This hotel does not live up to 5 stars. In the rooms, the furniture is old and worn, there is no vent in the bathroom, the bathtub was damaged and did not collect the water. The food is fantastic! It's a beautiful setting for families. The beach and the sea are very beautiful. However, the rooms and the outdoor showers need some maintenance. They're a bit old and worn. The location is 2 and a half hours from the airport. There's a charming little town right next door.

This hotel is unique in this part of Greece. Nothing close matches it’s family appeal. Having a beach and water park keeps this place full every summer. Yes there are areas of improvement required but the resort management are listening to feedback and upgrading each season. This is the second year in a row that we come to the hotel with a small baby. I want to praise the entire staff who work. They are very kind and professional, from the housekeepers to the lifeguards, so that the waiters don't get angry, and of course the girls and guys from the reception, you are all excellent and great. The garden and pool area is really beautiful, as you can see on the pictures. The grass is almost cut with scissors, there are palm trees in the garden, the pool is clean and the temperature is pleasant. Number of sunbeds around the pool is good. Whoever wrote a bad review on Google about the lifeguard by the pool was wrong. He is the coolest guy of the whole place in our opinion. Not at all strict...

The hotel has a good location and great layout. Unfortunately, they have not done anything to modernise their rooms, the towels and bed sheets are old and some have yellowed. They charge for using the sun beds on the beach but they do nothing to maintain them, the beach is dirty, the sunbeds the same.

Great hotel, especially for the price. Friendly staff, excellent cuisine, excellent pool and shade for families with smaller children. The biggest advantage is the excellent WiFi, the rooms are not bad. All in all, a great place to stay, especially if you catch a discount.

Although very close to all the interest points, the hotel is placed in a quiet part of the town so you can have a good rest while you're there. The beach in front of it is rocky, but you can find sandy ones in 10 min walking. Rooms are confy and clean, the staff is very nice and welcoming and the food is tasty and varied ( we only had breakfast there)

Enjoy a quiet hotel with friendly staff and great Greek dishes. Not to forget the great panoramic view over the Thermaic Gulf. And if you look for more action at a real tourist spot, you will find this at Platamonas, it's just a 15 min walk.

This is the best hotel for rest! Food is greate, because cook Vasiliy do it perfectly! Givis and Ruslan have good sociable skills. In this place you can listen some jokes, you will want to stay forever in this hotel! I will definitely return!

It is a nice hotel providing seaview double rooms but the standards are not the one of 4stars hotel. And I will give some examples. First of all the toilet paper is very thin and cheap. They had removed all tables from the sea and the only available spaces were on the other side of the road (note it was during August). Very clean, very polite staff at an amazing location right in the very heart of Platamonas. The chef is amazing offering you local dishes as if home made. The rooms are not as sound proof as expected but that's easy to overlook comparing to the rest.

The people were kind enough to give us a room at 1:00 AM in the morning, but the first room was very bad like in a hostel with cracked sandstone on the floor, ugly beds, and they gave us a second room, a little nicer but it was way too small and not that plowing either. Sadly I can't give more stars, only for the hospitality.

Very good hotel, rooms are clean and have air conditioning. The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants and cafeterias. The hotel's bar has very good cocktails and I would recommend trying them out. There is also a kids playground there.

The restaurant is ok, nothing great and nothing horrible. The bar and the cafè are also ok, not more or less. The playground, while interesting, charges for its use. In summary, an ok place. The definition of three stars.

Great place, lots of things to do, super clean, if you have children 2 to 14 the will love the playground at the hotel, while you can enjoy your coffee or drink. We've had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. From the moment we got in, till the moment we left, the service was extremely nice and really helpful. In general, the stay was ok with a big balcony with view to the sea but I should give -5 since they lost my pyjamas. The food was good, the 4 person room we got was a little cramped but we got used to it. The no-lock opaque bathroom door with gaps was a bit of a problem, and only getting one keycard for the four of us was also annoying. The service was great from a cleaning and a reception perspective. The walk to the beach is pretty servicable, if you mind the stray dogs.

The hotel was completely empty when we were there because it was totally off season. Still, everything was clean and modern and the breakfast was fine as well. The area around the hotel was very empty during the night, just some wild dogs were running around. A good place to spend a night, if you're on a budget and searching for a basic and nice hotel.
