Hotels on first line in Patras

Now, truth is that most sunbeds will be already taken if you come later to the beach or pool, but that is the fault of other guests (mostly parents) who decide to take on 12 beds per family (even if they are just a couple with a baby, for example) and then they spend the day on just one set of beds, while other beds remain occupied with their stuff, making it unusable for other guests

My suggestion is that hotel starts charging for sunbeds and this problem will be solved. Other than that, this is also nice base if you want to visit the other parts of Peloponnese

The food and drinks are excellent, and the staff is very kind. Daily cleaning of the rooms, bed linen and towels are changed regularly

However, it is mostly for parents with toddlers. It’s true that renovation is long overdue, but other than that it’s well kept, clean, peaceful

Food it’s nice, but basic, service is professional, bar and pool are great, beach is minute away, with stones and A LOT of sunbeds

So glad I chose this hotel for my business trip. I had to check out early in the morning and they had taken care of everything: taxi and lunch pack. Also they have a great pool and the beach is not busy

the beach is totally unprepared for the season and the garden as well. the garden bar was not open and the safeguard was doing his job at the pool and leaving back home

The room is clean and tidy, the view is great, the beach is across the garden, there is also a seaside restaurant and bar at the door, it feels great

Super Hotel with Great view and very nice Location. A front is a very large sunny beach ,with a big one swimming pool. But the most of all ,it was the Service and very Helpful people. Thanks a lot we will come again.

Hotel perfectly located in front of the beach with direct access to it (unfortunately closed outside the summer period). The view from the room was magnificent on the sea and the mountains opposite

We stayed in for one whole day and night, got to enjoy the pool, the beach, the coffee bar, spectacular views from our balcony, including the Rio- Anti r R io Bridge, breakfast, lunch and dinner

It's a bit of an old building and about 6km from the center of Patras. But the location is good enough to have a private beach and the sunset is beautiful

Very nice sea view from out room, excelent servivice, warm welcome, and delicious food! Terase has a magnific sea view and we spent very nice moments here for breakfast and dinner! We enjoyed a lot our staying to you! Thank you Teatro Deluxe family!

Absolutely lovely and unique place - modern rooms with the sea view, very hospitable hosts, tasty and big breakfast and a nice restaurant downstairs

It has an access to the beach so it's a very comfortable place for holidays. It's family owned and everyone cared that we enjoyed our stay

The rooms are great and very stylish, the food amazing, very elegant Greek cuisine with a nice European gourmet twist and their excellent service should be "copied" from other hotels! Just great!! I recommend it totally! Thank you Dimitris, Aggeliki, Faidra and all the other members of the staff!!

The location is fantastic and there is a village nearby called Psathopirgos.The host is very friendly and the rooms are stunning and very clean

You have a free sunbed, but it was extremely annoying not being able to have a free sunbed available since it's not only dedicated to tourist who are booked in the hotel, anyone can have a free sunbed

The hotel was decent for its price. It's very near next to the beach

Old hotel with few amenities but located right at the beach in a very calm part of the city. 10min walk to the suburban rail station, operating once every hour to the city as the only nearby form of transportation

The restaurant is below average and rather expensive, but there is only one alternative in walkable distance

We stayed here whilst visiting my brother who had been admitted to hospital in Patras. We were pleased with our choice. The hotel is well located next to a shingly beach with a good beach bar

Great view of the sea and pleasant staff but not very good beds

Right across from the water, there are taxis just outside that you can take right into the city or even walk. Close to cover shops and kiosks, and a short drive to the bridge

The price is very reasonable and they will do your laundry as well. I recommend for a comfortable stay of any duration of time

Nice hotel for two stars. It has WiFi car parking A/c and a nice breakfast. All is fine.

