshed room with the lovely balcony made my day every time I was looking at the sea and Spetses town rooftops. Hosting by George was fantastic

The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views

Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet

The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors. with the result that there is not good sound insulation

The breakfast was outstanding! The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out. Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

The entire stay was wonderful; the only thing that was interesting (and it's probably not enough to knock a star off), but the windows in our hotel room were covered by curtains that were mostly sheer, and while it had thicker curtains, they were only hung on the edges, and only seemed to be for show

The only issue was I asked if we could get a room on the first floor and they couldn't accommodate it really tough with the use of a walker

Appx 3 hr drive through nice Greek countryside to Kosta. We then got car ferry to Spetses. On way back recommend paying slightly more for 1st class if getting 2 hr Hellenic seaways hydrofoil

Lovely owners and Niki who you deal with is lovely. If coming to Spetses you tend to fly to Athens and then get to pursue and get an appx 2 hr hydrofoil. We did it different on way out

Then got courtesy bus to Pops car rental. They do a one way hire car drop off to Kosta which is about a 10 min crossing to Spetses. Works out slightly cheaper than the traditional way

Lovely pool and nice apartment with Aircon in bedroom and living room. 5 mins to aghia marina beach which is pebble sand and stones. 15 min walk into main port and several mins to old port

Is upstairs in wider seats and less seats. Upon reaching Athens port you can walk 10 mins to Piraeus Metro station where the Blue line now goes direct to the Airport with no changes

Costs 9 euros and ticket valid for 90 mins

Took care of our transportation two and from the ferry wharf too. Can’t say enough good things about the Orloff resort. It’s in a good location and has excellent facilities. Highly recommend staying there

The location is super, a 5 minute walk to the old Harbour and just a 3 minute cycle to the beach. We stayed at the Old Mansion with our family which was just perfect for us

Each child had their own fully airconditioned room, daily cleaning and breakfast served in the mansion on request. After staying there for 2 weeks we wanted to stay another 2 months

From the moment you step into the property everything is personalized to your liking. The entire staff and front desk team are lovely and make you feel as if you were home

Sunbeds with umbrellas are everywhere, so you get to decide, on the sand or on the grass, by the sea or at a remote location on your own! Staff is extremely friendly, room is spacious, amenities are good

I visited the hotel with my husband and my three months old baby and I finally managed to relax and enjoy! The only negative thing is that we had an incident with the car, the hotel’s parking is full of trees and our car became dirty with the juice from the tree and took us more than 3 hours to clean it

We booked 3/10/2023 which is technically autumn but in this part of Greece it was still averaging 24-28 degrees daily with bright blue skies, as it was out of season the hotel was very quiet and we had a very peaceful experience around the pool

The pool is sterilised with salt water so no stinging chemicals. The rooms had fridge, air conditioning, TV, small hair dryer, and all other necessities. Overall very happy with our stay and will visit again next year

Some of the ‘Garden View’ rooms are located on higher floors with limited views and you may look out onto the concrete second level balcony jutting out from the building

Great view at the bay of Porto Helli from the main building. Nice relaxing, garden view from the buildings uphill. The personnel is genuinely polite and helpful. Relaxing around the pool is a must
