Amazing experience, the air conditioning was a nice thing to have. Nice service and very attentive and welcoming.

Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the air-conditioning not working properly. When we tried to find a member of staff to help, they were all asleep. It was late (after 01:30) but someone should have been available. This meant we couldn't sleep as our room was 31°C.

Thank you for nice vacation. We stayed here for a week and everything was all right. The owner and all stuff is really kind. Especially big thanks to the breakfast lady, who prepared dairy free food as I am allergic. Today celebrate our anniversary with my boyfriend and it was also possible to order room service breakfast. The very best breakfast we ever had in Crete!The owners were also very friendly. Our room was ok with two balconies.There was airconditioning and a small fridge in the room. Very nice apartments in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The beach is to be reached over a few steps in shortest time. All apartments are equipped with a terrace facing the sea, where you can spend every evening comfortably. The bed is large and very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. A traditional half timbered place with balconies and plants draped everywhere, set back from the front just enough to insulate you from the restaurants. It appears to be in the courtyard of old church which lends it a serene ambiance. My single, ground floor room was tiny but clean and airy and I enjoyed my stay.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding. Only a few minutes drive from Myrtos beach whoch is also very nice. It is not so mass touristy as the north of Crete.

A very cozy hotel 💞 with swimming pool. It is located near the village, opposite the hotel there is a small beach. There is a parking in front of the hotel as well. The territory of the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, with a small kitchen, it is possible to order breakfast. The price ratio is excellent. It's really one of the best hotels in this part of Crete.

I stayed for 4 nights in April 2023 and I feel this Hotel is good value for money, it is direct by the beach, town centre, boutiques, shops everything is close by. Fotini, the lady from Reception was ever so lovely, every morning we got greeted with a big, lovely greek smile and spoiled with delicious coffee outside and was very helpful and interested. If I ever return to Lerapetra I would stay there...

It was the last moment booking, but the hotel responded very fast. The manager was very welcoming and helpful. Room was small, but with a spacious balcony.

This hotel has a great location on the beach but our room faced mechanicals . If you like vintage hotels, this one’s for you. Nice and cozy. It's a place you go to, if you love a quiet stay. Within a couple of minutes walk from the seaside and the beach, almost in the middle of the town. Hotel at the edge of the center, directly at the beach/sea with public parking spots in front of the building. Room was very basic. The ones across the local basket court, comes with side view to the sea, but also faced the noise of the basket players shooting until late midnight. The location ist absolutely great. Located at Ierapetra Paralia you reach most interesting spots in Ierapetra easily by foot. The new sand beach and the close located Waikiki beach is a huge upgrade for those who want to enjoy the Libyan Sea here.

This is what a 4-star hotel for children should look like. Everything was perfect. A small suggestion for the staff - a good practice would be to confiscate towels placed on sunbeds before 9 a.m.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for: the positive and friendly staff, the cuisine, the location, and the many facilities for guests (such as free sunbeds). There were many different activities and evening events that helped us have fun. We had the opportunity to try many local delicious dishes - definitely a point for which to stay at this hotel.

Amazing place. The pool and beach were spotless, staff were so friendly and accommodating. My sister and I are vegan and even managed to find a different dish every night we could eat, hot food as well as lots of salad and dips. Highly recommended :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a smaller, quiet hotel within walking distance of the town of Ierapetra, where you can find the promenade, shops, cafes and taverns. The hotel has a private, nice, clean beach with a gentle entrance to the sea and free sunbeds with umbrellas, clear water with lots of fish. Wow. My family and I came to stay for 3 nights and couldn’t believe our eyes. This looks and feels like the hotels or resorts you see on Instagram, but for real. The only disadvantage is that it is not accommodating to people with disabilities, unless they are willing to pay tip for the go-cart ride to the top (the hotel is on a mountain and you must go up many stairs to reach your room at times)....

I would like to add more stars but it is not possible. I've traveled to Multiple places in my life, but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything is very good, from the suite with the wonderful view, to the cleanliness, the staff, breakfast and dinner, everything was perfect. The bar with the most beautiful view I've ever seen. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are very clean and modern. The food is really good and there is a big variation of traditional creek food and Asian. We had a room with a big balkony. That is suitable for 2 persons. There are also rooms with a privat pool at the balkony available. Great loction well away from busy areas. Its quiet a drive from the airport so if travelling outside a package holiday check taxi fares. Beautiful views and you can hire cars really cheaply to explore other parts of the island of Crete.

Amazing rooms, very clean and amazing service. The owners go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied. Amazing experience. I recommend for couples seeking quiet place, but also for familly with childrens. Beach under the apartement is beautiful and also in high season you will be there almost alone (you have to descend several stairs and rocks). It is beautiful and hot in the august month. It is very beautiful and quiet with no one to distract you or annoy you. It is the perfect paradise.
