Nice, very clean hotel in quiet part of town. Air condition most of the day, internet, good breakfast, nice people and a beautiful sandy beach steps away in front of the hotel Good restaurants near by, cute stores, supermarket What’s not to like?

A bit dated. 2 star hotel with AC only part of the day

Feels like got back in time. Hotel built probably in 60-70's and never renovated. Weirdest hotel trough whole holiday in Crete.

Excellent service, clean rooms. Beach is just 20 steps away. Very good buffe breakfast. Price - quality is excellent.

We came here last year and this year. What a friendly family run hotel. It is absolutely squeaky clean, spotless. Breakfast is great, air conditioning. Very comfortable with mini fridge, hot showers. We love it here.

It’s located a little far from paleiochora , you definitely need to rent a car , cuz there is not a bus station near the hotel. Breakfast and personal are good . They don’t have wash machine you need to go to city for laundry. Average hotel price was ok.

Excellent hotel very close to the beach with parking spaces and very clean. It has a very good breakfast and service. The rooms are comfortable and the owner is very kind. We were very pleased and we recommend it wholeheartedly!! We would definitely go again!!

The hotel was lovely and spotless, just like the pictures! There is a fridge, air conditioning and the internet is very fast. There is also a smart TV with Netflix. The owners are kind and very helpful. Parking is also provided. Rooms are cleaned daily. We will prefer you again!

We stayed at one bedroom apartment at Oreia and had a great time. The apartment had two balconies and was very airy and bright. All windows and balconies had mosquito net which is very important. The apartment was tidy and super clean in very good condition. Manolis at the reception was very helpful and recommended great restaurants in town which we really enjoyed. Nice residence. Great location close to the centre but far enough to avoid the noise and the confusion of the night life. It has a private parking and you have very close a bar and a fish tavern on the sea.

Second time here in this charming, little hotel. Clean and nice room. Big, comfortable bed. Everything we need basically. Very near the sandy beach in Paleochora. When we arrived at the room, the fridge was filled with eggs, water, juice, rakii cheese, bread and butter. There where jam, honey, sugar, coffee, chocolate powder and plenty of fresh fruits. The room no 2 was very dark and the whole building quiet noisy because of the thin walls. You can hear the guests above e.g. in the bathroom / toilet... The coffee was unfortunately also empty. The whole guesthouse was very anonymous - the reception was always unmanned and we have had no personal contact person except via email. The guesthouse didn't meet our expectations. Thanks anyway!

The hotel is located in the Centre and within walking distancee to the beach. The night life in the town is amazing. The hotel offers very modern, clean and well maintained rooms. The staff is kind, caring and helpful. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and I highly recommend the hotel

One of the cleanest and best appointed budget hotels I have ever seen. Spotless very functional rooms. I am no expert but this is way above the 2stars rating I saw.

When was the last time the sound of waves crashing on rocks lulled you to sleep? It's pure bliss, and add to that the high level of comfort and the absolutely amazing sunrise experience? (you'd better get up early, for this not one to miss) And right after, accompanied by the imposing olive tree, a hearthy breakfast to set you on your way with farewells from staff that genuinely grasps the meaning...

The best location you could have dreamed of! Definitely recommend! Rooms are small but the views, service and breakfast are excellent!

Loft apartment with beautiful ocean view. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, small bathroom with low ceiling. Lots of space for family of 4. Balcony with chairs for early morning and late night relaxing. Within 4 minutes walk to restaurants and shops in both directions. Best beach within 3 min drive. " Thick sand" beach. Umbrella and chair rentala.

Stayed for one night. Very clean simple rooms. Fantastic view over the sea and paleochora front. Excellent air con Breakfast was mix off omlettes sausages.cold continental mix.fresh juice and coffee. Excellent stay.

Nice location easy parking, rooms a little bit tiny but spotless and cleaned daily, staff friendly, kind and attentive with a smile and breakfast not imaginstive but good sure we'll come back

Our room was quite sober and small but had a nice sea view balcony and we didn't need any more as we only slept here 2 nights on our walking trail. Friendly staff and a very nice breakfast brought to us with love !

The included breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and most helpful. They also looked after most of our luggage while we visited Sougia for one night in the middle of our stay. The first room we had was excellent and had a great view while the hotel has very nice grounds that one can relax in.

Very nice and clean hotel in Paleochora, situated in a silent area, with free parking slots just in front of the building. Price is convenient and breakfast is very good. Definitely recommend!

Love it, just extended the stay from 3 to 8 nights

This hotel is fantastic!!! It is in a quite section of paleochora but a quick walk along the water to all the shops and tavernas. Best location in our opinion.. the hotel is very pretty!! We enjoyed taking the free bikes down to the beach... staff was absolutely the best!!! Highly recommend the Aris!!!

Our 7th visit here and we plan to return as often as possible. Hotel is well-named: a very relaxing & enjoyable stay. As other reviews have mentioned, the entire place is extremely well maintained & spotless. Breakfast buffet is very well stocked and has small variations each day. 10 metres away to a pleasant cafe/bar for lunch or snacks. 25 metres to a beach cocktail bar. 100 metres to supermarket...

we can only echo the other excellent reviews on this site. Olga runs an exceptionally wonderful Hotel. Her supporting staff make sure you have a great holiday. Looking forward to our next visit already.

It was our second time visiting this lovely, quiet hotel. We spent two nights last August and everthing was amazing. We arrived very late at night and the night receptionist (did not catch his name) procceded with quick check in and showed us to our room. He was very polite and very friendly! They have very good breakfast, it is located close to the center however the big shout out goes to the housekeeping...

Then his warm and welcoming colleague Georgia gave us ideas for local excursion. Nice central location and a clean and comfortable apartment.

The apartments are spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen (including olive oil, salt, pepper, and a Greek coffee pot). The location is perfect, on a quiet street but within a few minutes walk of the beaches, supermarkets, bakeries, tavernas and the main street). There’s a outdoor dining area for each apartment and free and convenient parking outside. And a warm welcome from the charming owner

Very hospitable owners at fairly good prices for the time I visited, August 15th. In addition, being in between the two sides of Paleochora gave you easy access to both, thick sand and port so everything was next to you.

Lito apartament very nice, comfortable and clean the owners husband and wife very kind when we arrived they made us find in the apartment a bottle of wine, one of oil and one of water. The apartments are very close to the center in a quiet area and very close to the sea I would say perfection. I would go back right away.

the cleaning lady did an awesome job it is not far to walk to the beach or center balcony with visiting cute cats water power

If in the bathroom there were soaps and shampoos as well as if there were some details (maybe some people did not even pay attention) to the cleanliness, who would be careful to get 5 stars. It was very worthy of money anyway.
