Super Hotel with Great view and very nice Location. A front is a very large sunny beach ,with a big one swimming pool. But the most of all ,it was the Service and very Helpful people. Thanks a lot we will come again.

Really well priced for all inclusive. Food is not that great but two people just drinks made it worth it. Unbelievable nice view. Staff was amazing, easy cheap to taxi to city center for sight seeing. Very family friendly.

We stayed in for one whole day and night, got to enjoy the pool, the beach, the coffee bar, spectacular views from our balcony, including the Rio- Anti r R io Bridge, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing stay, thank you so much 💓.

We’re here now. The hotel is incredibly beautiful, spacious, Clean and the person at the front desk is just out of this world. So nice and helpful and patient. He is amazing. He gave us the best advice on restaurants nearby and we loved them! The room is beautiful with an incredible view. It is such a great luck to be literally on the beach a few steps away. This is ok place for vacation. However, it is mostly for parents with toddlers. It’s true that renovation is long overdue, but other than that it’s well kept, clean, peaceful. Food it’s nice, but basic, service is professional, bar and pool are great, beach is minute away, with stones and A LOT of sunbeds. Now, truth is that most sunbeds will be already taken if you come later to the beach or pool...

The hotel building and rooms are very old. The photos shown on the hotel's website does not reflect the reality. It is impossible to find sunbeds at the beach when you are a bit late to go after breakfast. There is absolutely no sound insulation in rooms as I had to listen to the guests next door shouting. The breakfast was OK. Would I prefer it again? No.

So glad I chose this hotel for my business trip. I had to check out early in the morning and they had taken care of everything: taxi and lunch pack. Also they have a great pool and the beach is not busy. Personal of the hotel were really nice. I really had a good time.

We had nice stay in this hotel. Good ratio money/offer. Rooms really need to be renovated, but they are clean, cleaning of the rooms and changing towels is daily. Great view on the bridge. Outside of hotel is great. Good beach

Very good location with a beautiful view of the beach and the bridge, free sunbeds on the beach and by the pool, deep pine shadows that give a pleasant coolness. The food and drinks are excellent, and the staff is very kind. Daily cleaning of the rooms, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. A complete impression of a pleasant vacation, excellent for couples, and of course for families with children

Great hotel in Patra, across from the sea and right near in the center of the city. Rooms are clean and comfy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Βασίλης (Vassilis) and Δημήτρης (Dimitris) were very helpful, only really delt with them during my stay. Cleaning crew was also always very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved this Hotel for it's old worldly charm - some of the features and fittings are amazing, like the fireplace in the dining room and the marble. If you wanted to find fault - there is room for improvement on the balconies and staircases (which you don't see if you use the lifts) - but the room was HUGE, the bed was HUGE and comfortable, i adored the bathroom and everything was spotlessly...

Beautiful old Hotel. Perfectly situated on the Patra water front, close to the city pedestrian precinct... You have a great shopping choice.. COVID crisis we requested a voucher for a non refundable booking and they were kind enough to offer this. We have travelled to Patra many times. Although it’s dated and old, we consider it very good value compared to its peers and the location is very central, most importantly the customer service is up to standard! Spacious and comfortable room, but an unpleasant and persistent smell of cigarette smoke lingered in the room (304). The sea view overlooks the port and the road, allowing noise from traffic to filter in. Noise from the hallway was also noticeable. The garden rooftop, however, is beautiful. There's a car park right next to the hotel.

Very nice hotel located on the waterfront in Patras providing amazing views of the sea, port and mainland. The breakfast is served on the top floor offering plenty of choises for every taste. We also had dinner on the rooftop terrace as Samar restaurant proposes an exquisite and diverse menu. Location is perfect, especially as we came in by bus from Athens and the hotel was walking distance from the bus station as well as close to the old port where we took off the next day to Sami.

This a superbly located hotel - very thoughtful and helpful staff; rooms have good/interesting decor and are well set out; beds are very comfortable; the buffet breakfast is generous - we stayed overnight at the start of our time in Greece and again as we left (by ferry)!

It is an elegant small hotel in the centre of the city and entertainment precinct. The staff were charming, especially Gerasimos,? as well as the other staff. I stayed there decades ago with my parents, so it was a bit of a nostalgia trip for me. Over the years, the hotel has become somewhat more luxurious, but remains thankfully unpretentious.

Very nice hotel, friendly personal, good breakfast, perfect rooms. You will feel like at home. Have own parking, but at evening it is almost always busy. In 5 minutes walking distance there are a lot of restaurants and shops.

Very good location and exceptionally friendly stuff! We really enjoyed it, however if you’re not into night life, ask to get a room to the court yard because there is a night club across the street and we couldn’t sleep properly.

A unique place to stay in Patra's heart! Recently reconstructed, this 10-room hotelŷ is located in a beautifu oldl mansion house. Reconstruction kept and showed every detail of the mansion house with total respect of the mansion house history. Totally recommended!

Very nice space. Clean and tidy renovated building in the center of Patras. You travel to older times. It belongs to the Byzantine Hotel. Too rich breakfast, with average quality though. Courtesy and proper service from reception staff.

Absolutely stunning hotel, I wish they had more branches everything was 5 star. We had rental car problems and they even tried to help us sort that out.. the staff were sent from heaven, simply amazing and helpful .. the rooms are stunning design gorgeous and everything thought through … I could live in the bathroom. Breakfast was also amazing.

I've been wanting to come to this place for a while and we finally did. I loved everything about it. Beautiful courtyard and stunning rooftop where we watched the sunset while having tasty cocktails. The staff both upstairs and downstairs were brilliant with perfect English and made me feel like a local. Thank you!!! I cannot wait to come back for brunch.

Beautiful conversion of old house in town centre. Food excellent and convenient for sightseeing. Rooms very comfortable and breakfast excellent. Very pretty enclosed garden where you can eat dinner.
