Hotels with sea view in Paleochora

I would have to name each team member by name, and there are too many!! Each and everyone is amazing! When we arrive, I feel like I'm at home!! Just left, and already planning next year, if not sooner!!! Thank you all for another memorable stay!

LP is a very comfortable hotel with a big enough pool. The personal was absolutely the best! So friendly and helpful 🩷 LP has a good gym and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful familyvacation with our teens.

Small gym has everything you need, really. Neat, modern rooms, nice breakfast. Super (really, *super*) friendly, helpful staff. Location is not really a thing in Paleochora, so that, too, is excellent :) Will return

It is great that the hotel is situated to the end of town away from the noisier centre, making for a quiet night’s sleep. When we return to Paleochora we will definitely stay at the Libyan Princess again

We book this hotel for week in July 2024. Very clean, nice size rooms and facilities. The family that own it are friendly, the staff are great people but we interacted with Fay and Margaret mostly

The front desk was always helpful as well with beach and restaurant recommendations. Service was friendly at breakfast as well. We will look forward to returning one day again!

We stayed at one bedroom apartment at Oreia and had a great time. The apartment had two balconies and was very airy and bright. All windows and balconies had mosquito net which is very important

Nice residence. Great location close to the centre but far enough to avoid the noise and the confusion of the night life. It has a private parking and you have very close a bar and a fish tavern on the sea.

The apartment was tidy and super clean in very good condition. Manolis at the reception was very helpful and recommended great restaurants in town which we really enjoyed

Very clean and generally very comfortable 1st floor apartment, with good aircon, and balconies for relaxing and for drying beach clothes and other laundry

apart from the wifi the room was great and for an overnight stop in beautiful palaiochora was ideal

Nice apartment in a beautiful garden setting. Very central. Close to the beach. However, there were ants in the room.

On out departure date which was earlier than breakfast time, the owner left us a breakfast in the fridge in our room the night before departure so we could have breakfast in our room the following morning

All prepared by Maria's mother and eaten in a rooftop terrace overlooking sea and mountains. Daily cleaning and a lovely family which looked after us so well. Free access to top of the range beach beds a nice extra

This is a beauty and welcoming family-run hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was among the best I’ve had in Greece - served on the rooftop with a perfect view of Paliochora

The location is perfect - a great base for the surrounding beaches such as Balos, Elafonisi and Falasarna which is just a 10 minute drive away. The local village had a great supermarket and a amazing artisan bakery

We stayed here for one week and greatly enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were stunned by the beautiful view of the mountains, the blue pool and our spacious and clean house. In the mornings we had breakfast by the pool

How not to mention Dimitra and the owner who take care of everything and make your life easier! Do not waste your time in Kissamos. The city itself has no interest except to visit Balos island

This is a miraculous place in a small village, up on the hill, so very quite. There are at least 6 small chapels in walking distance, you can take nice excursions. Dimitra is the kindest lady we met in Crete

Friendly and peaceful, with easy access to the Kissamos beaches (10 mins by car). Tasty breakfasts and snacks, drinks, available by the excellent pool. Made special by lovely, hard-working staff

There was everything you could possibly need and the owners kindly provided us with home cooked treats when we arrived. The pool was stunning with an amazing backdrop over the mountains

It was perfect. The staff is very kind. The rooms were clean, large and safe and there were excellent facilities. The location was perfect and the health center was next door. I will visit again soon

Kissamos is a quite and perfect place to stay far of the noise of La Chania. And Crystal Bay is a comfortable hotel, don't expect a super hotel

My only concern was the internet speed, if you're looking for a place to work this may not be the best hotel. Specially in the mornings and evenings where people are overloading the net

If you're into visitng the best beaches on crete and chill after some sightseeing this is the perfect spot to do so

We had a lovely time, Stavroula and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, had a spacious balcony , my only criticism was the air con leaked so bathroom would get wet

But there for just a short stay so not a huge problem for us. Would certainly recommend it a lovely place to stay

We got a room with a wonderful terrace. Mandi and her sisters are really nice. Close to the promenade of Kissamos (even though Kissamos is a disappointing village)

We absolutely love this hotel & we have been visiting many years now. We get a warm welcome every time we visit & Manoli & his team maintain the hotel to a high standard. Rooms are clean & we enjoyed our sea view

Our balcony had a sea view and being on the west of the building it was in shade in the morning for our coffee and we saw fantastic sun sets in the evening

Simple but in well state, clean and cheap hotel in front of the beach. Nice breakfast with sea views and plenty of parking space at the door.

