2 star hotels in Neos Marmaras

I don't get why the low star reviews and I'll elaborate why I believe it's a nice, value for money place. The rooms are cozy and nice with everything provided as per photos and listing on booking.com. They were well cleaned and looked after, and the room for non smokers we asked for, was provided. A no-frills budget hotel. The best feature is its location, right in the middle of wonderful Neos Marmaras. You can't expect much from such low-key accomodation for such a rate, however everything was acceptable, staff and owners extremely friendly. Perfect for a frugal traveller.

We had a great time in Pella Hotel, Neos Marmaras. The staff was very helpful with us. We got a modern style room on the second floor with balcony and a beautiful panoramic view. We could watch the sunrise each morning. The room was clean and fantastic. We really loved the view from our balcony, we could even have a nice city & sea view literally from the bed in our room. Very friendly stuff! Quick check-in. Clean rooms! Close to the city center and close to shops. Buss stop close to the hotel. If need to rent a scooter is a place 200m away. Beaches close by. Can warmly recommend!

It's close to the port (5 minutes away) and an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is also available nearby some super markets,shops,beauty salon etc. The place is No noisy and we'll organisation, clean and comfortable accommodation . The wiew is marvellous, rare beauty... Pella Hotel is ideally for your holiday!

Beautiful rooms with sea views. It's quiet at night if the door is closed. Very clean with daily cleaning and coffee provided. Paradisos beach is right in front, but there are stones in the water; the staff has cleared paths for easy access. Free umbrellas & self service. For a stone-free beach and service, beach bars are just 2 minutes away. Great for families. The sea is lovely, and Neos Marmaras...

We had a great stay at the hotel. For the price we paid it was very worth it. The staff, especially the woman at the reception was very nice, and also the cleaning ladies. The hotel is connected with a sea food 🐟🦑🐙restaurant in front, one of the best in the town. Although it's not only for guests of the hotel, but anyone else, so you need to make a table reservation or it will be full in the evening...

Only 4 stars as the hotel rooms are very noisy.There are no sound proof walls , doors or windows, so you can hear your neighbors in their rooms, or everything that's happening outside in the hotel garden. Otherwise the place is great, as is close to the beach and restaurants , and most important, if you go by car , it has it's own private parking spaces behind the hotel.

Situated on the excellent position in Neos, just near the beach, which is, btw, very nice for a city beach. So, you don't have to go up and down to get to the seaside, which is a usual for Neos Marmaras. Apatments on the east side facing the sea are nice, they are a little bit crowded with traditional, antique-like furniture, just one of the rooms has air conditon unit. My wife and I stayed at this quaint hotel for two nights. The hotel room was clean with an excellent restaurant if you choose to dine out. Zois Marinos our waiter provided excellent service, answered all of our questions and then some. The hotel is located in a fabulous location, beach to the left, city centre to the right. The most understanding hotel i've ever seen. Because Turkish government declared state of emergency in Turkey my friends couldn't leave our country. We must've cancelled our reservation but we should've pay a cancellation fee. I asked them if they can cancel our reservation for free and they accepted without a question! You can definitely trust this hotel about understanding and resolving your problems...

Any recommendation for a hotel. First of all, the location is good, very close to the beach and Neos Marmaras, which is the main tourist center there. The hotel has its own parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. The exterior and surroundings of the hotel, the courtyard, the swimming pool, the resting place are very nicely decorated and full of greenery, palm trees, bananas, flowers and decorations...

Amazing hotel. Neet, tidy with a great garden and pool. It is far more beautiful than the photos. The brothers who own the hotel are great dudes and very professional. I would definetely reccomend it for family or couple vacations. I stayed with my wife for a week and we 'll definetely coming back next year. Keep up the good job guys!

Lovely place with lovely staff

Nice, clean family hotel with all essentials available. Very friendly staff, 5 mins walking distance to the beach which is not the very best one but it is ok for several days. Supermarket close-by, couple of acceptable taverns on the beach and if you need more Neos Marmaras is 20-30 mins away on foot from the hotel but I prefer staying at Paradisos and going out to Neos Marmaras.

The location is amazing-right on the sea front. Lovely owners & staff who are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day & kept spotless. The bed was very comfortable and there was a refrigerator & TV. Free safety deposit boxes and air conditioning. Breakfast is excellent quality and reasonably priced. Wonderful sunsets-best I've ever seen! Well kept gardens with sun loungers and parasols...

Nice hotel with its own kind of beach, nice green yard, rooms are cleaned every day with clean towels every day, peaceful place, polite and kind staff, bed and breakfast. Same breakfast every day except pies/croissants or similar which is different every day. We stayed there 14 days and were very pleased with everything - great quality/price ratio

After 20 years we returned to chalkidiki and we choose hotel vourvourou. Everything was ok, daily cleaned room, changed towels and every 3 days changed bed sheets. Zhe location is directly on beach wit private garden and sunbeds for guests. In garden there big trees for shade Definitelly we will return

The owners are very helpful and very nice people, they advice us about places, beaches, auto service recommandation in Agyos Nikolaos. Best view in Vourvourou. Best coffee. Warm water and clean, good for the kids also. Coffee at the seaside. Love it.

Great hotel, clean, roomy, nice suroundings especially good if you come with kids. Has own beach and beach bar also own restaurant. The food is good but the menu is too simple and limited. Also the breakfeast is very simple with low quality items.

We had a sea view room, which was quite comfortable. Maybe a bit smaller but nothing dramatic. The breakfast was usual for this kind of places and although this might be a bit better, i guess you cant expect that much for ~12eur per person except for ordinary morning meals (eggs, pastry, marmalade, coffee, milk, etc). Is a noise place during the night. The artistic program of restaurant is not fanny all time. The hotel is good for families with children.

Comfy rooms right next to the beach. The restaurant food, especially the pizza!, is great. The place is perfect for families with little kids, for the beach is sandy and the water is warm, shallow and there are no waves at all.

Exelent hotel for vacation, the beach is nearby and beautiful especially for kids. The food was olso good regards to the chef. Personal is polite and helpful, the only negative part was that the air conditioner wasn't working in the whole block of the hotel and it was too hot to sleep at night!

We are very pleased with location of the hotel. Especially when you are with children, beach is nearby, swimming pool is right in front of the hotel and that was most important thing for me. Food is ok, maybe we expect much better quality but it was tasty and ok. Suggest better sweets and cakes because we only have apples, oranges and pudding...Also, coffe, water and juice from the machines are disaster...

I expected more for the price paid. Nice location, close to the beach, the sea is lovely. But, the room… terrible shower, poor water pressure, no towel racks, dead bugs in the room, fusty smell, stains on towels … lots of terrible little details that ruined the whole experience. Really no need for two huge a** TVs when other things are not up to standard…

Best place for relaxation. The sea is wonderful and only 6 meters from the hotel's entrance. Very nice and polite people. The rooms were very clean and comfortable compared with others. Best value for money for family holidays. I wish we could stay more.
