Oikies Small Elegant Houses

The place is excellent and in a good area. The staff is polite and helpful. But because it is next to the airport every time a plane lands or takes off there is a lot of commotion. The room we stayed in (3 adults) was small, but they had agreed on the phone and another room was given to us. Overpriced for what we got. The mattress is advertised as being a coco mat and everything else...when asked the owner told us that the money they finished and that it has 5 rooms that could not change the mattresses! one bed was a small camp bed for an adult person. The air-conditioned was relatively old, no maintenance seems to have been done, as a result of which it squeaked and all 3 of us got allergic rhinitis. The shower was clogged, water was coming out of it and even though we had mentioned it more than 3 times it was never fixed during our stay. The breakfast is basic with very few quantities.
