We stayed here in June and had a great vacation! I'm convinced this is one of the best hotels on the island - new, clean and with enough sun beds for all guests. Rooms were cleaned daily and service was excellent. Some guests from an island nation were loud at night, but I still slept well. Highly recommend!

If you know what to expect you won't get disappointed. The rooms are old and not worth it. But at least you get room service and all you can eat buffet (if you provided to get the full/half board). The side view room have a good view of the beach and the small islands. I'd say if you find cheaper places go anywhere else. Don't expect a 4 star hotel.

We stayed for one week and it was really nice. The furniture is a bit old, it's true, but it was no problem at all. Our own hotel were very mean and we had to check out at the morning while the transfer left at night! So this hotel let us pay for only a lunch buffet and then we could spend the whole day by this pool, but things and eat the buffet. Really nice staff who helped us

Good for families and elders. Service was great. No doubt they are holding up the pace for an all inclusive service. But it feels like the food quantity costs the food quantity.

Firstly a very good holiday. First room offered on the first floor was not good balcony looked out on a wire fence with some sort of false “camouflage” netting. No kettle or tea coffee facilities. Room clean plenty of towels. Returned to reception and kindly mentioned the room was not I would regard as exceptional no kettle tea coffee facilities and I did remind them this was an all inclusive holiday...

Great Hotel but could improve. We stayed here a few years back so this may not be 100% accurate now but we loved it. Great location and great staff, did find it a bit annoying to pay for a hotel room safe when it's included in other places and the drink offers were a bit slim. But beyond that was a great place if your after a beach front hotel.

Lovely location. Breakfast wasn’t great but the buffet was good most days. Better than some of the 5 star hotels I’ve been to. Shower room door didn’t shut as it was warped, 20 euros for the safe, extra for air con. No kettle. Cups of tea even English were awful. Take your own T bags. We ate out a lot. The drinks are watered down but most places are.

Not to use too many superlatives: A very good hotel, perhaps one of the best we have had in recent years and that is certainly not only just due to the beautiful buildings and the swimming pool. It would have been good without the efforts of the very cordial, warm, empathetic and enthusiastic staff, but the added value of the staff makes this hotel brilliant.

Nice pool and perfekt located on The Laganas beach. The room was a disappiontment when we booked a familyroom and only hade two normal beds and a sofa. Good holiday but we have had money stolen from the room by the cleaners. We reported it to the hotel reception and got no resolution. The roof top bar had amazing views and the location was right on the sea front.

Amazing holiday overall. Hotel is brilliant with amazing food every morning, afternoon and evening! (Whenever you want really if all inclusive). Bedrooms are clean, tidy and what you need. They make you pay a 25€ tax at the reception for pollution or something like that. Nice hotel for the price, clean rooms. But unfortunately the cleaning service was not that good. The hotel is located in a place where there are other taverns and hotels nearby, 5 minutes from the sea, the hotel charges too high prices for full board, the food is practically the same all the time, very little choice for children and children in this hotel are obviously the basis, not every child eats chips and pasta, just like an adult does not like English cuisine or pizza, the cleaning service...

We had a wonderful 7 days in this Zante and were very pleased with the service during our stay. Apart from Zante Park, we also had the opportunity to stay at Galaxy Resort Hotel (they have a common owner). The food was quite diverse, it was worth choosing because of its proximity to the beach. First of all this is not a 5 star hotel. Therefore the lower rating. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean, apart of the overflowing pool ashtrays. The food and buffet choice was not that great. Food was pretty much cold everytime. Regular an a bit outdated rooms. Hallways could be airconditioned too. Typical resort all inclusive local drink selection, we all know how those taste. We highly recommend this hotel. We spent a week stay here 3.6.-10.6. and we liked it very much. The hotel complex is divided into two parts - the main part, which includes the reception, hotel lobby, two main pools, restaurant and bars. I gave 4* for a room just to indicate it is not a 5* hotel. Solid 4, yes. But this is not as important as service quality and de-li-cious food. People are friendly at any level, from manager to room service. Kindness everywhere. As for food. Well... restaurants around are just a bit better. Just a bit. food mainly cold and not a lot of choice( unless you like fish).Drinks (shorts ruined by poor quality mixers, including cheap bottled unbranded coke).went all inclusive but went out every night to restaurant, because of food!! also no evening entertainment except for 3 nights out of 7.
