A clean room, well-maintained property, attentive and courteous staff, decent and well-chosen food, absolutely reasonable prices for extra services, and, finally, a wonderful pool for children. We were there in the last week of July and would definitely consider returning if we were to visit Zakynthos again.

Location is good. Very close to the beach. The room is small and without the screen window to keep the mosquitos away. We couldn’t sleep for the first 2 nights due to mosquitoes. Then we closed the windows but couldn’t get any fresh air at night. Bathroom is small and the toilet flush is a bit strange with water sound dripping after flushing. Food is average. Good variety of food, staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to all amenities and Kalamaki beach. Good place for a relaxing holiday, only down point was a large tree blocked our view from balcony and the neighbours were smoking on the balcony which stopped us spending as much time getting fresh air as we would usually door. First staff were frendly and helpful. The food was OK but very olive oily. The bar was plain and not big enough if it rains as it did when we were there . The pool is very attractive but is cold . Had the most wonderful 10 days at this hotel. From the moment my friend and I arrived we received the most friendliest of welcomes and were then shown to our room. Just spent 10 wonderful days at this four star hotel... staff are excellent, all friendly and working hard to ensure we had a great experience. Rooms were cleaned every day and our cases were taken to our room and collected on departure day. Pool is kept spotless as was the restaurant with lots of choice every day. Only one observation was that the evening entertainment could have been better.

Please note that Golden Sun Hotel and Golden Sun Resort and Spa are 2 very different hotels but Google shows them as one hotel. We stayed at Golden Sun Hotel, all-inclusive. The rooms are lovely and spacious but lack storage. The food was hit-and-miss. Some nights there seemed to be plenty I could eat and other nights there was nothing to suit me but that's my personal preference. There isn't loads...

First time to Zante...although my partner has been to the Golden Sun before. And I can see why. Just a short break (5 nights) but lovely hotel, in a gorgeous location. Standard all inclusive fare, but really enjoyed it and will be back...really fallen for the area really.

Overall it is quite nice I enjoyed it. I like the food even though I think snacks should switch up a bit, the pool is nice. Rooms are cleaned everyday. However I think it lacks entertainment and was quite boring sometimes at the night.

Lovely hotel, great location- only a 2 minute walk to the beach or to the main strip in the other direction, it is also the opposite end to the airport so although you can hear the planes it doesn't cause a problem. We have been to this Hotel 3 times in the last 12 months. Nice clean rooms, great food, lovely pool and for us a great location. What really makes it for us at this hotel is the staff they are simply lovely and many have become good friends.

I spent a week at a Klelia Beach hotel and I am still really charmed by it! First of all, I admire the people who work here because I saw how hard they work for the whole day. From early morning to 11 PM they are still smiling and they care about guests. Always kind, no matter how long they are on their feet. Sometimes at other places I feel I am just a job or a burden for service people but NOT here...

Wow what an amazing week we have just had at the klelia beach, firstly the staff are all friendly and can't do enough for you, the food was excellent for all inclusive different choices everyday definitely something for everyone, rooms cleaned everyday to a high standard towels and linen changed daily, the pool area was also kept clean, tables disinfected as soon as you left, if I have one complaint...

A basic hotel. Rooms were a bit scruffy and smelt damp. Drain flies in the bathroom. Dirty sunbeds around the pool. Pool looked nice. Food was tasty and warm. Staff were friendly, except for guys behind the bar. Kalamaki and the beach itself is rundown with loads of rubbish. Loads of wasps, flies and mozzies. Wouldn't return.

we recently stayed at the Bitzaro palace and it was amazing, the staff was amazing, the food was incredible ( not a huge amount of option but for what there is it is amazing), the room and balcony’s were beautiful, everything was great. Also Petra at the front desk was amazing and she as the best receptionist anyone could ask for! i would absolutely recommend going to the Bitzaro palace😁

Just back from 11days in this Hotel and what a lovely time we had. I am coeliac and do worry about eating abroad, but the chef would help me with meals and would cook something separate for me if there was an issue with wheat in a sauce ect. Crystal Hotel is the only hotel on the beach in Kalamaki area, right on turtles beach where you can see many turtle's nests and you can enjoy an amazing view. The location of this hotel is everything! Right on the beach with clear water. We had an upgrade to superior room with sea view at arrival and the room was huge and so beautifully decorated. Food is really nice either morning buffet or a la carte at night.

Our 6th visit to this hotel was enjoyable. On arrival we were allocated an older room which did not suit us. We were moved 2 days later to a pool view room which was better. Hotel a little dated and shower in bath pretty dangerous trying to get in and out , and water on floor when exiting shower. Staff and cleanliness excellent. Great location as just off the middle of the strip. Main pool does get busy and is slightly small but not an issue as there is a great adult pool with the comfiest sunbeds. The most wonderful stay. A totally relaxing experience. The rooms were fantastic and the location, right on the beach, was even better. We stayed there 10 days in July where we felt like home thanks to Foteini, Hristos, Stavros and Eni. The room cleaning lady was very tidy and hardworking. You can also book touristic tours as well as Airport transfer from the desk. The resort has only 6 rooms so very quiet and discreet from the beach. We were staying for 8 nights and everything worked out really well! The place has a real nice location on the edge of Kalamaki, its easy to find and doesnt have any problems with noise from nearby hotels or bars. The family that is running the place are really nice and helps out a lot. I would really recommend this place for couples or maybe single travellers, looking for a calm place to stay.

The Bar restaurant is probably one of the best places to eat, very very good food at excellent prices. The burgers are possibly the best we've ever had anywhere! The main dishes are mind blowing. Can not fault the service the staff the food or the experience. 20 years on and still love the place.

Decent stay with pros and cons... Basement apartment was spacious but one room had a massive glass panel so sunlight came in super early. Very reasonable accommodation in the centre of Kalamaki. Good sized rooms with everything you need and clean and tidy. Nice pool area and pool bar/restaurant which serves great food and drinks at good prices. They did not even change for the AC or safe.

The location is perfect.At the centre of Kalamaki where the magic happens.Nice pool, decent rooms-though equipment is a little outdated, great for families.Frankly the employees of this hotel need an award. They go an extra mile to make your stay on the island memorable by recommending the best places and restaurants to visit not forgetting getting you the most affordable taxi and tour rates.

Great hotel. It is close to all the atractions that you have to see. Also close to the clubs. The rooms a ok and they have modern furniture. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Spiros and all the family can’t do enough for you to make your stay a very happy and pleasant one. Beautifully clean and excellent pool. Club sandwich is the best we have had. Their service makes you feel special. They gave my granddaughter a turtle on the day we left. She totally lived the fact that they gave her a gift and she has name it dude. Lovely hotel in an ideal location. Very clean and spacious studio with full king-size bed(6ft), as well as double/king sofabed. Friendly owners and Spiros always available if you need any assistance. We were there in June and tried to rebook when we returned home ,but fully booked until September. So see you in September. Would not hesitate to recommend!

We had an amazing holiday staying at these apartments. We were overwhelmed at the sized and cleanliness of the rooms. Great location which is quiet at night but only a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants. The staff were warm and friendly and could not do enough to help you.
