Where to stay in Plaka

The hotel is lovely. Great rooms, beach access and a lovely homemade breakfast. But the real charm and best part of the stay here is Despoina and her family. they are good Greek folks, hospitable, helpful and honest. We couldn't have been more happy!

We were guests here this August and I can confirm what has already been stated. Moschoula is a super caring host, there’s a comfortable private parking inside the residence (which is something precious and not easy to find in the very narrow streets of Tripiti!), the apartments are cleaned every day. We also appreciated the position - we were able to easily explore the island.

Excellent value for money. We got a large room with an even larger terrace. The owner is a very friendly woman, she brought us home baked cakes in the morning. Lovely view of the surroundings and the sea. Lemon trees in the garden. Bed very hard, but that's how it is at most places here.

Perfect balance between cost and service. If you rent a moto or a car it s easy to go around the island. We had a large room with the kitchen (and the supermarket is near to the hotel, 2 minutes walking). Very friendly and helpful. I asked for help to do an expedition to Athen (the key of the previous hotel) and they took care of it without any cost.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean and awesome breakfast. Furthermore, the staff was very helpful. They've helped us to find a nice boat tour and even a last minute rental car. Don't hesitate to book your stay in Milos at Agnanti.

Near Adams and Plaka, the owner can arrange a scooter for rent (really suggested) on demand. I gave 3 stars because the owner was nice with us, and he offers a free transfer to the port the day of check out.. personal opinion: they should improve the breakfast, the chitchen is not well furnished... If you are looking for something exclusive, probably these studios are not what you are looking for

We stayed here for four days when touring Milo's and it was amazing! George and the team went above and beyond from picking us up and giving us the best recommendations for where to go. This place did an absolutely amazing job helping prepare us for our trip to the island. They picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry, helped us slept in all day sailing cruise, help organize scooter rental with on-site drop off and pick up, gave wonderful suggestions for things to do on the island, and help arrange flowers and wine for my fiancé in our room upon arrival. This hotel was just right for us. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Location was a short easy walk from the port. Rooms were clean and made up each day with fresh towels. As others have mentioned, Eleni was so lovely and welcoming, and the 5 minute walk into the port area was very convenient, especially as taxis are fixed fare on the islands so you can easily pay E20-40 for relatively short trips, so being close to town and the bus stop was a real plus. This hotel is connected to a travel agency that has their own boat tour. The all day boat tour is well worth it. The manager was incredibly helpful, arranging the boat tour and a discount on a car rental. The hotel itself is about a 6 min walk from the main bustle of town which kept it quieter and worked for us.

We recently spent 8 nights at the Milos Hotel. The hotel was spotless clean and all the staff from the owner Sophia, her daughter, the night receptionist Christina, and everyone else who worked there, were very attentive to all our needs. Arrived at Hotel Eleni Milos on July 4 for 4 nights. Eleni and all her staff couldn’t do enough for us. Anything we wanted like kettle, cups,plates and cutlery wasn’t an issue. What a beautiful stay we had! We booked a sea view room on the second floor. We were welcomed with warm smiles, cute cats and a lovely receptionist. The hotel was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to shops, the port and the beach. We hire ATVs which was also walking distance to explore the island.

Second time here and would stay again. Not on the waterfront but conveniently located and not far from the beach, 200m and also very close to town. The owner Katy is lovely and has reality gone out of her way to assist me when my debit card got swallowed by an ATM machine. Thank you Katy.

For my daughter, who is a cat lover, this is the perfect place, as there are lots of cats. The rooms are very cozy and the daily housekeeping is excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The entrance patio with its pergola is beautiful.

Stayed for 3 nights. Clean room, great air conditioner, and own washing line. 5 minute walk down to the port where there are plenty of shops/tours/restaurants. Only down side is no safe for valuables and no shower screen/curtain. Would recommend!

The suite was really good and owner were nice too. While checkin you will get all the surrounding areas details (tourist information). Since it’s not hotel so there won’t be any reception. It’s distance from port is 400-500 meters also if you have luggage then try to go by road not by stairs (which will exhaust). This was the best experience of our hotel stays. The hotel is superb and the price very fair for the value received. We really enjoyed our holidays at Giannoulis hotel. Miss Moschoula was a great host. She was very helpful giving us the right guidelines to explore the island. The views, outdoor terrace, and proximity to port, restaurants, shops, beach and public bus all made this a perfect place for my stay. Also air condition was great at night. Room had a refrigerator which was nice. Be mindful there are lots of steps from town/port to hotel so a little challenging with luggage. Super convenient location, it’s literally right above the Milos port, so can save a lot of time if you’re coming to and from by ferry. Room is clean and neat, very spacious. The set up is minimal but it’s good enough. I want to commend on the air con being very strong as it might get hot sometimes. If you’re renting a car, can also park in front of hotel, but I had so much trouble getting through...

Really cute place with great value and good location in Adamas. This small familyrun hotel has clean rooms, verandas and a cute garden where you can enjoy your own breakfast. We stayed in the familyroom which had two bedrooms and a small Kitchen. It is very centrally located in Adamas and the couple running the hotel are very nice. They even gave us fresh apricots from their garden.

Very clean room, people with a smile arrived at noon and while she was at work Mrs. Dina hugged us and gave us information for a long time with the best on the island without a trace of prejudice, indeed it was better, until "after Mrs. Dina said it" became an attack. the point is terribly convenient and quiet a few meters from the main artery...

This is a perfect place to stay in Milos! Everything was amazing from time we arrived. We arrived early and they expedited the cleaning of our room, and they also gave us access to our own bathroom/shower and luggage storage. They also gave us some complimentary snacks while we waited. Maria sat with us for about 45 minutes and showed us a map of the island, the best beaches, and the best places...

The staff at Melagrana are great! They took out a map and suggested places we go to. There was good communication regarding getting breakfast orders in (which comes in a cute basket). We walked there from the ferry. Everything is close by. The room was a good size. Note: you can't put the toilet paper in the toilet here. They stored our luggage too. Would definitely stay again!

Maria and the other staff were wonderful. Very nice property. Note that the property and the parking lot are dirt roads/streets and very dusty.

The hotel itself is amazing, but the staff made it even better. We did a lot of research before going, but the staff had amazing recommendations on top of that. The location was perfect, near the port and so many shops and restaurants. The only thing that they can improve is the pillows :). But that's just my preference.

Lovely property in a great location with very convenient parking. The real charm of this hotel is the staff!!! They went above and beyond to recommend the places to visit, help us book a boat tour and find great restaurants.

What an awesome stay! The hotel is extremely well located; Near tons of restaurants, bars, shops, rental vehicles spots, beaches, and the port. Room was renovated with quality material, bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a charm! I can without a doubt would stay at Semiramis Hotel should I ever go back to Milos!

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and provided us with great recommendations and advice for our stay. The hotel is in an amazing location with easy access to the port, restaurants, bars & cafes. Our room was cleaned daily and we had a lovely little balcony which we used for both relaxing and drying out laundry. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Milos.

My stay at the Hotel Semiramis had some very positive aspects, but also some downsides that, unfortunately, prevent me from giving it a perfect score. The Good Without a doubt, the best thing about this hotel is its location. It's just a 3-minute walk from the port, which is incredibly convenient, especially if you're arriving by ferry. The entire restaurant and nightlife area is right around the corner...

We spend few days in this lovely hotel in main center of Adamas!! We have a lovely and beautiful experience that make us want to come back in beautiful Milos over and over again! Staff and owners working in a professional way and give us many many tips about Milos make it easier for us to explore the island! Next year we will get back to you guys!!! Milos is a paradise!!
