Sarikampos Beach in Mirtos

We stayed for 1 night in September. The hosts are very friendly and they want to help. When we arrived unfortunately there was an issue with the pool so we could not use it. The beach in front of the hotel is nice, not very large and mostly rocky.
Myrtos town is about 30min walk away so it's somewhat isolated which has its benefits and downsides. The main road passes in front so it can be a bit noisy at times.
Recommended for a cosy stay for a few days.

You truly get more than you pay for here, which is quite common in these charming Cretan places.
Mina is exceptionally welcoming and always ready to help.

Beautiful hotel, we had a lovely spacious and very clean room. We were greeted by the owner with a bottle of cold water which was very welcome! The bed was comfy too 😌

A Very lovely place to stay.. The Owners are very happy and helpful.. Super Rooms very spacious with a full kitchen.. A big pool and a private beach.. Delicious Breakfast and evening meals... We will be visiting them again and again.

A very cozy hotel 💞 with swimming pool. It is located near the village, opposite the hotel there is a small beach. There is a parking in front of the hotel as well. The territory of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, with a small kitchen, it is possible to order breakfast. The price ratio is excellent. It's really one of the best hotels in this part of Crete.

Travelling in octobre, there were limited optons to stay in Mirtos, so my expectations were fairly low when staying in this 2 star hotel. But our stay largely surpassed that! What a cosy hotel with friendly people! Of course, it's not the big luxury, but everything is clean and well organised, the pool is relaxing. What makes it luxury is the warm welcome of the owners! The beach in front is nice to sit on, but not to spend the day on, as it's small with pebbles and no sunbeds. You do need a car to go into town, as the road is not safe to walk on, but we parked easily (probably as it's october). We had a great time in Mirtos!
