Such a lovely place! Big and cleaned rooms. Wonderful view. Good food at the restaurant. Situated on the beach and also close to other beaches that deserves to be visited, around. Parking place for the car, nice place for children to play in the garden. Market (Lidle) in the neighbourhood, easy to be reached by car or just walking. The beach is not with sand but the water is clear, clean and warm...

Has a very good restaurand. The food is delicious and the staff is very helpful. Prices are good. Would recommend.

The staff is amazing. Nora was especially helpful, but everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The location is just perfect, the rooms are very clean. I can't recommend this hotel enough! We'll come back for sure! Thanks again!

Great place. Great restaurant. Fresh seafood daily. Spyros the owner of the restaurant is a great host. At night they place tables on the beach so you can have your dinner right next to the sea watching the sunset. Beautiful!

I don't get why the low star reviews and I'll elaborate why I believe it's a nice, value for money place. The rooms are cozy and nice with everything provided as per photos and listing on booking.com. They were well cleaned and looked after, and the room for non smokers we asked for, was provided. A no-frills budget hotel. The best feature is its location, right in the middle of wonderful Neos Marmaras. You can't expect much from such low-key accomodation for such a rate, however everything was acceptable, staff and owners extremely friendly. Perfect for a frugal traveller.

Situated on the excellent position in Neos, just near the beach, which is, btw, very nice for a city beach. So, you don't have to go up and down to get to the seaside, which is a usual for Neos Marmaras. Apatments on the east side facing the sea are nice, they are a little bit crowded with traditional, antique-like furniture, just one of the rooms has air conditon unit. Other room has only a ventilator...

My wife and I stayed at this quaint hotel for two nights. The hotel room was clean with an excellent restaurant if you choose to dine out. Zois Marinos our waiter provided excellent service, answered all of our questions and then some. The hotel is located in a fabulous location, beach to the left, city centre to the right. The most understanding hotel i've ever seen. Because Turkish government declared state of emergency in Turkey my friends couldn't leave our country. We must've cancelled our reservation but we should've pay a cancellation fee. I asked them if they can cancel our reservation for free and they accepted without a question! You can definitely trust this hotel about understanding and resolving your problems...

We had a great time in Pella Hotel, Neos Marmaras. The staff was very helpful with us. We got a modern style room on the second floor with balcony and a beautiful panoramic view. We could watch the sunrise each morning. The room was clean and fantastic. We really loved the view from our balcony, we could even have a nice city & sea view literally from the bed in our room. Very friendly stuff! Quick check-in. Clean rooms! Close to the city center and close to shops. Buss stop close to the hotel. If need to rent a scooter is a place 200m away. Beaches close by. Can warmly recommend!

It's close to the port (5 minutes away) and an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is also available nearby some super markets,shops,beauty salon etc. The place is No noisy and we'll organisation, clean and comfortable accommodation . The wiew is marvellous, rare beauty... Pella Hotel is ideally for your holiday!

Any recommendation for a hotel. First of all, the location is good, very close to the beach and Neos Marmaras, which is the main tourist center there. The hotel has its own parking lot and plenty of parking spaces. The exterior and surroundings of the hotel, the courtyard, the swimming pool, the resting place are very nicely decorated and full of greenery, palm trees, bananas, flowers and decorations...

Amazing hotel. Neet, tidy with a great garden and pool. It is far more beautiful than the photos. The brothers who own the hotel are great dudes and very professional. I would definetely reccomend it for family or couple vacations. I stayed with my wife for a week and we 'll definetely coming back next year. Keep up the good job guys!

Nice, clean family hotel with all essentials available. Very friendly staff, 5 mins walking distance to the beach which is not the very best one but it is ok for several days. Supermarket close-by, couple of acceptable taverns on the beach and if you need more Neos Marmaras is 20-30 mins away on foot from the hotel but I prefer staying at Paradisos and going out to Neos Marmaras.

Great hotel, clean, roomy, nice suroundings especially good if you come with kids. Has own beach and beach bar also own restaurant. The food is good but the menu is too simple and limited. Also the breakfeast is very simple with low quality items.

We had a sea view room, which was quite comfortable. Maybe a bit smaller but nothing dramatic. The breakfast was usual for this kind of places and although this might be a bit better, i guess you cant expect that much for ~12eur per person except for ordinary morning meals (eggs, pastry, marmalade, coffee, milk, etc). Is a noise place during the night. The artistic program of restaurant is not fanny all time. The hotel is good for families with children.

Comfy rooms right next to the beach. The restaurant food, especially the pizza!, is great. The place is perfect for families with little kids, for the beach is sandy and the water is warm, shallow and there are no waves at all.

Excellent view and accomodations. A really nice restaurant here, from where you can watch the sunset while you have your dinner.

Beautifull garden with a pool and views on see and hills. Has a little shy rescued dog, and they are kind to her. Large pretty rooms, lot of privacy, lot of nice details, good coffee, frwsh local vine.

The hotel manager and his staff are very friendly, the rooms are cosy, the meals are huge and delicious, the prices are moderate They organize greek nights every week.

The location and the view are amazing. Rooms are quite spacious and full of light. Only drawback is the light in the bathroom is not enough even to brush your teeth ?.

I expected more for the price paid. Nice location, close to the beach, the sea is lovely. But, the room… terrible shower, poor water pressure, no towel racks, dead bugs in the room, fusty smell, stains on towels … lots of terrible little details that ruined the whole experience. Really no need for two huge a** TVs when other things are not up to standard…

Excellent choice for relaxing vacation. Beach is cleaned every day. Breakfast is very tasty with a great variation to choose . Receptionist is very helpful and kind and all staff helped us in our every request. Highly recommend. See you next year.

Greate place for vacation! New beautiful rooms cleaned daily. Rich and varied breakfast is served in the courtyard by the sea. Nice young lady, Evi, always with a smile ready to meet your every request, as well as other hotel staff! All recommendations! Hope we will see again 🙂

Best place for relaxation. The sea is wonderful and only 6 meters from the hotel's entrance. Very nice and polite people. The rooms were very clean and comfortable compared with others. Best value for money for family holidays. I wish we could stay more.