There was a swimming pool that could be used in the adjacent Christina hotel. It's location meant that we had a 10 metre walk to be on the beach. Free parking is available on a first come basis in a small car park

This place was beautiful on one side of the island 🌞clean quite and reasonably priced. A special shout out to front desk agent. Thanks s a million for helping my stay to get to the port light house and monestary

There are 2 hotels near each other run by the same family and share facilities. The Christina Hotel is on the main road and the Christina Beach hotel is down a lane on the side of the Christina Hotel

Marinakis family are realy nice people, Stella the mother, who rans the hotel together with Manolis, her son, who is an historion and archiologist, they are never tired to take care and advise about the area, things to do and give visitors a great feeling of a wonderfull vacation

We traveled to Elafonisi, Balos, Falasarna beaches and Stavros beach near Chania where Zorba the Greek was filmed. We also visited beautiful Chania day and night

There are alot of excellent tavernas around and lots of supermarkets, and big ones in the reagional capitol small city of Kissamos

Nice beach 20 meters fro the hotel, Manolis supplies umbrella and sunbeds, there is also water facilities on beach

We visited the beach bar only and we were very pleased with the politeness of the staff! Great coffee and cocktails served by the beach ! Beautiful clean sea and a rather small not very busy beach

Clean rooms, welcoming staff, and direct access to a very nice beach, ideal for families. We stayed one week with a toddler (2 years old). Only down side is that there is not much around and a car is needed

Direct access to the sandy beach with beautiful loungers and a beach bar, which is also run by the owner. So everything is great here as well. On your first visit, be sure to ask the owner for recommendations

The breakfast buffet is traditionally Greek and varies a little every day. Good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice are the highlights. Beautiful pool and associated sunbathing area

The hotel is situated in an ideal location. A great base for exploring the north-eastern part of Crete. Very friendly and smiling from early morning until late evening

The lady was very kind and sweet. The room is enough big for two people but so is not the bathroom. However everything was clean, we were on front of the sea and everything was perfect. Recommended.

The host is really friendly and welcomming! We even got a small cake from her :) . The rooms are sufficient and have big balconies. Very close to the sea.

The location is ideal, quiet place with great road connections to Kissamos, Chania and other cities and main attractions. Breakfast was a delicious feast. It you prefer as few turists as possible, this is the place to be

Had an amazing time at this place! Maria and Nikos are the kindest landlords we have ever met. She would surprise us with self-made cake, fresh eggs, would give us more plates and kitchen equipment if we needed them

She and Nikos had even completed a Covid-seminar. She helped us with various other issues that came up (e. where to go to have our broken rental car fixed asap), and gave us tips for trips

She cleaned the room everyday and very thoroughly, and provided fresh towels and bed sheets. Maria was also very professional with the Covid-measures and wore a mask at all times

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. The beds are truly comfortable, and the air conditioning cools the room perfectly. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need

Breakfast is served with a lot of love and care – you can really feel it. You feel very welcome here, almost like part of the family. I can genuinely recommend this place to everyone

It’s located right by a clean, uncrowded beach with plenty of parking. The only downside is the Wi-Fi, which could be better

The people who run the hotel are absolutely wonderful very attentive And willing to help with just about anything, but you will need a vehicle if you’re planning to eat or prepare food in your kitchen because the hotel has very limited offerings outside of breakfast

we stayed for a week and had a really great time but I wish the room had proper beds for four people two parents and two children and that air conditioning was available in both rooms

The air conditioning was insufficient for four people in a room and it turns off as soon as you leave the hotel room because the key Deactivates or activates the air conditioning

Close to the tourist beaches, but also great for just hanging out at the house. We had an incredible weeklong stay and could recommend it to anyone. The caretaker is worth her weight in gold - she's the best

Beautiful, well-appointed house with an amazing view and outside space. Located in a small village, but there are 3 good restaurants and a small market within walking distance

Only downside: the pool could probably stand to be resurfaced (lots of tiles are falling off and some around the whirlpool are sharp - I cut my finger on one)

The house is just perfect! Very big with many bedrooms and pool but the best of all is the view! I love that place I will visit for sure!

We spent our entire stay here, which we are very pleased with. This place is great for relaxation, away from the noise, by the bay. Rooms are clean with wonderful sea view

Breakfasts, fresh orange juice, coffee and other meals prepared in small restaurant with sea view were delicious

🌊🏖🐠 We spent more time in the hotel overall and we found that the beach in front is really clean and quiet, with crystal clear water and lots of interesting fish to see if you are into snorkelling

🍹🍧🍽 We also had amazing food at the bar from chef Ira as well as delicious cocktails! ♻️🌎🌱 We noticed the bar uses biodegradable straws and all the supplies in the toilets are also eco/recycled

We stayed in the area and discovered the place a bit late. We came for dinner and is was really good 👍 The chef Ira knows how to prepare delicious food. A 'must eat' when you are in the area

Ask for trip tips and you will get it, with whole recommendation about the beaches and places to see sight. Highly recommended this place for chill but also as accommodation base for trips

We chose not to hire a car but it was only €8 to Kolymvari where there was a nice assortment of bars and restaurants on the seafront. We ate at the hotel and also the 2 other local restaurants in Spilia too

