Everything was truly excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable – we would rate it 11/10. It was so spotless that we felt completely comfortable letting our baby play on the artificial grass in the garden, where she enjoyed herself very much. The garden itself is beautiful, and it’s clear that great attention is paid to every detail.
The rooms are clean, tidy, and pleasantly arranged. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating – although we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, they kindly prepared the room for us because of the baby, which we greatly appreciated.
The location is good, and our overall impression is more than positive.
We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and carefree stay.

was accommodated in the Sofia villa. Very clean, the room is enough for 2 people, equipped with the necessary equipment. Cleaning is done daily.

A clean aparthotel that you don't break the bank for. If you arrive in the evening you may lose some time finding parking, but in the end there are sufficient free spots in the vicinity of the hotel.

Unreliable – Wouldn’t recommend.
I was told on 18/03 that the offer would be valid until 22/03. At no point was I informed that room availability could change before that date. I provided our final confirmation on 22/03, and once again, there was no mention of limited availability or urgency. Today, I received an email stating that bookings were made over the weekend and there are no rooms left. There was absolutely no communication during those days warning that the rooms might not be available or advising us to secure them sooner. I expected at least a minimum level of professionalism and transparency — unfortunately, that was not the case.

Room was comfy and just right enough for a couple, clean, big bed, beautiful spacious terrace under the tree, good location, changing towels overy other day.

The appartements are very clean, everyhing is new. We found the beds confortable. And also there is a TV in every room.
The shower is big (although the bathroom is a bit small).
The swimming pool is great for kids.

It doesn't have restaurant and the price is quite cheap but the rooms, the pool and the location is exeptional

I did not like it. The place has an energy to get you out. Disgusting staff, small bathrooms, we were told that there are 2 separate rooms, when in fact it was a house, without any front door, in the upstairs room. When I was with them they behaved badly and didn't even want to cancel the reservation. We had already paid with the card in the end, I do not recommend this location.

Unacceptable reception and cleaners. I forgot a bag of clothes and they told me that they did not find it .... they probably liked the clothes !!! Besides, they forget to wipe the rooms. I went in 3 days and it was unbearable. The only right person in there was the lifeguard. I hope the owner sees the messages because it is a pity that such a careful group of such people work
