Panormos Beach Hotel Skopelos

Hands down the most amazing hotel I have ever been to! The location, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the view, the drinks, & especially the staff (shoutout to Angelos & Nikos!), are what made Panormos Beach Hotel a 10/10! I cannot recommend this place enough. I can only hope we get to return someday!

First solo holiday, Panormous Beach Hotel very clean, well maintained, friendly/very helpful staff. Only downside shower cubicles on the small side. Lovely breakfast and a good selection of breads, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruits, cereal hot and cold drinks on a terrace overlooking the bay. Short walk up a hill from the main road, plenty of good restaurants/tavernas. Beautiful pebble beach overlooking the bay. Free sun beds/umbrellas on the beach with €10 payment food/drinks. Can’t wait to return with my friends.

Beautiful location a short uphill walk from Panormos beach. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and quiet, and the bathroom was adequate - the shower was very small which made showering a bit of a challenge. Breakfasts were adequate, choice of cereals was limited and there was no muesli or granola for example. Pastries varied day by day as did the fruit. Hot food was not especially appetising as it was generally only luke warm. Tea, coffee, nd juices were ok. The pool area was lovely, with an excellent bar with evening cocktails a pleasure. Walking to the restaurants on the beach was easy and very pleasant and there was an excellent range of restaurants with seating indoors or on the beach to choose from. Overall a very relaxing break. Would come again.

Fantastic location, friendly staff team, superb pool and bar area. Just two small suggestions for improvement... maybe make the showers in some of the smaller rooms a little bit wider? Mine was like a sentry box and I could not reach my head without banging the side walls! Also the breakfast could be improved with a wider choice of fruit and cooked food. Would not hesitate to return though - thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The family-run hotel has been beautifully renovated, is impeccably maintained and Angelos and his team made us feel really welcome and looked after. We loved that the hotel is perched up on the hill with sea views but just a short walk from Panormos Beach. We also liked that it was half way between Skopelos Town and Glossa and near lots of great beaches. We spent 10 days there with our teenage daughter and her friend and liked that the majority of the guests are couples and families with older kids. We can absolutely recommend Panormos Beach Hotel and look forward to staying again sometime. Big thanks to Angelos for all the patient communication through our many schedule changes, the restaurant bookings, offering to host a birthday gathering and for making it a really special summer holiday.

I love this hotel, this is my third visit. I’ve been here on my own twice, this year I came with a friend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a great pool with plenty of sun beds - no need to get up early to leave your towel. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk and there are plenty of tavernas to eat at and a small shop. Close to a bus stop, buses take you to Skopelos town or Loutraki. Breakfast is traditional Greek with yogurts and fruits plus cheeses and pastries. Lunches are available and good value. Rooms are clean, the showers are small, so some may struggle. I’m definitely coming back!!

Well just just returned yesterday from a stay here and here is my honest review so grab a cuppa and your hobnobs and let's begin ....after landing in skiathos we decided to book a water taxi onto to skopalos as we read on the fb friends of skopalos that you could be waiting upto 4 /5 hours for your ferry to get across to skopalos...yeah it was 125 euro but I value time over money and so glad we did as within an hour of landing we was all booked in and sat poolside the cab from glossa cost 30 euro so 155 euro against 5 hours before sat poolside was well worth it .....so we've arrived and the check in faultless the rooms absolutely divine we had room 19 with a full sea view was spotless nothing better than a brew in the morning looking out at those views is priceless...the staff all so polite and so helpful so a big thank you to angelos..fotis ...nikos...stagmatis...Georgia.. anthi..lefkothea.loula..valentina...liaha...anastasia and dimittra....for making our holiday....hope I haven't missed anyone out .....breakfast was a pleasure never to crowded and never struggled for a sunbed for a small hotel the bar snacks are well priced and fresh as are the drinks the pool cleaned nightly and nothing was to much trouble for any staff after helping arrange a surprise birthday cake and decorations for my sons partner who was 21 ....whilst away ...here's a few tips for those who stay here a taxi down to skopalos town is 20 euro each way but if there are 4 travelling then split it 4 ways maybe it's definitely worth a visit as it's beautiful....a few boat trips are a must we did one with captain stavros which was 65 euro each stopped at the mama mia church and a few swims stops what a lazy day was then we also did alonasos by boat also well worth a visit for 35 euro each ....so to end if your wanting a stay in paradise on a paradise island which is chilled and relaxed then book here you won't regret it ......skip skiathos for your jollies and go to skopalos it's unspoiled beautiful and has everything you need

Great place to stay. Room cleaned everyday.Great sea view. Friendly staff.Lovley pool. 5 minutes from a great beach with a fair few restaurants. The hotel organised a quad bike for me which was delivered to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely, too. I would 100% return when I vist Skopelos again.

This small hotel has a pleasant ambience, that instantly makes you feel welcome and relaxed, it is immaculately clean, and occupies a beautiful setting. All the staff are warm and friendly. On several occasions i heard guests describe there holiday as being in paradise!! With the majority of guests being repeat customers or intend to be in the near future , this speaks for itself. As a novice solo traveller I did extensive research of the area before my arrival, and it did not disappoint , i felt totally comfortable and 100% safe at all times. My only 2 personal negative comments would be, I found evenings to be long sometimes, as the bar closed at 11 , which i understand is in line with greece quiet hours, and I also struggled in the tavernas with food/vegetarian options. I've travelled extensively and this hotel/ holiday is definitely in my top 5 !!! If you want a holiday to fully relax in beautiful surroundings you will not be disappointed.