Being English and not speaking Greek I was struggling but one particular receptionist FAY was most helpful she could not help done more for me. The room was just what I needed very clean and breakfast was very good

We couldn't figure out how to use the public parking lots (with limited hours) near by, so ended up using a 24-hr secured garage called Auto Parking overnight for 16 euros or so, about 6 min walk away, which was perfectly workable

My wife had a bad accident while on holiday in Kefalonia and we were transferred to the mainland. I needed a hotel and was dropped off by a taxi at the Olympic Star hotel

I also stayed in the Patras Palace, which was about 2x the size, per room, with a brilliant view (5th floor) for a similar price, and Bizantino, plus the one next to the Byzantino, that is operated by the Bizantino, for almost double the price (on both counts) - and unless the view is a must, I'd pick this one over these others

Being nearly 80 I struggle with the modern world, so would like to say a big thank you to the Olympic Star and especially FAY

The room was really nice clean and and beautiful, service was respectful and didn't bother,now for the location it's a bit far from everything but it was nice for me because I was close to my location where I wanted to go,a bit expensive ngl but it is what it is now

The room was a good size with plenty of storage space and seating area. Big tv with international channels. Breakfast was a typical breakfast in a Greek hotel and replenished often

Great hotel in Patra, across from the sea and right near in the center of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Βασίλης (Vassilis) and Δημήτρης (Dimitris) were very helpful, only really delt with them during my stay

Cleaning crew was also always very friendly and helpful

The people working reception were lovely and competent. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our room had wood floor, not carpet. The roof garden has a nice pool and great view

If you wanted to find fault - there is room for improvement on the balconies and staircases (which you don't see if you use the lifts) - but the room was HUGE, the bed was HUGE and comfortable, i adored the bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean

The hotel is right by the sea, making it easy to find. There's a dedicated parking lot right next to the hotel for €25 per day. After checking in, the front desk will help you open the door and park with a remote control

Very nice hotel located on the waterfront in Patras providing amazing views of the sea, port and mainland. The breakfast is served on the top floor offering plenty of choises for every taste

The location of the hotel is good. You can see the sea when you have breakfast on the outdoor terrace. The breakfast is very complete. The hotel is very new and the room is not big

We just stayed one night there. We took a taxi from the ferry terminal and found out that the bus station was right next-door. The place was beautiful and the staff at the restaurant were amazing

Absolutely stunning hotel, I wish they had more branches everything was 5 star. We had rental car problems and they even tried to help us sort that out. the staff were sent from heaven, simply amazing and helpful

Phenomenal boutique hotel we stayed at on the way to Zakynthos. A true hidden gem. Restaurant is Michelin star-worthy with sublime flavors and phenomenal presentation and attentive service.

The hotel staff spoke very good English, had a very good attitude, and helped to reserve a parking space in advance. The breakfast was also great, it was a brunch in the form of ordering, very attentive!

I brought my daughter to Greece to show her where her roots are from, and places like this made the experience special. If you are in Patras, do NOT miss the extraordinary Patras Archaeological Museum, which is a gem!

Excellent hotel and smiling service. Walking distance to the city center. Parking in front for 2 cars. In the next block another parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Old city style decor. Beautiful experience.

Very nice hotel, friendly personal, good breakfast, perfect rooms. Have own parking, but at evening it is almost always busy. In 5 minutes walking distance there are a lot of restaurants and shops

Excellent boutique hotel within walking distance of Patras' well known Psila Alonia Square. The clean rooms, service, and breakfast were impeccable

This a superbly located hotel - very thoughtful and helpful staff; rooms have good/interesting decor and are well set out; beds are very comfortable; the buffet breakfast is generous - we stayed overnight at the start of our time in Greece and again as we left (by ferry)!

Location is perfect, especially as we came in by bus from Athens and the hotel was walking distance from the bus station as well as close to the old port where we took off the next day to Sami.

Beautiful room, very atmospheric with nice accents. Delicious breakfast in the morning. When you step outside you are immediately in the shopping street with many nice shops and wonderful bars with nice music

Clean and tidy renovated building in the center of Patras. It belongs to the Byzantine Hotel. Too rich breakfast, with average quality though. Courtesy and proper service from reception staff

The room was a nice size. Breakfast choice was really good. I went for the smoothie bowl and a juice. Location was close to most things I wanted to see!