That being said, it still gets an easy 5 stars as a holiday and although we like to explore, at least we know if we return to Spilia village again we can feel sure we’re in for a relaxing holiday with great staff who truly are a credit to the hotel

My only very small criticism is although the evening dinner menu is of great quality, when staying for 2 weeks it can be a bit limiting so would be nice to see some menu changes just to change things up a little bit

It was really nice to see the same staff members that made us feel so welcome the previous year with special mention to Manos, Gen, Miranda and Dora who made our stay feel so special

We decided to return to Spilia village after sick a great holiday last year, not an easy decision as we had such high expectations from 2024

Once again, service, food, setting and amenities all amazing

The beds are a little hard, but for someone like me with back problems, it's no problem. We've had no problems with the bathroom either. There's a super market and buss stop over the road and the village is 1km away

Our room is a good size for two people and we have a nice sea view on the pool facing side. On this side there's no sun on the balcony until late afternoon. But it's a godsend as it's also nice when a breeze blows

We have been here since Saturday night. We arrived very late, so the owner opened the kitchen and served us with pizza and red wine. I must say that after reading so many negative reviews on the net

Kastalia village is the best hotel ever. Clean , friendly , food amazing , local products and the staff is so nice ! The swimming pool is amazing. Nearby the hotel there are nice beaches and you can walk till there

Close to the hotel (about a 10-minute walk) there are two taverns right on the seashore where you can eat well and enjoy a beautiful view :) Everything was absolutely wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Instead of the studio we booked, we were given a spacious apartment, which was a great surprise

The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every two days, and the reception staff were always friendly and very helpful. A great place, definitely worth recommending!

The only thing I could complain about is the AC that didn’t really do much difference to the temp in the room, but it kept the table and chairs nice and cool😂 if it would be located closer to the sleeping area it would be much more convenient

There is some restaurants and shops nearby and a tiny shop just next to it- the lovely gentleman there has everything you need. The rooms are rather basic but spotless, the area is cleaned and well maintained

Plenty of umbrellas and chairs but not cluttered around the edge of the pool which is nice. Just a heads up the beach is loose, rounded rock like much of the coast but it's still very nice to swim and lay on chairs

A very nice hotel with excellent service. The food was great, and so was the staff. Antonis and his team (especially Myrto) were superb. The service at the bars was also very helpful and fast, with good service

The front of house staff supported us throughout our stay and solved any problem (made themselves I might add) with a smile. Fabulous pool/beach, plenty of places to eat and drink and you never have to wait

This is without a doubt the best all inclusive resort I have been to in a long time. The rooms, facilities, food, drinks and most of all the helpfulness of the staff are all above 5 star quality

In need of some tarting up but coming straight out of a covid travel ban you have to appreciate these islands have been struggling so it will take them a while to fund it

Large room with private Pool situated in a quiet area of the hotel. The slides are great fun for kids. Staff do their best to help you

The sea is right behind the main pool. In between there is a small street. Fortunately, this is not very busy, so it does not bother you. At the moment there are only a few holidaymakers in the hotel

We particulary liked the peaceful area around the hotel and in the hotel. Other thing is the cleaniness everywhere. And also the personnel was really kind and make our stay more enjoyable

We received a warm welcome and had a room with a communal pool. It was large, well equipped and very clean. The main pool was just huge and well-kept, with comfortable loungers on the edge of the pool

The food and drinks tasted good. There is still room for improvement in terms of selection and service, which is normal for a new hotel. Nevertheless, all employees were always ready to help and friendly

Finding sand and stones on the floor after service left was a joke, we had to call 2 times for them to even come to clean. Dirty cups, floor, terrace, also took and threw from our room a good fruit, just a joke for us

I loved this resort! I recommend the all exclusive pack if you want to have a good stay! The kids loved the water park everything was fantastic! Especially the food!!!!! I really recommend this resort it has THE BEST view etc

Unfortunately, the temperature was relatively low in early May and there was a strong wind. Although the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, it was not very swimmable

But as we found out they also had good cleaners just not for our part of rooms. We had a premium suit so there was no chance to clean the room like they did

The food is good and variate (lots of fruits and salads but lacking in sea food) There are 3 themes night a week with live music where the hotel is more animated which is a good balance

The waitresses, bartenders, even the cleaning personnel was service minded! Thank you Sophia❤️ Everything was taken care of, so you could have a relaxing vacation without worrying. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful

The hotel was very clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food absolutely delicious – drinks too! We would be more than happy to come back here someday

The host Nikolas was very friendly and very accomodating. For quite a basic hotel, it was great. Very pleasant atmosphere, and we felt even the maid went the extra mile for us too. She was great, as was our host Nikolas

Our room maid Kristina was very attentive and welcoming. Had a few nice chats with her outside, only met her once in our room, when I had to go back because I forgot something. Thank you for the flowers!
