The room we got (bungalow) was as horrible as the photos of other reviewers depict, zero maintenance and cleaning is sporadically witnessed. I stayed for 3 nights with my friends and I must say that the price is really reasonable since it has lots of things to do. The pool was really nice and the food in the buffet was absolutely delicious! And there was this girl in the customer relation management who was really kind and always happy to help, I think her name was Tania. Really great place, staff is extremely nice, always smiling, food is awesome. Best cooks I've ever had. The only issue is that rooms may be a little too far from the beach and the beach is full of rocks. You definitely need shoes for them. But I'd recommend immaculately

The biggest and more luxury hotel in Leptokarya. Some of the facilities are nice like the small bar near the beach but many areas need improvement, mostly catering and food quality.

The hotel is very nice, and very clean. I would like to say that breakfast is strange. Not to many varieties and somehow is forcing you to eat what they want. The only choice that you can make is how to have your eggs. It's not a buffet and you pay 8 euro/person.

Right across the beach and close to all the restaurants. The place is ok. The rooms are new and clean but i wouldn't say that is any kind of luxury. The staff its very attentive and nice but u have to ask for things. We were there for 3 days and the room was not cleaned even once. The pool its nice but is closing to early. Can be better for sure

Hosts are great, very kind, polite and always there for you, I'm really amazed by them. Sea is 2 minutes away from the hotel, parking is in the street in front of the hotel and it is covered with cameras. The hotel is accessible for disabled persons with a ramp in front and the hotel has an elevator. The hotel staff was EXCELLENT! We arrived at midnight in the rain and before we checked in, we asked for assistance to call a taxi for our group, who didn't know how to get to their hotels. Amazing location surrounded by trees and nature. Rooms are very clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. The hosts are super friendly and their service alone deserves 5 stars. We stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. It's also very family oriented with a big playing area for the kids and only 2 minutes away from the beach. "My Rooms" is a real gem!

Great spot right on the beach. We had a room with sea view which has a balcony facing the beach. Great for breakfast / aperitif in our room. We could hear the waves from our bed. Staff is super attentive. Great value.

Nice bar outside, but if you sit on the beach they have no service from the bar 🤔🤯🤷‍♂️ even if you pay for the sunbeds and umbrella, and order a drink, you need to go across the street and order in the bar, take a drink and bring it for yourself... Me and my wife had a wonderful time at Hotel Filoxenia Beach. The hotel is really nice with free parking nex to it, wonderfull garden and 3 minutes from the beach. At times I preferred to stay at the hotel to watch the sun set behind the Olympus Massif, as there seems to be no better place for that in Leptokarya as Filoxenia's balconies and its garden. The place is lovely. As a hotel it ticks all the right boxes. Reasonably priced, rooms are ok, staff is amazing. Despite being closer to the railroads than the beach, I don't think I would move from Filoxenia Beach...

There is no hot water in the kitchen, only cold, and the owner says he will change the faucet when it breaks down.

It is close to the beach, the villa is clean, the bed linen is changed on the fifth day.. the owner is always there for his guests, to help or solve a problem, it is close to the beaches of Milos and Skotina.. we enjoyed ourselves... We recommend Villa Janis. ...

I was there 2014., excellent house and host Janis. Clean rooms with TV and AC, 50-70m from the beach. 5 stars from me.

Staff is friendly (especially the restaurant staff compared to other Greek restaurants I've been to). Place is clean. The beach sunbeds are only full during the weekends really and there's plenty of space further along the coastline. The bungalow does now have a fan or air conditioner but at least all the windows have bug nets.

I don't know how good the camping facilities are as I didn't use them. But the fish tavern by the sea its excellent! Everything we tasted was fresh and delicious, the personnel friendly and the prices reasonable!

Excellent facilities overall. I've been to a lot of accommodations in the area, this is the first one I come across that has a lift. The staff is great and always around to help. There's also a nice garden with many toys that keep kids happy. I'd totally recommend it, especially for families.

My wife said it is cleanest place she has ever stayed. The host showed us everything we needed to know. There was cold water in the fridge and a huge amount of snacks plus a bottle of local wine which was delicious. It felt very luxurious and beautifully decorated. Firstly, very friendly host! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, bright colors, fully equipped. Location is not so close to the sea, but offers a much calmer atmosphere. You reach the beach in about 5-10 minutes of easy walking. The store across the accommodation is not very well equipped, but there are several shops along the promenade. Lidl is also very close, which is very convenient.

Great apartments with a sea view and a real island feel.Clean.There are more modern rooms with street view but i got to try both and i am very pleased.
