Villas in Lithakia

Location was private and quiet, but perfect for walking to restaurants, the beach or shop. Home from home facilities, meant a stress free holiday and Costas and Marie were perfect hosts always just a text away if needed. The outside area was very peaceful with lovely garden and mountain views down to the sea and the private swimming pool was kept clean. The patio area catches the sun all day long.

We had a wonderful stay, bungalows had everything we needed . And the pool was superb . The proximity of the beach bars, and all facilities was an added plus. We are definitely coming back

Villa Levanda matched up our high expectations and more. Our family stayed for a week and it was amazing. Stunning hotel, fantastic staff and wonderful location. Travelling with dietary requirements isn't always easy but the staff are clued up and happy to help. The views from the rooftop lounge are simply breathtaking. 5 minutes walk to agios Sostis harbour, 10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to laganas. Be sure to stroll down and check out Cameo island.

We didn't stay in the hotel but we went to the spa and booked the candle massage. It was very relaxing! The spa staff was really friendly and professional. The facilities were great - they also said we can use the sauna but we didn't have time. I definitely recommend the spa in this hotel!

The staff were brilliant and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The food was fantastic and the pool bar and pool areas were always clean. The location was a bit of an issue the shop across the road was nice but if you want more shopping you have to travel by taxi to laganas or Zante town and the walk to the marina is up and down an extremely steep hill. We were incredibly impressed by the level of service provided by Yiannis. He was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, assisting us with everything. His dedication and support made our experience truly enjoyable. We can highly recommend Yiannis and the hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay.

There's a lot about this hotel I liked but a lot that needs improvement. We left on the final day of the season, and by the end of the last day, we very much got that vibe from the staff. When we arrived we were told that the family room we had originally booked was unavailable (I see other reviews seem to think the hotel overbooks) so we were given two adjacent double rooms which actually worked...

The overall experience with the hotel was great, the only let down was the greeting when we arrived, we just got told our room number and the key was given to us. Which was obviously confusing, but the next morning other guests arrived which where not English and they got a tour of the hotel all the information was given to them. If I could give more that 5/5 then I would! The place is amazing and it’s run by amazing people. It has an amazing view to the sea, the rooms were really nice and clean, and Laura and Piers are the nicest and most helpful hosts. There’s lots of animals about the farm and it’s surrounded by an olive woods, really nice and quiet as it’s away from all busy tourist places but close enough to a quiet beach...

Great place for any kind of trip: family, couples or groups. Everything was perfect. The location is quiet, everyone is very kind and I would come back anytime. Great garden in the middle of a olive wood.

We spent a 12 days couple holiday here. Wonderful place, with beautiful spacious rooms and large terrace. Well equipped with bathroom and separate toilet, 2 aircos, fridge, espresso maker and kettle! The garden is beautiful an oasis of relaxation, quietly located while only 1 min walk away from the beach, the pool and the affiliated restaurant Pierros which we would totally also recommend.

Though this place has a very central location in Laganas, it is very quiet and surrounded by a garden of beautiful olive trees. The interior design of the just six rooms is amazing and the furniture and building is of a very high quality! Overall I can highly recommend this place, as it provides a very exclusive experience!

The room has everything that you need, the bed is super comfortable and the balcony is cozy. The neighborhood is super nice and close to the beach. There is also mini market, rental companies and restaurants around. Staff is super friendly and helpful. :)

Adorno di Zante has lovely rooms and a swimming pool, is small-scale and is in a perfect location. A sandy beach is just around the corner and Cameo Island is only a 5-minute walk away.
