Ionio Star Hotel

The most dirty hotel in Greece. Pool is green en the bottom full of dirt. The floor in the room was not clean, full of hair and sand. When I asked about the pool the lady answered me with a unbelievable aggressive way and more or less asked if I was crazy. We left straight away. Just stay away from there if you want to stay healthy

Προσοχή απάτη. Το κατάλυμα είναι υγειονομική βόμβα. Το δωμάτιο βρόμικο και το μπάνιο τους ακατάλληλο για χρήση. Παραπονέθηκα στον υπεύθυνο μας άλλαξε δωμάτιο και το άλλο στην ειδια κατάσταση. Το επόμενο πρωί φύγαμε γιατί δεν μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το μπάνιο τους. 240 ευρώ για δύο διανυκτέρευσεις χωρίς πρωινό και δεν μείναμε πάνω από 12 ώρες. Ή φωτογραφίες που δείχνουν στο ίντερνετ δεν έχουν σχέση με την πραγματικότητα. Είναι πριν 30 χρονιά.

Πολυ χάλια ξενοδοχείο. Απατη σκέτη 92 ευρω η βραδιά, κι ειναι ολα διαλυμένα!Τίποτα απ ότι γράφουν δεν υπάρχει,ουτε πρωινο ουτε πισίνα!Ρημαγμενο ,εκγατελειμενο,βρωμικο.Απορω γιατι λειτουργει ακομα.Δε το συστήνω σε κανένα!Πολυ κακή εμπειρία!

Ακατάλληλο σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Κρεββατια χωρίς ταβλες, ξεχασμένα μουχλιασμένα φαγητά μέσα στο φούρνο,δεν λειτουργούσε το ψυγείο,βρώμικα air, σάπιο καπάκι τουαλέτας,καζανακια που δεν λειτουργούσαν,τρίχες παντού από προηγούμενη διαμονη ,πισίνες άδειες χωρίς νερό και χωρίς δίχτυ προστασίας και ο γιος μου έβγαλε εξάνθηματα και πήγαμε νοσοκομείο.

A peine arrivés de l’aéroport, fin de journée, heureux d’être la : personne. On attend une bonne vingtaine de minutes. Là on nous indique qu’on n’aura pas les chambres réservées. Parce que des clients fidèles ont demandé une nuit de plus ( sic…) doc demain on aura les deux chambres doubles vue mer en étage. Et finalement comme on proteste, on en reçoit une, l’autre ce sera demain. En attendant, à la place on nous attribue un gigantesque appartement sur trois niveaux, dont on se moque. Bref. Le soir: on a réservé la pour avoir la possibilité de dîner la , sans ressortir la voiture etc. Rien. Aucun restaurant( contrairement à ce que mentionnent des avis plus anciens). Le lendemain matin: le petit dej présent comme varié et « luxuous » sur le site de l’hôtel : la misère absolue. Onnnous sert une espèce de panini jambon fromage a étouffer, et comme on ne mange pas , deux œuf au plat. Pas de pain à dispo, pas de beurre( on a demandé et on a reçu une grosse plâtrée d’une espèce d e margarine écoeurante) et comme confiture: un vieux reste de pots de fraise . Pas de fruits. Rien. Vraiment à pleurer. J’ai appelé Booking, en France, je leur ai expliqué la situation en leur disant de regarder les avis récents. Apparemment l’hôtel est en pleine décadence. La piscine est verte au fond, les transats sont sales. Le site est mensonger. Et les tarifs!!! 7 euros le petit dej!!! 85/90 la chambre!!! On a demandé à booking d’annulzr notre reservation. On a fait nos bagages on a pris nos cliques et nos claques. Et se reloger le 30 juillet en Crète, pas simple. Mais rester la 3 nuits d e plus, non! Je leur ai donné leur chance au vu de commentaires qui étaient très divers. Je le regrette. Mais on est remboursé complètement des 3 nuits qu’on ne fera pas!

The hotel had an image of general abandonment. There were communal areas with various objects, such as wellington boots and buckets, tossed away, the fire-extinguishers were rusty and in the sun, the two pools were empty with the largest one being filled as we arrived, and there was a permeating smell of sewage in the pool area. In the maisonette, there was a very strong and suffocating smell of mould. We noticed that the toilet seat cover had mould stains that had been attempted to be removed, the wooden furniture had a mouldy off-white coating and there were clear spots of mould in the lower surface of the wooden steps. In addition, there were no tv sets, not even toilet paper rolls. We checked out an hour after the check-in, having found another lodging. The receptionist was also assertive and rude. We consider this hotel being substandard and with potential public health hazard, and we feel we have been conned since what we met had nothing to do with what was advertised on booking.
