Our stay at the Byzantinon will remain one of our best stays anywhere ever! The landlords are most welcoming and helpful people, always there to tell us where to go and what to visit or to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel rooms were also perfect for our little family.

We stayed at this lovely, old feeling hotel at a last minute notice. Luckily, there was one room available. It was in the sub-street level and was great apart from a funky smell in the bathroom, which is typical of such older establishments. Christos and his family went above and beyond to take personal care of us and the other guests to make sure we had the best stay possible not just in the hotel but in the region. Christos pointed us to the top spots for the best local meat, seafood, and sightseeing. Poulithra is also the perfect area to stay in, it is a beautiful beach...

The Byzantinon is a hidden gem on the Peleponese. Christos and the staff made use feel very welcome and their hospitality was fantastic. Location was excellent 10 min to Leonidio. Local restaurant is excellent selling local food. A short walk to the beach. We highly recommend staying at the Byzantinon.

The owner was inimaginabbly friendly. The balcony was oriented directly to the sea and we had breakfast there every morning. The village is super nice and quiet. You can take a walk to Saint George ( I think it's some small church) on a wild path along the seaside trough an olive orchard.

The apartment we stayed in during 8 nights located 10 meters from the sea and has a big balcony with beautiful sea views and suitable for having a meal outside. We prolonged our stay twice. Big, clean and quiet apartment close to the beach with a great terrace and seaview. The owners provided us with food, fruit, loukoumades and other gifts. Really pleasant stay!

We stayed here for a good week during our latest climbing trip. The studio we had was really big, had a very good wide bed, great view from the balcony. Only the stove in the kitchen was a bit weak, but else a really good place to stay. Also the hosts are very friendly! They even brought us some home-made snacks and sweets every other day, and generally were very helpful with all questions and requests...

The view is nothing less than incredible. It is a quiet hotel with impressive villas and nice staff. The swimming pool is clean and cozy. Only minus for the hotel is the accessibility: a lot of stairs, difficult to go up and down and you have to use the car for every movement. All in All, a nice choice if you like quiet and isolated places to relax

The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location. you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location...

We stayed at the place for 4 days, and it was a great experience. Amazing view, very comfortable apartment. Beach is very close, but you can also swim in the pool and enjoy the view. It is quite remote, but if you need some action, Tyros is just 5-7 min away

It was a really comfortable and great place, really close to the sea. A host is great, very helpful. The swimming pool very clean and with a fantastic lights at night. The close village is lovely.

Είναι ένα πανέμορφο μεγάλο διαμέρισμα με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, καθιστικό, κουζίνα, μεγάλο ψυγείο, καινούργιο κλιματισμό δίπλα στην θάλασσα και στα μαγαζιά. Μετακινησε με τα πόδια άνετα. Η καθαριότητα είναι άριστη. Οι φωτογραφίες αδικούν το διαμέρισμα. Το σπίτι είναι άριστο, άνετο, πανέμορφο, καθαρό.

Poor cleaning bad breakfast room ok

Good location in the middle of the city, kind staff but poor cleaning (especially the toilet, in which the toilet lid was full of residues from pee)!!!! There was dust on the furniture and the bedside tables in the room, the balcony small and dirty and when we complained about the cleanliness, the staff offered to clean the spots in the room, but we had already cleaned them ..unfortunately, the hotel...

Our favourite hotel at Spetses! It is quietly located close at right side if the island, close to Kaiki beach. Better have a scooter to get in and out. Mario and his family are great hosts! Very helpful and friendly! Rooms are clean and modern and very quiet! The breakfast is one of the best i ever had! Huge variety of different pies and cakes every day!

A perfect place to stay! Clean, quiet, great location walkable to town and beaches, comfortable beds, large, clean pool and beautiful outdoor space. Family run, kind, and very helpful with all our needs. We looked forward to the homemade breakfasts every morning- best we’ve had. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Beautiful and quaint spot! Micro, Andriana and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Everything was clean. The rooms are a little small, but beautiful. Breakfast was made to order and there was a wide assortment of local pies, desserts, fruit, bread. It is 10 minutes from the main port and it is so quiet. Cannot recommend this place enough! We are definitely going back!

Picturesque small hotel in a quite location just 10 minutes walk from Dapia. Rooms are not very spacecious, very clean though! Delicious breakfast is served in a beautiful garden area. The highlight is Mirco, the host. Super friendly and helpfull makes your stay even more comfortable and enjoying.

Consider the 15 minutes walk from and to the port, especially with luggages. Personnel really friendly even if there was a miss communication with the guy who was supposed to pick us up and drive us to the port. No internet in the room but we could use the breakfast area all day to make use of the wifi. Rooms were super clean but really small, especially the bathroom.

The key-strength of this hotel is the location and the superb sea views. This was my 2nd time in the hotel and having a room with sea view made all the difference. The view from the balcony was breath-taking.

This is a gorgeous villa with an incredible view. The property was well looked after and well equipped by island standards. There was food and snacks in the fridge ready for us upon arrival, the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the location is high up in the hills which means it's quite and peaceful.

Daily room cleaning. Nice pool. Great staff. Fine location. Available motorbikes to rent. Pick-up from and to the harbor. The only drawback was that the room was not very soundproof.

Very good experience! We got transport from and to the port for free. The pool is great. The rooms very clean and refurbished. We had a great view of the sea. In all very good value for our money and had a great time.

We had a very nice room, clean and beautiful. The double bed was quite big and very comfortable, we slept very well. The staff was polite and helpful. The bar is right beside the pool which is nice and clean and the coffee was pretty good. Definitely satisfied with my stay.

When we arrived on the island (we arrived very early) we called them to ask them what time we can check in. They told us "right now" and they send a car to pick us up from the port to hotel. They were very gentle and polite, the room was clean and tidy, they had room service for cleaning daily. There is a bar at the pool that you can order your breakfast and also you can have coffee, beer or drinks...

The owners are polite and willing to help you if needed and the rooms were very clean. However, it's an old fashioned hotel with nothing special to provide. Our room was not spacious at all and there was too noisy since the window was on the road.

A worth value for money hotel. It has exactly what the booking sites say. Nothing special and a lot room for improvement. However, in an expensive island like Spetses it is fine.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Highly recommended to everyone, especially families. It was worth every cent and is my first and only option for the summers to come

Ideally located to explore this beautiful picture perfect . Stasd at Nissia are friendly and professional. They add that extra level of service to everything they do. The residences are well maintained and unclude everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible. They are traditionaly decorated but have all the conviences of modern life. Well worth the price. I will definately return again

Truly a very nice place to stay. Close to everything, clean, quiet, well managed and very friendly. Everybody will notice different things when staying in a hotel but my silver lining was the gentleman cookie breakfast. It's definitely one of the best in Spetses. The whole establishment is well maintained. Our room was cozy and clean. You can relax in the outdoor pool and have breakfast in the cool outside space. My friend and I had a wonderful stay at 7 island hotel! Our room was nice and quiet and very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and absolutely loved the breakfast with homemade cakes that change everyday. Tonia and her family are super kind and helpful. The week at 7 Islands Hotel was superb. There are many great aspects of our stay to comment on, but the main one is Antonia and her family run hotel. True hospitality at every turn. The bedrooms were comfortable, air conditioned and ours had a gorgeous patio with a view over the town and old port.
