Their beds were so bad! I fell in the bathroom twice. And I couldn't shower because it was bad. The good thing is that the location is very nice. The sea view is fascinating. Breakfast is open buffet. The employees are very friendly.

This hotel exceeds standards. The staff is brilliant from the top to the bottom of the service line. Rooms, breakfast and bar service excellent. Clean and perfectly located; made my stay at Volos the most pleasant possible. Kudos to the informative and helpful front desk.

This hotel is in a super good place in the city. The city is pretty and there’s lots to see. I loved the Greek food they had, it was really tasty. The people working at the hotel are very nice and help a lot. The hotel building is a bit old, but they keep it clean and good. This is a nice hotel if you want to be in the middle of things and like good food and friendly people. Just know the building is not new.

Stayed one night for a wedding. Nice room, though no kettle for tea and coffee. Very powerful shower. Kind and friendly hotel staff, and a good sized car park opposite.

Very bad experience.

I stopped on my way from Athens to Istanbul to sleep for one night and keep driving in the morning. I would sleep better in the car.
They gave us room at 5th floor with saying that they give us the best room with best sea view.
A lot of noice in the room. I stopped Airconditioner, refrigirator, bathroom fan everything but, it didnt make sense, any.

Than I noticed that most most probably It is the noice of Air Conditioner power unit which the put on roof. Noice and vibration…

Really I would sleep in the car better. No way

We visited Volos Palace during April. We didn’t have great expectations in the first place but we were completely disappointed nevertheless. First of all, the breakfast was very simple and we found some pieces of hair inside our glasses of milk. In addition, the staff was very rude and they shouted at us for no reason at all when we hadn’t worn our masks properly one time at the elevator ride even though we were alone inside and carrying our suitcases to leave. Also the rooms were not good-looking either in comparison to the pictures on the website. They mixed up our towels without bringing us new ones. We almost slipped on the bathtub due to the lack of a shower mat. Simply unacceptable. I do not recommend it at all. Stay safe and away from it.

When my wife asked me to organize a trip to Greece I chose this city and decided that this place would be a great place for starting our trip around the whole country. I chose also this hotel as I liked the photos in the internet and thought that I would feel unbelievable and unforgettable emotions after waking up with such a scenery.
