Even though the hotel could use some renovation my experience was very pleasant. The hotel has much to offer with a golf court, a winery, a bowling alley, an outdoor cinema just to mention a few

Great place for a couples and family stay. Resort has plenty of green spots and beautiful olive trees. Kids Mini Club is fantastic with many entertaining activities for kids

Dinner is special event! With a kitchen chef show! Greek, Mexican, Italian, International. The best carbonara we ate is in this hotel! Desserts are also great! Lots of fruits, sweets, cakes, lemon mousse

At the evening the animation team rises atmosphere, for the kids at the beginning of evening and later for the adults with different contents. It is probably one of our better experience in Greece

Last 3 times we were in a 5 star hotel in Greece. If stars are coming because of food, this hotel has to have 6 STARS! Breakfast has 40 different varieties of food, and dinner

Lots of space around the pool, there's no rush for the sunbeds, can get one at any time of day. The staff are amazing, cannot do enough for you

Beautifull garden with a pool and views on see and hills. Has a little shy rescued dog, and they are kind to her. Large pretty rooms, lot of privacy, lot of nice details, good coffee, frwsh local vine.

The location and the view are amazing. Rooms are quite spacious and full of light. Only drawback is the light in the bathroom is not enough even to brush your teeth ?.

Nice view, best location, in the middle of olive trees, clean rooms, intelligent and polite manager/owner, enough parking areas, quite, bird chirps, satisfying breakfast, good prices.. We love it !!

The hotel manager and his staff are very friendly, the rooms are cosy, the meals are huge and delicious, the prices are moderate They organize greek nights every week.

Excellent view and accomodations. A really nice restaurant here, from where you can watch the sunset while you have your dinner.

Such a lovely place! Big and cleaned rooms. Situated on the beach and also close to other beaches that deserves to be visited, around. Parking place for the car, nice place for children to play in the garden

The beach is not with sand but the water is clear, clean and warm, just perfect in the morning or afternoon and especially in the evening where there are beautifull sunsets

Spyros the owner of the restaurant is a great host. At night they place tables on the beach so you can have your dinner right next to the sea watching the sunset

1* The location is great, only a couple minute walk from the centre without noise from the street, lots of shops, friendly people, restaurants, food and great night life, so that you don't have to drive to the other side of the 2nd leg for your needs

The best feature is its location, right in the middle of wonderful Neos Marmaras

1* Minus 1* due to the fact that it's nothing more than what you pay for and although there is no noise from the street, at times there is some noise coming from people staying at the hotel, not respecting others at times of rest

1* The stuff was kind, courteous and happy to help and ask if we needed anything, provided us with free bottles of water even though they didn't have to, and on top of that, offered information about the town

I don't get why the low star reviews and I'll elaborate why I believe it's a nice, value for money place. The rooms are cozy and nice with everything provided as per photos and listing on booking

They were well cleaned and looked after, and the room for non smokers we asked for, was provided. For the price of course, don't expect a 5* hotel room, let's be reasonable

Zois Marinos our waiter provided excellent service, answered all of our questions and then some. The hotel is located in a fabulous location, beach to the left, city centre to the right

The most understanding hotel i've ever seen. Because Turkish government declared state of emergency in Turkey my friends couldn't leave our country

Across the street is a lovely bakery and a well stocked supermarket, 10 minutes away you can rent a boat for the day. We would recommend this friendly hotel to anyone staying in Marmaras

The hotel is situated in the center of the Neos Marmaras near a lot of restaurants and shops. City’s beach is about 10 min away by steps. The owner and the staff were very friendly and nice

The staff is very helpful, we had a nasty situation with our car and Venetia really helped us a lot! I would recommend this place as it has a good balance cost vs quality

The hotel is very nice and Clean! You have the parking lot in front of the hotel. The breakfast is 6€/person and they have 4 menus

Flexible staff they helped us with a double room with a view instead of a triple room, cleaned everyday, well equipped kitchen.

It's a great place for family holidays just outside Neos Marmaras. Very quiet place surrounded by olive trees. Great atmosphere especially during the night with great views of Marmaras

A nice walk down to town with a tougher walk back up as mentioned. The hillside views made any walking worthwhile. The owner was really helpful and attentive

The rooms are clean, with AC(even not turned on it is liveable). The bathroom is a bit small but the bedroom is great! The staff is very kind. The location is near the centre

Really nice hotel, a place where you can rest after a full day of staying on the beach. The hotel is near of the most restaurants or markets but not so near to be disturbed. Definitely we will return.

It was really nice to stay in Kaplanis house! We were at the first floor and the room's view was great! All the staff was very friendly and kind! Highly recommended!! :-)

Kind people and luxury greek traditional island style apartments. I recommend it to everybody but mostly for couples in love.

Overall not bad experience, we didn't have water sometimes and wifi was bad in the room and upper floors, but rooms(although very small) and entire place is clean

There is a beach near and they have some free beach chairs for guests. The only down thing would be that there are no places to eat where to go on foot. Machine transportation is a must

Neos Marmaras is 5 minutes away, by car, and has some awsome taverns with Greek food

When we arrived the was very clean and the owner was waiting for us. We had more than enough towels and bed sheets. Veranda is big enough and you can make barbecue with friends

Sentrum is only 3 minutes walk and you can find everything there! High-speed Internet and free Netflix. Of course we will come back again to House Loana
