This is a nice hotel on Paros, but I don't think it felt like a 5 star hotel. (Certainly 4!) It was nice, and we liked the shuttle to Parikia everyday - but the room itself wasn't as nice as I thought it would be. There was some evidence of wear on the floors and furniture, which took away from the overall luxury feel. The shuttle was nice, and maybe it was because we visited in the off season but...

The resort looks very nice, runs are quite new, although a few of the lights in our room didn't work. The main problem was the cats. They are everywhere in the resort, even got to our room's porch a few times. The staff were very very nice to us.

I spent 8 nights at Hotel Kontes in February (out of season). The hotel was very welcoming and the rooms clean, modern and warm. The hotel is perfectly located in the main town of Parikia where there is a good bus service to other parts of the island. The service was excellent and I would particularly like to commend Gillian on reception who was especially helpful. I would definitely stay again

Talk about great location! Right by the bus stops and the ferry. Clean and spacious and it was close to the town to it was perfect for transportation, food and shopping. If you are looking for a place.. this is your place! We loved it and would stay again!!

This hotel is super convenient, directly across from the ferry port, near all sorts of restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of a beach and some historical sites. The staff is super nice and our room was large and comfortable. We spent three wonderful nights there and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We travelled from Canada and stayed at the Paros Palace for 3 nights and we had an amazing stay. The hotel is lovely and every staff that we interacted with were amazing! They have shuttles that pick you up and drop you off at the port, which is the centralized location for anywhere you want to start your day/night. There you can catch a taxi any other place. Great hotel with good food and service. Very close to Parikia. Hotel will pick you up at the ferry port and take you to the esplanade where all the shops and restaurants are. They will also pick you up. They will arrange a rental car and have the car at the property for you. Everyone is very nice. Property is very pretty with views of the bay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is located in a busy area near the port with many nearby restaurants. However, our room was very quiet due to the high quality sound proofing windows. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful.

We loooved this stay! The views from the room were beautiful. Breakfast is provided and everything was delicious. The variety of food changes each day. The workers were amazing and very accommodating. We were able to get transportation to the port. They also helped us rent a car at a cheaper rate! It was one of our favorite stays!

Our favorite accommodation and experience while traveling the islands this summer. Margarita was tremendously helpful from check in, organizing a rental car that was delivered to the hotel quickly, shuttle to port and incredible recommendations from beaches and restaurants across the island. The staff are amazing !!! I have stayed in this hotel twice. While my experience was positive and I do recommend it, it decently is not the cheapest. The location is brilliant ! Middle of the road hotel in a great in-town location. The hotel appears to have a lot of extra-firm mattresses of which we scored two. We did not get a lot of sleep on the beds whose mattresses could have been cut from Naxian marble. Staff could not do anything about the bed situation, although they did try.

We were there for our honeymoon in Paros. The sea-view rooms are absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. The restaurant area for morning breakfast is also very nice. In the room, the beds (being of metal frame) were quite squeaky. The AC power is a bit low, it doesn't cool as fast as you would want. But overall, the hotel is for sure recommended !!

We had the best experience at this hotel!! We had room 103 beautiful view!! The hotel is near town and the port. We absolutely love it!! The people there can not do enough for us!! I stayed here for 3 nights with my young son. Yes, the decor is a little outdated but it’s in a fantastic location-everything is within walking distance and you won’t get a better place to watch the sunsets (right from your balcony). The service was good, breakfast okey (could be better as pointed out by other reviews here). Fabulous view to the ocean. I didn't mind the mountain-view at all, so you can go with that if you want to save a little. The water may take a while to heat up so keep it running for a short while if you want to take a hot shower.

The management of this hotel was exceptional. My husband had to be air lifted to Athens. The management and staff were so caring and compassionate about our well-being. They were amazing. The hotel was so clean and a beautiful energy in this place. I loved our stay. I would never stay anywhere else if I was to return.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Right next to the port and near many restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are clean and tidy and have air con and have a balcony. Very friendly staff and we got dropped at the port free of charge. Amazing value.

It's a great hotel, it's only problem being not having any luxurious amenities, like a pool, big rooms, nice view, e.t.c.. It does a few things, but it's great at it! The stuff is friendly and helpful, the rooms pretty cozy, and he whole building emits a feeling of familiarity and relaxation. It's perfect for a couple of nights. Just a regular hotel, nothing fancy, but comfortable, it was clean, and perfectly located near the beach and the port. Besides, it was very cheap compared to other similar hotels in the area and other islands. There are a lot of places to have a meal, dinner or even a breakfast. There are several rooms with views to the sea, but make sure it is in the first floor

One of the best 2 star hotel of Paros. My wife and I stayed 5 nights. The stuff and owners are very friendly and polite! The room was very clean and very quiet! The neighborhood was great too and only 1-2 minutes away from the restaurants of downtown Paros. One night I was thirsty and the owner brought me bottle water in my room with no charge. I would strongly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel, amazing sunset views. Breakfast was really good as well. The only mark down would be the amenities in the room. For the price paid, I would’ve expected better amenities (ie a proper hair dryer that works, nice soaps, etc). Overall though an amazing stay!

I loved this place!!! I was there June 8-12 and Aria and Anka were the best! Super sweet and always smiling. They were always quick to help as well as all the other staff. They made me feel at home. I would definitely go back. And the name says it all. Breathtaking sunsets!!! Oh and breakfast. It was great!!! Peach juice and a variety of preserves. Yum!!

We loved our stay here at Sunset View Hotel, it was perfect! The price was so reasonable for our sea view room, the room was spotless and same for the pool and restaurant area. The sunset views every night were a major plus and created the perfect dinner setting with amazing cocktails 🎉

Good location if you don't mind walking 1km into town or rent a car. A little tired around the edges, typical Greek simplicity. However, excellent value and wonderful views.

Bigger than we thought the place would be in terms of size of the entire hotel. I thought it would be a small property but it wasn’t. Small but clean and refreshing g pool. Bar available all day inside. Huge lounge/garden communal area for breakfast or any time of the day gatherings. Steve will pick you up at the ferry for free (tip him though okay!) and he’s an Englishman who is quite quirky and entertaining...

Very well placed at walking distance from city centre, and that about sums up the really good points of the place. Very thin breakfast, minimal comfort in the rooms, not so clean showers, too short shower curtains. Not really bad though but 2 to low 3 stars level. If you get there, make sure you do not overpay.

Rooms are decent, and the sight is good depending on which one you've got. It is however not hard to hear whaf your neighbors are saying, as the walls don't isolate very well. Some of the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is pretty decent, just don't touch the coffee if you have taste buds.

Visited this during island tour . It was a great base to stay , centrally located near to the port , beach and bars , restaurants. Welcoming staff and relaxing gardens and location . We had a room with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel . This overlooked the church and the rear pedestrian path into the town .

Really nice quiet and clean accomodation in the centre of Paros. Good equipped kitchen and lovely staff who accommodated an early check in. Very easy to get to restaurants, public transport or the port. Next door to good free public parking. Would stay again

Lovely central location with garden is a plus. Room and furniture are dated, weathered, and somewhat dingy. The kitchenette wasn't of much use since it was impossible to actually cook. Staff were friendly and helpful.
