Hands down thee best hotel we have ever been to! The owner, George, is such a sweet man. He and the rest of the staff make the place feel like home. We were out climbing one morning and we returned to breakfast left in our room. He said "we weren't sure when you'd be back and we thought you'd be hungry" George said. Wonderful view of the sea. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly and extremely helpful owner. Room was clean, beds comfortable , WiFi 10/10 in common areas, 9/10 in rooms. Organised pebbly seaside, with beach bars 3 minutes walking distance from hotel entrance. Price was very logical compared to nearby areas. Our stay at the Byzantinon will remain one of our best stays anywhere ever! The landlords are most welcoming and helpful people, always there to tell us where to go and what to visit or to go out of their way to make us comfortable. The hotel rooms were also perfect for our little family.

This boutique hotel was a wonderful experience which added an extra level to our recent climbing holiday. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a lot of character and when you walk into the garden and courtyard is like entering a special world. This is a beautiful Hotel, the second time that we have stayed here, we chose the same room as we fell in love with it the first time that we stayed here. Stone walls, amazing painted ceiling, comfortable bed, beautiful view from the windows of the mountains and pool. Delicious homemade breakfast, friendly staff, perfect location.

This hotel is a gem with wonderful rooms that have been beautifully restored. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and the inclusive breakfast is delicious, varied, home cooked and plentiful. It is really close to all the shops and restaurants in the town.

We spontaneously decided to visit Leonidio for a night and drove the beautiful drive from the Stoupa area to Gythio to Areopoli through the mountains and stunning mountain village Kosma. We came to Leonidio to go climbing, but we really enjoyed the house. It was relatively well positioned for the climbing area's, very comfortable and the pool was great. Maria and Theodorus were extremely hospitable and helpful, doing whatever they could to improve our stay.

Quite perfect. Amazing views, comfortable bed, hot shower, relaxing pool side with various sun decks, lemon trees, tranquility. The owner even sent us a message before check out to let us know we could do a late check out. Superb and respectful. Covid safe.

Great location, really pleasant and clean... with a beautiful view, large rooms, well-equipped and clean bathrooms...a full kitchen with all appliances that work in perfect condition, a large garden with colorful and gorgeous flowers where children can play... The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location. you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location...

This is my most favourite place to go during the Easter holidays!! I went with my best friend, and she loved it too! This swimming pool over there is just amazing looking out over the sea and landscape. I recommend this beautiful place, please go!!
