Lovely old mansion hotel. Well maintained with nice touches to it. We had the suite which was OK though it could be bigger (especially the bathroom) . Breakfast was adequate. All in all a very good choice for Leonidio

The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location. you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location...

We stayed at the place for 4 days, and it was a great experience. Amazing view, very comfortable apartment. Beach is very close, but you can also swim in the pool and enjoy the view. It is quite remote, but if you need some action, Tyros is just 5-7 min away

Είναι ένα πανέμορφο μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, καθιστικό, κουζίνα, μεγάλο ψυγείο, καινούργιο κλιματισμό δίπλα στην θάλασσα και στα μαγαζιά. Μετακινησε με τα πόδια άνετα. Η καθαριότητα είναι άριστη. Οι φωτογραφίες αδικούν το διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι είναι άριστο, άνετο, πανέμορφο, καθαρό.

Poor cleaning bad breakfast room ok

Good location in the middle of the city, kind staff but poor cleaning (especially the toilet, in which the toilet lid was full of residues from pee)!!!! There was dust on the furniture and the bedside tables in the room, the balcony small and dirty and when we complained about the cleanliness, the staff offered to clean the spots in the room, but we had already cleaned them ..unfortunately, the hotel...

Our favourite hotel at Spetses! It is quietly located close at right side if the island, close to Kaiki beach. Better have a scooter to get in and out. Mario and his family are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and modern and very quiet! The breakfast is one of the best i ever had! Huge variety of different pies and cakes every day!

Beautiful and quaint spot! Micro, Andriana and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean. The rooms are a little small, but beautiful. Breakfast was made to order and there was a wide assortment of local pies, desserts, fruit, bread. It is 10 minutes from the main port and it is so quiet. Cannot recommend this place enough! We are definitely going back!

Picturesque small hotel in a quite location just 10 minutes walk from Dapia. Rooms are not very spacecious, very clean though! Delicious breakfast is served in a beautiful garden area. The highlight is Mirco, the host. Super friendly and helpfull makes your stay even more comfortable and enjoying.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Highly recommended to everyone, especially families. It was worth every cent and is my first and only option for the summers to come

Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Well worth the price. I will definately return again

Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast. The hotel, which is family-run, is in a very central location, on a square with restaurants. Most if not all of the rooms have sea views. Very close to one of the island's beaches (Agios Mamas), restaurants, shops and other amenities, as well as the port. Right in the heart of the center, near the port (2 minutes walk) below you had shops for food, drink. The service is impeccable, the girls at the reception are sweet. The only negative thing was the fridge that sounded too loud and the old frames, the doors ... with the result that there is not good sound insulation. Great hotel, friendly staff. Our room was kind of small, but very comfortable and cozy, always clean. It also had a TV. Only the toilet (especially the shower) was very small, but that's no issue. Amazing view from our balcony.

Extremely nice place. Recently renewed rooms in historic building. Very convenient central location, everything is nearby. Rooms furnish in modern and stylish way. Everything is cozy and comfortable (e.g. Sockets and lamps nearby bed). Incredibly nice, kind, helpful and friendly owner.

The only issue was I asked if we could get a room on the first floor and they couldn't accommodate it really tough with the use of a walker

Villa Martha is one of the most beautiful accommodations you can get in the island. Inside is a small oasis on its own right. Every room is equipped with an AC and TV and they are very clean! Superior suites are very specious and they overlook the gardens. What makes it even more fantastic though are the owners Mr. Dimitris and Mrs. Vasiliki. Very welcoming and ready to accommodate your every need...

Whilst the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, clean and the AC was great, the breakfast was lovely and the owner could not do enough to help us. We were there for my god daughter's wedding and I forgot my tie, so Dimitius lent me one of hs Chinese Silk ties, luck really because not of the beautiful shops sold ties!

We stayed for 2 nights in September at a sea view room. The position and view is excellent! The rooms were nice with all amenities and with adequate space but could use some renovation. I would definitely recommend for the scenic location and service.

Can recommend this hotel for kids above 4 years old. Only thing to mention is that kids club, restaurant and live music not working same day - Tuesday. Use this day for going out to Porto Heli for evening walk at the center.
