For a 5 star, very surprised not to have had at least 1 bottle of water in the room, the room remains correct and comfortable however the toilet close to the sink is not very practical

The location is good and the beach is also good

The room has a great view, the breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of fruits, salads and other foods, there are multiple outdoor swimming pools, and the elevator goes directly to the beach.

About 2 weeks ago I visited this hotel with my family and we had a very nice experience. The restaurant had a big buffet for breakfast and dinner with plenty of options and in general great food. Stayed as part of a four-stop, family, holiday. Really liked the hotel, the location and the facilities. Our two rooms had access to a private pool, which was lovely. The private beach is lovely and not too crowded. Breakfast very busy and fairly chaotic with coffee machines way too slow to cope with demand. Didn't notice airport noise at all, from our side of the hotel.

I took the 2a bus from the airport... Keep in mind it's about a 15-minute walk from the airport to the bus stop.. and then about a 10-minute steep walk uphill... I almost gave up two or three times on my way there... Once you get there you have direct access to skyview restaurant who we can view the various planes landing and taking off... unique experience!

The Royal Hotel is located opposite the airport runway, but this had no impact on our night. Friendly staff, and the breakfast buffet is decent.

The service is very good, the ingredients are also very good, the sanitation conditions can be improved, especially next to the runway, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and it is more convenient to be next to the bus stop, which is very convenient for entering the old town. It is a very good location with beautiful seaside scenery.

Hygiene: Average, Very Average

Had a really nice stay! The staff were super friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable. The room was new or recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and clean. The only small downside was the bathroom—it was a bit tight, and the open shower made it hard to keep the rest of the space dry. But overall, a great experience, and I’d definitely stay again!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. When we arrive, we were suppose to choose between twin room or double room and there is no double room available and we were in advance. Then in the room, no shampoo, no soap, the AC was not working well and made a terrible noise even on sleep mode. Well, what can I say, absolutely fantastic hotel, treated like royals, management sould be proud of all the changes and upgrades over the last few years, staff were also a credit to your hotel, previous sewage smells were very limited with work having being done to eradicate this, would highly recommend if you want a relaxing quiet hotel.

This is worth it. However, careful with the room chosen and the activities you want to do. We booked a room with a sea view, okay this should be great. "View" is actually correct, because the hotel is in two separate buildings. One literally on the private beach, the other on the other side of the road. The hotel is no where near a 4*. The staff were very friendly. The cleaning was okay. The food was one way. There was only one type of fruit served throughout my holiday. This hotel was small and friendly but had slippery floors in places which could (and did while we were there) cause falls. Only one shop nearby but on bus routes to other resorts.

Splendid view from the room, nice personnel, clean pool and good prices. Rooms have TV, A/C, bathroom with bathtub, clean towels. The furniture is a bit old, but good. If you are scared by the nearby airport, don't worry: the planes don't fly at night and also the doors don't leave outside noise in the room, so your sleep will be perfect! :)

They could be a little more attentive to cleaning, but they were always happy to help, friendly and nice to us. It's a two star hotel, so don't expect 5 star services or conditions. If you can understand that, you will have a very pleasant stay. Close to the airport, but we didn't mind the planes at all.

Me and my partner recently stayed here. Very peaceful and in an ideal location situated near supermarkets & restaurants. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. Despite being a shared pool, we found it very private and we were able to enjoy time to ourselves. The lady at reception couldn't do more for us and was very polite. We would definitely stay again!
