A no-frills budget hotel. The best feature is its location, right in the middle of wonderful Neos Marmaras. You can't expect much from such low-key accomodation for such a rate, however everything was acceptable, staff and owners extremely friendly. Perfect for a frugal traveller.

The rooms are really clean but there was an unpleasant odour from the sink though. The view is awesome but be aware that there are a lot of bees. The windows have mosquito nets so the bees only annoy you when you eat outside.

Family villa, quiet and very close to everything! Very easy to find, just 50 meters away from the main road ! Great place, very clean and one of the best views to Diaporos island! You should definitely go to the kiosk behind the villa and take photos , magnificent view ! We stay there for 1 week, totally recommended!

We've stayed for 3 nights at the end of the season, but the hotel was full with guests. Excellent value for the money. Tasty food, a variety of choices, and good service. They clean the room every day and get you new towels and sheets every day. The toilet is renovated. The beach is excellent, and the quality and the color of the seawater are unreal.

At the reception you will be greeted by a young girl with the most beautiful eyes and a warm smile, who will do her best to find you the best accommodation and the best discount. We stayed at this hotel for a family summer holiday and were absolutely delighted in every way. The rooms were clean and tidy, with towels and bed linen changed every 2–3 days. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering something for everyone. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. We couldn’t be happier—highly recommended.

Exelent hotel for vacation, the beach is nearby and beautiful especially for kids. The food was olso good regards to the chef. Personal is polite and helpful, the only negative part was that the air conditioner wasn't working in the whole block of the hotel and it was too hot to sleep at night!

We are very pleased with location of the hotel. Especially when you are with children, beach is nearby, swimming pool is right in front of the hotel and that was most important thing for me. I expected more for the price paid. Nice location, close to the beach, the sea is lovely. But, the room… terrible shower, poor water pressure, no towel racks, dead bugs in the room, fusty smell, stains on towels … lots of terrible little details that ruined the whole experience. Best place for relaxation. The sea is wonderful and only 6 meters from the hotel's entrance. Very nice and polite people. The rooms were very clean and comfortable compared with others. Best value for money for family holidays. I wish we could stay more.
