This was our second stay here, and it won't be our last. This hotel was as delightful as we remembered with a spacious room, beautiful pool, and delicious breakfast. The front desk was always helpful as well with beach and restaurant recommendations. Service was friendly at breakfast as well. We will look forward to returning one day again!

LP is a very comfortable hotel with a big enough pool. The personal was absolutely the best! So friendly and helpful 🩷 LP has a good gym and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful familyvacation with our teens.

We book this hotel for week in July 2024. Very clean, nice size rooms and facilities. The family that own it are friendly, the staff are great people but we interacted with Fay and Margaret mostly. These two ladies are knowledgeable and great to communicate with. It was a pleasure to stay with them and meet these people. We would 100% return here. Reece!

We have left this hotel today after a 6 night stay and what an exceptional hotel. The friendliness and service we received from every single staff member from check in to check out was some of the best we have received in Europe. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was lots of choice for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We came in the middle of the night to Paleochora and had an issue with another hotel that we booked, it was almost midnight and all the hotels were closed. When we finally called hotel Glaros a nice man picked up and said we are welcome to come. We checked in quickly and had a very good night sleep. Quiet location but near the pitoresque downtown Not so far to many tavernas and caffeteries. Recommended tavernas by the receptionost were really good and with the local cuisine. Rich local breakfast served at 8 am. Can be recommended for a short stay here for a pair.

Liked this hotel, staff friendly and helpful, rooms very clean, the breakfast was very nice two choices, Greek or continental, both a large mixed plate also fresh orange juice juice, tea or coffee.

We stayed at one bedroom apartment at Oreia and had a great time. The apartment had two balconies and was very airy and bright. All windows and balconies had mosquito net which is very important. Nice residence. Great location close to the centre but far enough to avoid the noise and the confusion of the night life. It has a private parking and you have very close a bar and a fish tavern on the sea.

This property is advertised as 2 star. It deserves far more than that. 3 or 4 even. The room are modern and spotless. Breakfast on the roof top is wonderful. On out departure date which was earlier than breakfast time, the owner left us a breakfast in the fridge in our room the night before departure so we could have breakfast in our room the following morning...very happy with our stay.

This is a beauty and welcoming family-run hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was among the best I’ve had in Greece - served on the rooftop with a perfect view of Paliochora. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to return soon for a longer stay!!

This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete. Highly recommended place for those who want to have a calm rest in a beautiful, clean environment.

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel. People kind, practical rooms with all you need and good placed close to the beach and restaurants corner.

Clean and comfortable, polite Staff.

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so. My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net. Although there was some Ethernet slots in the walls so maybe that will do the work.

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet . But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay.

Fantastic value for money a great place to stay.Far better than many four star establishments, spotlessly clean excellent breakfasts great swimming pool. Kissamos is very underrated Flassandra beach one of the best in Crete along with Balos are within easy reach.

Great hotel - perfect for a jumping off point to all the best beaches on the island - Elefonissi, Falasarna & Ballos. Recommend hiring a boat from place next door to go to Ballos Beach nice and early

Clean rooms, welcoming staff, and direct access to a very nice beach, ideal for families. We stayed one week with a toddler (2 years old). Highly recommended. Only down side is that there is not much around and a car is needed.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. A great base for exploring the north-eastern part of Crete. Service at the highest level. Very friendly and smiling from early morning until late evening. This was our second visit to Captain’s and to Crete and we were a lot more relaxed having seen the sights already. 🌊🏖🐠 We spent more time in the hotel overall and we found that the beach in front is really clean and quiet, with crystal clear water and lots of interesting fish to see if you are into snorkelling. 🍳☕️🥣 The breakfast was just as good as last year with espresso coffee and fresh orange...

We stayed in the area and discovered the place a bit late. We came for dinner and is was really good 👍 The chef Ira knows how to prepare delicious food. Even the pasta was home made. A 'must eat' when you are in the area.

We had a lovely relaxing week here as a family of 4 with 2 adult children. We had intended to use the sofa bed in the lounge but they had put an extra bed in the single room for us. This is such a charming restaurant and hotel, nestled into a little village. I have spent many nights enjoying meals and wine at Chalara, the restaurant within the hotel and next to the pool. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Instead of the studio we booked, we were given a spacious apartment, which was a great surprise. We just came back home from our stay at Kastalia Village. It’s on the edge of town and it’s perfect- quiet, far from all the crowds. It has large parking so ideal place for people with rented cars. There is some restaurants and shops nearby and a tiny shop just next to it- the lovely gentleman there has everything you need. The rooms are rather basic but spotless, the area is cleaned and well maintained...

This was a great hotel to stay in, especially with having kids. Had great swimming Pools and activities one thing though the Bar and Restaurant shut to early of an evening by 10 o clock they should of stayed open later at least till 12 o clock so guests could enjoy themselves more with being on Holiday that was my only criticism. This is a very nice hotel, the staff is great, the room is clean, the food is good. The only thing is the bed which is not a good experience. I recommend visiting, and if you can, book a private pool, we love it AND there's an ocean view!

A very nice hotel. In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it. Greece wont throw money at everything like Boris for the tax payer to pay back for decades 😂

Really nice hotel with plenty of good facilities and a great layout. The pool is enormous and well lit so it really stands out at night and the private beach is a lovely touch. The best all-in hotel we have been to. A very friendly and personalized welcome, impeccable and smiling service everywhere, superb infrastructure, a wonderful swimming pool, the cuisine is very good and made with fresh and quality products, the cocktails are excellent, the room (upgraded) was very comfortable ... In short, it's a 10/10!

Disappointed. Won’t go back there because of the food, which tasted really cheap to me. The coffee, which was somewhat fine, was only served at the pool bar. Apart from that, the hotel is quite new and nice, with great pools.

It was the best service ever! Everyone was amazing. The waitresses, bartenders, even the cleaning personnel was service minded!
