Beautiful and lovingly cared for property. Immaculately clean and well stocked. George and his wife were a godsend. Helpful above and beyond. Got in late and she made us food since we were exhausted. They also upgraded us at no charge since we were the last guests of the season. George helped us get to the ferry after he couldn't find a taxi service available. Had a perfect stay. The host is very kind and caring person and helps you with anything you need, gave us gifts on your way home. rooms were clean and comfortable. It is also close to beach and to the port. Highly reccomended

George was very nice, and the room was clean and as advertised. It’s a cost-affordable option where you rent a studio instead of a hotel. He arranged transportation to and from the airport, and his wife made me some cheesecake one day that was excellent.

Kontaratos studios is the perfect place to stay when visiting Paros. The rooms are perfectly sized and well taken care of. It is situated only a 20 minute walk from the port and is tucked away so very peaceful. The place feels like a home away from home. Would have given it 5 star if the bathroom were a tad more spacious and updated.

Place is fantastic. Amazing location and really good value. One exception is the breakfast, which I thought was complementary but isn't. Not worth 8 euros. That aside, no reason to pay more anywhere else.

Dina and her father were the absolute best! Their recommendations were always perfect. The hotel was great, a great value, and on an almost private beach. Also a great rooftop to watch the sunset from. I got in an ATV accident and they came to my rescue bringing my wife to me and translating. They will always hold a special place in my heart.

Nice place to stay in Parikia. Evelyne and her husband offer a great service, the place is clean, secure and private. Perfect prices, local neighbourhood, 2 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes to walk from the port of Parikia, Supermarket on the way. Highly recommended!

Our room was quite small. Some things were used or a bit broken. No view from our balcony. The walls are very thin. Was okay for two days, but we wouldn't like to stay longer than that (in this room).

Wonderful !! its nothing fancy, its off the track away from town but the staff are amazing! nothing is too much to ask, they are all so kind. The rooms are basic but everything you need is in them, and so clean! I would and will go back any day - my new home on Paros.

Room was basic but very clean and had a nice balcony/terrace. It is about a 15 minute walk to town/ the beach. The service was amazing- they picked us up and dropped us off at the port! The pool is great to have and they have breakfast/lunch available to purchase!

Bigger than we thought the place would be in terms of size of the entire hotel. I thought it would be a small property but it wasn’t. Small but clean and refreshing g pool. Bar available all day inside. Huge lounge/garden communal area for breakfast or any time of the day gatherings. Steve will pick you up at the ferry for free (tip him though okay!) and he’s an Englishman who is quite quirky and entertaining...

Wonderful place... Value for money.. Super clean with new electronic devices.. The yard was amazing full of flowers perfect for you to take your breakfast.. Peaceful and relaxing like a village even though it's 10 minutes walk from the port. Way better that expected and presented on the pictures

I highly recommend it. For its price it is a truly amazing place. We do not expect 5-star hotel facilities, but for what we pay it is more than satisfactory. Very close to the city center, it is not at all prohibitive to move and walk for lovers of walking. There is of course free parking, which makes traveling by car even easier. Spacious Apartment on the Beach. Clean, Comfortable and Perfect. But the Star of this property is Spyros, the owner. What a guy! I'd ask him a question, turn around and 30 seconds later the answer would be on my messenger with a list of options and their Google Map Links. He is an absolute Sweetheart that makes this a Gem. The word helpful would fall short to describe Spyros.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Right next to the beach and surrounding bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and extremely quiet at night. Spyros was a gentlemen was great getting to know him. Extremely helpful with anything you need to know about the Island. Will be returning!

Perfect location having said this, a bit outside of the city center but in walking distance. It is calm, very clean and has a very charming greek atmosphere. The owners Peter and his brother are really nice guys and try to help (whatever you need, such is car rental, trips etc.). You feel like beeing part of a family. I can only recomend this fantasic place. See you guys definitely again!!!

Peter is a gem. To start, he gives you his personal phone number which you can use to reach him should you need anything at any time of the day. When we ran out of toilet paper and needed extra sheets and pillows he brought them right away. When we needed help at 5:00am starting our ATVs so we could watch the sunrise he came to our rescue. The hosts are very nice, Pipina helped us with everything, she guided us where to eat (they were delicious recommendations), booked a beautiful full day boat tour for us. The property is beautiful and the view is very nice. The cats are very friendly. Overall very nice, we were 3 girls and felt safe and comfortable.

We spent 11 day at the apartment. Very good service , our host gave us all the information we needed. We even rent a car from them. The view over the bay is spectacular and the room had all we were looking for. Short walk to the sea and a longer walk to the center of Parakia

Excellent location with a beautiful view of Parikia. We rented the Junior Suite and the deck was fantastic as well as a nice kitchenette and a comfy bed.. The staff was super and helped with a rental car as well as transportation from the ferry and then to the airport.

A friendly family run apartment located 10 mins walk outside of Parikia. ( walking vis the shirt cut) They can also organise transfer from the Port which I would recommend as there was a long queue for a taxi when we arrived. We spent a wonderful 6 days at Cyclades Studios. The location was very close to the Parikia Beach and about a 10 minute walk to the main port. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The little kitchen was well equipped with everything for cooking and eating in our home away from home. Really enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful garden courtyard just outside our front door...

We had a lovely time in Paros made all the better by staying at the Cyclades Studios. Location is of the main drag so very peaceful. Our studio had a lovely terrace with space for a table and chairs, 2 sun loungers and a rack to dry clothing. The studio has everything you need in order to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. Angie's Studios is a wonderful place regardless if you're travelling with your parents, partner, friends or children. Angie provided us with transportation from and to the port. The owner is great and the apartment is situated close to a few supermarkets which also have baby products. Also it was a 3minute walk to the sea front where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Angie also have a big garden where you and you family can sit just enjoy the garden

The big downside to our stay was the staff. We wanted to book a quad with the hotel, but we realized afterwards that there was a promotion on the website that had not been mentioned to us in person. Due to ferry cancellations and delays, I arrived on Paros past 1AM, but they were still there to pick me up. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and gave me some fab recommendations. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and clearly designed with comfort in mind (plug sockets by every bed, a little drying rack on the balcony, a REAL hairdryer etc.). I’ll be back!!

I loved my stay here. It's 5-10 minutes from several different beaches and from the old town and really close to the port. The view from the balconies was beautiful! And all the people were so nice. When I checked in they sat with me and showed me where all the cool stuff to see was and how to get there. If I come back to Paros, I'll definitely choose here again.

A home away from home at Stratos Apartments And Studio. We are amongst family we're treated like we were their own. Such hospitality, lovely location, friendly staff and family members. Great rooms, clean and close to Port, super market and beach. The only place I would chose over and over again ❤️
