„Hotel” raczej zaniedbany. Za wszystko trzeba dodatkowo płacić- drinki, pizza około 8-11€. Jedzenie monotonne, mały wybór. Pokoje omiecione nie sprzątane. Kawa przy basenie to jakiś żart- rozpuszczalna zalewaną wodą z butelki. Widok z restauracji ładny, śniadania są ok. Plaży praktycznie brak

L’hotel è in una bella posizione, si vede che era stato costruito per essere molto bello, peccato che lo stiano lasciando decadere. L’ arredamento è molto datato e maltenuto. La pulizia è un optional… le piscine a vederle sono belle, ma poco curate, non le ho utilizzate. L’accesso al mare è roccioso non curato con rottami lasciati sui sassi. Le camere sono old style, poco pulite, con vecchie macchie sull’imbottitura del letto, pareti e porte, d’altronde in una settima sono state “pulite” una volta, dopo che abbiamo protestato, e un’altra hanno cambiato gli asciugamani a terra e lasciato il letto sfatto, gli asciugamani erano vecchi e consumati. Le luci funzionano una si e una no, l’ aspiratore del bagno non funzionava ed era impossibile farsi la doccia, in vasca da bagno molto datata, senza far cadere acqua ovunque. Era pure difficile protestare perché non c’era mai nessuno autorevole alla reception, ma solo ragazzini messi lì tanto per. La colazione passabile se arrivavi entro le 9:30, quando iniziavano a chiudere zona “cucina” e a non rimettere le pietanze. Insomma… da evitare…

Recently stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and can be improved further by refirbishing the rooms. However, the staff let this hotel down. Except for the young man at reception who was attentive and helpful, most of the other staff were not friendly at all. The restaurant in particulsr needs improvement, as there was never enough food at breakfast and the staff lack customer service skills. This hotel has a lot of potentisl but needs some work.

Πρόσφατα είχα την ευχαρίστηση να μείνω στο Viva Mare και δεν μπορώ παρά να εκφράσω τον θαυμασμό μου για την απαράμιλλη εξυπηρέτηση που λάβαμε καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Από την πρώτη στιγμή της άφιξής μας, το προσωπικό μας καλωσόρισε με ζεστασιά και επαγγελματισμό. Η διαδικασία του check-in ήταν ομαλή και γρήγορη, με τους υπαλλήλους στη ρεσεψιόν να είναι ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να απαντήσουν σε όλες τις απορίες μας. Μας παρείχαν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το ξενοδοχείο και τις παροχές του, καθώς και για τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, κάθε μέλος του προσωπικού που συναντήσαμε ήταν φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και επαγγελματικό. Από τους σερβιτόρους στο εστιατόριο μέχρι το προσωπικό καθαριότητας, όλοι έδειχναν να απολαμβάνουν τη δουλειά τους και να ενδιαφέρονται πραγματικά για την άνεσή μας. Ιδιαίτερα μας εντυπωσίασε η προθυμία τους να κάνουν το κάτι παραπάνω για να εξασφαλίσουν ότι είχαμε μια υπέροχη εμπειρία. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και ποιοτικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό του εστιατορίου ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμο να μας βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο, κάνοντάς μας να ξεκινήσουμε την ημέρα μας με τον καλύτερο τρόπο. Τέλος, κατά την αναχώρηση, το προσωπικό φρόντισε να διασφαλίσει ότι όλα είχαν πάει καλά κατά τη διαμονή μας και μας ευχαρίστησαν θερμά που επιλέξαμε το ξενοδοχείο τους. Αυτή η λεπτομέρεια μας άφησε την καλύτερη εντύπωση και σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε ξανά το Viva Mare για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές. Συνοψίζοντας, η εξυπηρέτηση στο Viva Mare ήταν άψογη, δημιουργώντας μια πραγματικά αξέχαστη εμπειρία διαμονής. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το ξενοδοχείο σε όποιον αναζητά κορυφαία φιλοξενία και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.

Hotel Viva Mare turned out to be a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, with a rusty radiator and a leaking bathtub. Despite the all-inclusive offer, on the first day, we were refused water, being told it was extra. The hotel looked completely different from the pictures, was neglected, and the staff were unfriendly and smoked indoors. The food was low quality; when a dish ran out, it was not replenished, the selection was very small, and the dishes were repetitive. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, and pool towels were unavailable. The bar service was poor, with drinks served in dirty glasses. The sunbeds by the pool were broken, and tiles were falling off the pool, posing a hazard. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a fantastic time staying at Viva Mare Hotel. The room was spacious with a fantastic sea view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was very pleasant with amazing views and four swimming pools available. Food was also great as there was a variety of options for breakfast and dinner, also fastest wifi I have ever had in a hotel. Highly recommended

Odaya girer girmez en az 10-15 sivri sinek bizi karşıladı. Resepsiyondan sinek ilacı olmadığı ve yarın yardımcı olabileceklerini söylediler. Oteldeki çocukların suratları sinek ısırığı içindeydi. Bu da büyük ihtimalle odaların pisliği ve eskiliğinden kaynaklanıyor. Otelde çok büyük bir hijyen sorunu var. Odalar rutubet içinde ve banyo sigara kokuyor. Oda ekipmanları ve klima doğru düzgün çalışmıyor. Yatak çarşafları ve nevresim değiştirilmiyor ve yatak gıcırtısından uyunmuyor. Otel inanılmaz gürültülü. Tesis çok büyük olduğu için personel yetersiz, hiçbir şeye yetişemiyorlar. Çok da çabalamıyorlar açıkcası. Kahve berbat, eğer sizin için önemliyse yanınızda götürün. Kahvaltıda çıkan ürünler(börek çörek vb) kahvaltı başladıktan 2 saat sonra ancak getiriliyor o da tabağın yarısı anca dolu. Kesinlikle otelin plajından denize girmek mümkün değil çünkü plaj yok. Çok deniz kestanesi ve yosun var. Otelin websitesine kesinlikle aldanmayın çünkü alakası yok, o görseller ileride yapılması planlanan hali ama onu yapacak paraları olmadığı için beklediklerini söylüyorlar. Kısacası berbat bir deneyimdi, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ben hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir otel görmedim tam anlamıyla rezalet öncelikle çok eski çok yıpranmış bir iç yapısı var ve çok pis yatak çarşaflar yastık kılıfları değişmiyor midemiz bulandı. Otelin plajı yok denize girmek mümkün değil araba kiralayıp farklı koylara gidebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı eh aç kalmazsınız.Kahve tutkunuz iseniz yanınızda götürün ama odada ısıtıca yok.Kahve makinesinin sadece double espresso tarafı çalışoyor ama içemezsiniz o kadar kötü.Çok güze börek ve kruvasan var ama sorun şu ki kahvaltı sabah 7:30’da başlıyorsa 9:00’da çıkarıyorlar o da bir tabak içinde 5 tane insanlar saldırıyor ama şanslıysanız 1 tane alabilirsiniz belki sonra 1 saat sonra bir tabak daha yine aynı.Tesis çok büyük personel çok az. Web’teki görseller sizi yanıltmasın o şimdiki hali değil yeni yapıldıktan sonraki hali olarak planlanıyor ama resepsiyon ile görüştüm buna bütçeleri yokmuş henüz. Yani kısacası bu otele sakın gitmeyin

We had 2 rooms and it was all satisfactory. Breakfast was good when it was the weekend but it was lacking during the week.

We have visited this wonderful hotel with my parents to celebrate my birthday. The emphatic and professional working staff makes this place an oasis of calm and peace. Accommodation, service and food was very good. The view from my room was really breathtaking. Maria, wishing you and your team all the best.
