We stayed at the Moxy in July 2021, and it was truly an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly accommodating. We traveled with our then 3-month old son, and they provided a bassinet for us, as well as a corner unit for utmost privacy. It's a nice place overall, the rooms' setting reminds me of the Z hotel or the Yotel. I had a lovely stay there, it's also not very far from the city center it took me about 20 minutes to get to the main square on foot.

Great location, parking available, staff very polite and friendly. Room was clean, appreciated the kettle. Shower sucks, sprays water everywhere - needs fixing. Breakfast was nice, great variety and again friendly staff. Falsely advertised as ‘soundproof’ - we heard every noise, inside and outside including all the moans …. Awkward! As much as it was clean, really smelly hotel - wouldn’t stay again...

We were staying and we're happy. Sure there was a loud market next door, but it did not bother us. Great breakfast. Very pleasant service. The virus was nice. The little patch off grass on the roof made it home.

Easy walking distance to the pedestrian downtown and this pedestrian area was extensive although it was black Friday and a festival for St. Andrew so I don't know if it is always closed for pedestrians. Great location, in the very center of the city - stores, restaurants, cafe, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance. Friendly staff especially at reception and cleaning staff. Breakfast could be better.

Its a very nice hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms. It provides all the amenities and is located at the heart of the city. Only downside is the paper thin walls. You can hear the noise from the street and the rooms beside you. Also they only provide breakfast, and the internet connection is not the best. But a good choice overall!!

Absolutely lovely and unique place - modern rooms with the sea view, very hospitable hosts, tasty and big breakfast and a nice restaurant downstairs. It has an access to the beach so it's a very comfortable place for holidays. It's family owned and everyone cared that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic and there is a village nearby called Psathopirgos.The host is very friendly and the rooms are stunning and very clean

Clean room, good location, my balcony has a nice view (not all rooms have this view to the pedestrian street). I don't know about the breakfast but there are a lot of places nearby for that. The bathroom was a little bit small but I could manage... Not easy to find a parking spot in this area...

This is our third visit and we will be back again. The rooms are clean and modern and the service is always good. The hotel overlooks the bus station so perfect for when we are traveling back to Zakynthos from Athens. An ideal position for the bus station and restaurants for dinner. Perfect.

It's a short 3 minute walk to the coach station.The room had a reasonably okay bed, slightly hard mattress, but the room was bright and cheerful, the shower was hot and the towels spotlessly clean. Old hotel with few amenities but located right at the beach in a very calm part of the city. Approx. 10min walk to the suburban rail station, operating once every hour to the city as the only nearby form of transportation. The restaurant is below average and rather expensive, but there is only one alternative in walkable distance.

The hotel was decent for its price. It's very near next to the beach. You have a free sunbed, but it was extremely annoying not being able to have a free sunbed available since it's not only dedicated to tourist who are booked in the hotel, anyone can have a free sunbed. We stayed here whilst visiting my brother who had been admitted to hospital in Patras. We were pleased with our choice. The hotel is well located next to a shingly beach with a good beach bar. The rooms are comfortable and clean and whilst dated, they do the job - hot water, air con and a fridge. The on site restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price and all the staff were so helpful...

Perfect ...just what you need after long ride

Ideal for anyone traveling on the motorway and wants a break. Ideal for those going to the Rio university hospital is in walking distance. On the same road is restaurant's, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery near to the hospital very good. Also near the roundabout is a restaurant which has traditional food with very good prices.

Super friendly staff, closed parking, daily refreshments. Right on the shopping street to do all necessary groceries. Would recommend to takeaway coffee and breakfast from one of the establishments in town - and consume on the apartments balcony or patio. I'm from Thessaloniki and discovered this hotel while visiting my fiancé who lives in Rio, Greece. I was surprised by how spacious, clean, classy, brand new and modern all the rooms were. The environment is amazing, since this place is FAR from a regular hotel Lots of 2-floor houses (separate apartments on ground floor and first floor) one next to the other, making you feel like you're in a small neighborhood...

Great hotel in Patra, close to transport and dining

Parking did not exist-streets so filled with cars. Room was satisfactory even though very small.

I went in this hotel in August 2023 and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms and the bathroom were clean and tidy as well as equipped with all the necessary items (including a small fridge). Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and very good position, only 5 walking minutes from the central square of the city.

Unfortunately we where on a cruise and I fell I’ll in Greece I ended up in Patras in hospital we then transferred to the Costello city hotel in Patras for 2 weeks. I haven’t got one bad thing to stay about this hotel the the staff looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. The hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent continental and cooked bacon eggs etc. So thank you to all the staff...

Where to start with ! From the excellent, extremely helpful and professional staff? The super new, modern, comfy, clean and uniquely designed areas? The fantastic room with all amenities? Super bathroom. Everything was perfect. We will use this hotel as reference measure for our future stays in the center of cities. Very good breakfast.

This is ok place for vacation. However, it is mostly for parents with toddlers. It’s true that renovation is long overdue, but other than that it’s well kept, clean, peaceful. Food it’s nice, but basic, service is professional, bar and pool are great, beach is minute away, with stones and A LOT of sunbeds. Now, truth is that most sunbeds will be already taken if you come later to the beach or pool...

The hotel building and rooms are very old. The photos shown on the hotel's website does not reflect the reality. It is impossible to find sunbeds at the beach when you are a bit late to go after breakfast. There is absolutely no sound insulation in rooms as I had to listen to the guests next door shouting. The breakfast was OK. Would I prefer it again? No.

So glad I chose this hotel for my business trip. I had to check out early in the morning and they had taken care of everything: taxi and lunch pack. Also they have a great pool and the beach is not busy. Personal of the hotel were really nice. I really had a good time.

Very good location with a beautiful view of the beach and the bridge, free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, deep pine shadows that give a pleasant coolness. The food and drinks are excellent, and the staff is very kind. Daily cleaning of the rooms, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. Great hotel in Patra, across from the sea and right near in the center of the city. Rooms are clean and comfy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Βασίλης (Vassilis) and Δημήτρης (Dimitris) were very helpful, only really delt with them during my stay. Cleaning crew was also always very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved this Hotel for it's old worldly charm - some of the features and fittings are amazing, like the fireplace in the dining room and the marble. It's a bit of an old building and about 6km from the center of Patras. But the location is good enough to have a private beach and the sunset is beautiful. And they were so kind that they called at 11pm and refunded me the tax they charged me. ^^ Thanks to the staff who prepared breakfast, I was able to get a tour of Patras and participate in the Halloween festival. We just stayed one night there. We took a taxi from the ferry terminal and found out that the bus station was right next-door. Very convenient. The place was beautiful and the staff at the restaurant were amazing. The breakfast was huge. It had everything you could want.

Spacious and comfortable room, but an unpleasant and persistent smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the room (304). The sea view overlooks the port and the road, allowing noise from traffic to filter in. Noise from the hallway was also noticeable. The garden rooftop, however, is beautiful. There's a car park right next to the hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel within walking distance of Patras' well known Psila Alonia Square. The clean rooms, service, and breakfast were impeccable. I brought my daughter to Greece to show her where her roots are from, and places like this made the experience special. If you are in Patras, do NOT miss the extraordinary Patras Archaeological Museum, which is a gem!

This a superbly located hotel - very thoughtful and helpful staff; rooms have good/interesting decor and are well set out; beds are very comfortable; the buffet breakfast is generous - we stayed overnight at the start of our time in Greece and again as we left (by ferry)!

Right on the main walking street and the major square, you feel like royalty when you enter a discreet carved wood door into 19th Century luxury.
