If you’re trying to have a nice relaxing time, just avoid the pool, specifically, if Michalis, the “lifeguard” is there. Unfortunately, he is a lifeguard that lacks communication skills and common sense

If you’re expecting a relaxing time at the pool, you’ll soon realize it will be bombarded by Michalis constantly blowing his whistle for anyone and everyone and for anything

The other lifeguards were discreet and calm when mentioning to guests if there was any concern but when Michalis started blowing his whistle in front of my 4 year old son’s face, I then asked him what was the issue because he jumped in the pool and he yelled that it’s not allowed

Firstly please ignore the negative reviews, we have just returned from a fabulous week at this resort, the staff could not do enough for us from drink on arrival, bottle of wine & tray of fruit in our spacious room

We had a drink on the balcony over the marina whenever we wanted, enjoying the pool and beach bars also. The all inclusive menu was certainly comprehensive enough for me

A wonderful resort 🥰 A very qualified staff. The receptionist Anna welcomed us very warmly. The cleanness of the room was of a high level and all around the resort you can find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere

A bit further away there is a beach without sun loungers where you can count on peace and quiet. Not far from the hotel there are beaches such as Aretes where you can enjoy the silence and freedom

The bar and drinks are very good, the food is excellent. The waitstaff was always smiling, very polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and nice, consisting of a living room and a bedroom

It is also ideal for children, as there were cartoons for them in the evening. I would be happy to come back again. The biggest impression I had was that everyone was very kind and smiling

There are 3 beach areas The hotel beach has plenty of sunbeds and is really well organised. To one side is a large area where you can park yourself away from the sunbeds

The pool bar has a large shared area with tables and chairs. The sea is perfect, its like a pool untill 2 pm when the tide is coming in

They have also a well equipped pool bar and live music on Saturday evening. Parking is free and available on site. Very good value for the money. From here we reached daily some of the best beaches in Sithonia

Everything was functioning well, the room was clean and we liked that there were no moskitos. The kids enjoyed the pool in one of the days as we went only in the afternoon to the beach

Top-of-the-range accommodation rooms. The many words are poverty. Be careful if you get a room with a buggery you should inform from noon to be ready in the evening.

Excellent rooms, very well equipped, comfortable beds, great view. Buildings are surrounded by pine trees and palms. Garden has nice swimming pool heavily chlorinated. Quantity of chlorine makes pool almost unusable

A Truly Wonderful Stay – Culinary Delights and Exceptional Service! My recent stay at hotel Makednos was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to two standout aspects: the incredible food and the exemplary service from the reception team

For example, there is a shortage of beach towels in the pool. Also, the pool is super deep so it's impossible even for a tall grown person to stand in

This is a beautiful very tastefully decorated design hotel with good service and very friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing and the pool area and beach very well taken care of

As for the cons, the hotel is a bit overpriced, and so is the hotel's restaurant, and even though the staff is mostly very nice, it lacks some extras to make it a five-star resort

The hotel's beach is great and is located in a closed bay so the water is much warmer than other beaches in the area, in which even though it was August, the water was a bit cold

The constant screaming and crying are a BIG minus. We were traveling outside the school holiday season, but did not take into account that young parents today travel with the youngest of toddlers

We were impressed by the peaceful garden with large palm trees, by the proximity to the sea (just exit the garden and step on the beach), by the more-than-enough french breakfast, and of course, by the comfort of the Hotellerie mattresses ("pour les connaiesseurs")

There are still some issues let's say, on the second floor bathroom you need to sit on a chair in order to see yourself in the mirror, the entrance gate from the street is very narrow (i would say even extremely narrow, keeping in mind that you need to make almost an u-turn to get inside the yard), and the rooms have no possibility of getting locked

A real 5 star experience, with luxurious comfort and very helpful and polite staff

Anyway, we felt incredibly fine here and we'll come back for sure

We had an amazing stay at Ammoa Resort and Spa. The whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, great selection, fresh, and consistently delicious

50 a bottle! (My advice is to tip the waiters at meal time or you are not served) Facilities (bar and a La carte ) were also very expensive and draught beer €7 per 500ml. Bars in Nikiti were ranging from €4

The gym was dreadful with all cardio equipment broken and only a small selection of weights. Food was average in the communal dining area. Not much variety available and all very samey every day

Only one bottle of gratis water per room per day and our complimentary wine and fruit arrived 3 days after our check in. The hotel is 5 star accommodation only everything else 2/3 stars

We stayed 14 days in swim up room which was beautiful but you will definitely need to go shopping for extras so need a hire car

Amazing week at Ecosuites, incredible location on Tristinika beach, innovative and environmentally conscious design and staff that helped with every part of the trip particularly transport as its fairly limited to Thessaloniki and around the peninsula on off season

EcoSuits are just a perfect escape into the nature. Suits are perfectly designed, a lot of space and very clean. Beach is 20m from the hotel, completely isolated and beautiful

The breakfast buffet was great, we opted out of the dinner buffet as it was a bit less appealing but the on-site taverna is similar price point and delicious

Aldo, sun-beds must be replaced to fit the surrounding. Wi-Fi signal is very poor, so you will have full body & mind detox ;)

A couple of small suggestions: the pool was a bit cold for our liking, and it would be helpful to have a place to hang towels. However, the daily provision of fresh towels made this a minor issue

For us the location is great because it’s just next to a huge supermarket where you can buy food, drinks and whatever you like plus you can use the parking for free. The rooms are always tidy and clean

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room. The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small). The swimming pool is great for kids.

It doesn't have restaurant and the price is quite cheap but the rooms, the pool and the location is exeptional

Great autumn weekend in Sithonia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast and dinner. They have a shower room you can use so you can stay on the beach the last day if your transport is late

Wonderful hotel situated right across a sandy beach. Hotel guests are reserved sunbeds, the beach is not very crowded, there is also service on the beach from the hotel's restaurant

Is not the cheapest hotel, is a little expensive, especially in the main months of the summer. The breakfest is good, but i saw best. Guest can park in the hotel back yard

The only thing that we found just a little bit disturbing was that during lunch hours the rooms were cleaned and it was a bit noisy if the children needed to sleep

Nevertheless, the hotel has private parking, most of the parking spots were under a shade so that the car did not heat up too much in the middle of the day

At the backyard there are small playground for kids and a lovely place to sit and relax. Appartments are at the quiet place in Nikiti, beach is near, also few supermarkets are minutes away by foot
