Stayed at the hotel, location is very good.
Rooms are clean but need some renovations.
Breakfast was good. Room service good and towels were changed daily.
Staff were great especially Johanna at the reception, she goes out of her way to help. Always promptly acted on our demands and is very helpful. She’s an asset to the company! Thank you for being so nice to no we’re not guests!

The hotel is a bit old and ripe for renovation, but the rooms are spacious, well insulated, very clean and tidy, every day the maid cleans the room, changes towels and bed linen. The food is varied and delicious. The staff is professional and maximally at your service. The pool and bar next to the baten is great. I missed better internet, it's weak or no signal in the rooms. A serious drawback is that there is no beach, there is one but it belongs to another hotel. Transportation to the city is excellent. In my opinion, it is still a bit overpriced for its age and location.

Food Experience:
One shocking discovery was that drinks at dinner were not included, even though we prepaid for half board (which supposedly covers breakfast and dinner). We were baffled—how can drinks be unlimited at breakfast but not at dinner? And to make matters worse, you aren’t allowed to bring your own water to dinner. When we did, we were told it was against hotel policy, essentially forcing us to buy their overpriced drinks.
Breakfast itself was average, with the same selection every day—beans, toast, eggs. The coffee was a standout, though. Dinner, on the other hand, was amazing, which was a pleasant surprise.

Hotel Appearance:
We were honestly disappointed upon arrival. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online—it was really underwhelming. We felt completely catfished. The pool was disgusting and dirty. In fact, we overheard another couple canceling their stay because of how disappointed they were. If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this is definitely not it. I’m genuinely confused as to how this place is rated 4 stars.

Room and Service:
The room was decent, though the AC in one of the rooms wasn’t working properly. Thankfully, they fixed it shortly after we reported the issue.

Location:
I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here. If you don't plan to, it might be better to find accommodation closer to Corfu Town. Although there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, you’ll usually have to take a bus into town first to go anywhere else, which is a hassle. Staying in town would make things much easier.

I've read a lot of reviews about this hotel, both high and low scores, but my experience was just perfect. The room is good, had everything we needed (the only thing was that we didn't have double bed, just two single beds pushed together), we had AI and food was perfect, a lot of choices for every meal. Pool is nice, staff is amazing. Our flight was late at night and we checked out earlier in the morning - we were allowed to use a room to shower and rest before the flight. Staff is very helpful and kind, they helped us get through the island by bus, printed timetable for us... it was a perfect experience. We didn't care about outdated rooms or furniture in the hotel like I saw other people pointing out - it was clean, our rooms were made up every day. It is really well connected to city center and from there you can go by bus to the most beautiful parts of Corfu. The beach near the hotel is ok but I'd advise to look up for some places where you can get in an hour and for 5e experience perfect turquoise waters, the Corfu you imagine.

To be fair I’ve stayed in worse hotels but I wouldn’t class The Ariti as a 4 star. My experience was that the rooms are very outdated, the Wi-Fi in my room was unusable and the air conditioning was poor. However the main reception area is quite grand and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is also set in a very desirable area, close to the airport and other amenities.

We were offered a transfer this hotel as there other hotel on the island was a complete joke. However, the manager was professional and very helpful and helped us transfer which was much appreciated.

The Ariti grand hotel is OK. The beds were comfy. The pool area is adequate with a bar.

The downsides: food is terrible and gives you a bad stomach. All meat is dry and looks to be from the night before. Bar man and restaurant staff extremely unprofessional. Far away from town centre and have to use bus/taxi. The first night they ran out of beer by 9pm and poured it from the pool bar into a bucket, then poured it into pint glasses from the bucket. No hot water on the second night, when calling reception they said we have no problems in the other rooms but we will send a mechanic tomorrow. No offer to use a hot shower in another room. Next day everyone said they had the same problem and was cold in the morning aswell.

The restaurant was a ghost town with no one at lunch or dinner. If the food is not being eaten you can imagine how much effort they put in for the next day, very little. Less than 5% do all inclusive, maybe because it doesn't show up as an option on certain devices or maybe because the food is terrible. If you want a drink - water, beer, wine, coffee you have to ask them it's not help yourself.

Overall for the money I'd find somewhere better and I wouldn't come back or recommend this hotel.

The Brian hotel group seems to be doing well but sadly they neglect some of their hotels.

What’s funny is that in this hotel, water is not replenished daily in the room, and you won’t find a water cooler or fridge (even during lunch and dinner). When you request water for the night, despite it being all-inclusive, you have to pay 2 euros for 1 liter of warm water.

The snack bar only means extra breakfast items, and only 1 or at most 2 items are considered all-inclusive, and you have to announce that you are here and that you are all-inclusive. As for alcoholic drinks, the hotel itself decides what is included in the all-inclusive package.

I stayed here during my trip to Corfu and it was a decent hotel. Definitely deserving of the 4 star rating, but nothing more.

The rooms were clean, everything was functioning, and they were spacious.

The service is alright, though I didn't feel the need to interact with the staff too much as everything was in order.

Now, the main attraction and the thing that amazed me the most was the food. Every breakfast and dinner were amazing and had more than enough choices for everyone to find what they liked. They even served Gyros once and every dish was of restaurant standard quality.

The main turn-off for many, however, might be the location which is relatively far from the inner city and has rather slim and difficult roads towards it, and the fact that the hotel itself is near the airport so planes may sometimes be heard. I personally haven't heard any when inside my room and my sleep wasn't interrupted by anything or anyone so it's not much of a problem for most people.

Overall a beautiful, fairly rated, and modern hotel.

Few nights stay at the hotel 🏨 overall a good experience! Starting with the positives, the rooms were spacious, had good air conditioning and the balconies had great views over the pool and the airport. The common areas were spotless, there was an amazing terrace on the ground floor with views and the people at the receptionists were extremely helpful! What is more the room was cleaned daily and there were some parking on site.
On the other hand, The hotel, including the rooms maybe need a little bit of a facelift.
It was an overall an acceptable experience but it did not feel like a four star hotel.
