Beautiful rooms with sea views. It's quiet at night if the door is closed. Very clean with daily cleaning and coffee provided. Paradisos beach is right in front, but there are stones in the water; the staff has cleared paths for easy access. Free umbrellas & self service. For a stone-free beach and service, beach bars are just 2 minutes away. Great for families. The sea is lovely, and Neos Marmaras...

We had a great stay at the hotel. For the price we paid it was very worth it. The staff, especially the woman at the reception was very nice, and also the cleaning ladies. The hotel is connected with a sea food 🐟🦑🐙restaurant in front, one of the best in the town. Although it's not only for guests of the hotel, but anyone else, so you need to make a table reservation or it will be full in the evening...

Only 4 stars as the hotel rooms are very noisy.There are no sound proof walls , doors or windows, so you can hear your neighbors in their rooms, or everything that's happening outside in the hotel garden. Otherwise the place is great, as is close to the beach and restaurants , and most important, if you go by car , it has it's own private parking spaces behind the hotel.

Such a lovely place! Big and cleaned rooms. Wonderful view. Good food at the restaurant. Situated on the beach and also close to other beaches that deserves to be visited, around. Parking place for the car, nice place for children to play in the garden. Market (Lidle) in the neighbourhood, easy to be reached by car or just walking. The beach is not with sand but the water is clear, clean and warm...

Nice place for coffee or giros. There is a kids playground.

The hotel is situated in the center of the Neos Marmaras near a lot of restaurants and shops. City’s beach is about 10 min away by steps. It was a perfect stay. The owner and the staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel is very nice and Clean! You have the parking lot in front of the hotel. The breakfast is 6€/person and they have 4 menus. I recommend this hotel.

A nice place to stay with a great view, close to the port. The staff is very helpful, we had a nasty situation with our car and Venetia really helped us a lot! I would recommend this place as it has a good balance cost vs quality.

Loved it here! Room was spotless clean with new furniture, well equipped & A/C included in the price. We were sceptical about the mini kitchen but it turned out just great, it had everything we needed & more. In front of the apt they have drinks, sweets, books and games to play which is so thoughtful. Host is very kind and helpful, she even gave us a goodbye gift, thanks once again!

We stayed at Studios Mouse House with my boyfriend for 3 nights and the experience was most satisfying! The host, Mrs Ioanna was really nice and helpful, her recommendations about food, taverns and beach places were great! She was always pleased to give us a hand with everything we needed! Good enough. Very clean and quiet rooms. Mrs. Ioanna is very friendly and helpful and provides you many things. However I think that it's a little expensive for the facilities and the location that it is.

Really nice location, excellent price and helpful owner. The highlight is the amazing roof top it has, that you don’t want to leave from there. The bad stuff now, is that the rooms weren’t clean(you could find a lot of dirt and webs in the rooms). We were staying at the apartment on the ground floor and we were struggling a lot with the internet connection(there was almost no internet in the whole...

Very nice place, with beautiful roof terrace. Rooms are very nice arranged and they are very clean. Location is good, couple minutes away from city centre by foot, but yet enough far away from city noise. Hosts are very polite and helpful. I would recommend Selini House to everyone!

Apartment was new and cleaned every day, towels and sheets was changed every 3 days. Good internet and plenty of parking places on the road. Friendly owners/staff. 5min walk to the center and 10min to the beach.

Great location, about a 5 minute walk from the town center. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, towels and sheets changed every 3 days, which I found very reasonable. Plenty of parking spaces available as well and the owners are very nice, they even offered some recommendations.

Flexible staff they helped us with a double room with a view instead of a triple room, cleaned everyday, well equipped kitchen.

10/10 Beautiful apartments, hygiene is great, view is great, owners are very friendly and communicative, we stayed for 12 days and we will come again. Internet speed is by far the best compared to every place that we’ve been in Greece. The location is nice and quiet at night and 2 min walk from the centar of N. Marmaras.

Very nice positioned, on a hill with view over the entire city of Neos Marmaras and amazing sunset view over Paradisos. All the rooms have sea view, so don't worry about that. Free private parking available both in front of the building and in a private locked yard nearby. The room was huge, the view is really great, the beds were comfy, it was surprinsingly quiet and well soundproofed, everything...

The perfect stay! The host is very kind and supportive, just perfect. Location, comfort, view, room size and design, everything just matched our wishes. No sound from the other rooms. In total: Highly recommended and now one of our favorite locations in Greece.
