The hotel is great value for money. We stayed for 3 days with breakfast and dinner which are both served in a really great buffet. Good hotel but there are big points of improvement especially for the huge price increase compared to last years. Last year we booked a hotel like this for 1300 eur last minute, this year it was 2000 eur months before the summer. The buffet is great, good quality food but the staff needs guidance. We are very glad AKS Porto Heli was recommended for us . The staff was really helpful, the conditions were good. Everyone were nice and cooperative , invited us with a smile, with the desk manager. The view from the hotel is wonderful and we found the staff to be incredibly kind and helpful. The outdoor amenities are great - they have a roof top deck and a killer pool area. Includes breakfast is such a nice perk and I loved the Greek eggs. I also like that the hotel is a little bit outside of downtown, it makes it quiet and peaceful.

We stayed for 2 nights in September at a sea view room. The position and view is excellent! The rooms were nice with all amenities and with adequate space but could use some renovation. I would definitely recommend for the scenic location and service.

Can recommend this hotel for kids above 4 years old. Only thing to mention is that kids club, restaurant and live music not working same day - Tuesday. Use this day for going out to Porto Heli for evening walk at the center.

Excellent location, a lot of athletic activities, including gym, 5X5 soccer pitch, summer volleyball, 2 tennis courts, and a small outdoor basketball court. excellent service and great value for money. the staff were always there to help you. I did not use the pool which was cleaned daily because the beach was very nice. I learned from locals it is one of the best ones in town!

Great hotel, nice modern design, chill atmospere, amazing breakfast. The pool is nice, the water in the sea is very calm and warm. The rooms are huge and all of them face the sea and the Porto Helli Golf. There is a parking. The center of Porto Helli is closed, 15 - 25 minutes walking. There are good and rapid ferry connections to Soetses or Hydra Islands. Excelent for coupkes with small kids.

The place looks luxurious. We were traveling with a child and a toddler. The place has a unique mixture of upper class and party vibe and also strangely enough, feels family friendly. The breakfasts are amazing. The pool is very beautiful and the facilities never felt crowded. Highly recommended for families who don't want to feel they are in a vacation centered only around the children.

Amazing place where you can find party with amazing music and sunbeds and quiet peaceful times as well on seaside. They have top sushi and burgers, food is just amazing!

Amazing service!!! We just got back from a week there and the customer service and staff was some of the best we have experienced! So helpful and accommodating, they made everything so easy for us. It’s great that you can get a water taxi right from the hotel and it’s very easy to get back and forth to the main port. The resort is amazing. Clean and tidy rooms, extraordinary spa and hammam facilities and one very helpful, friendly and hospitable owner, Mr Kostas. It is located near Porto Cheli, in a quiet and peaceful location. Totally recommended!

Super friendly in a quiet place near the center of the city, with amenities of a 5* hotel. Breakfast is charged extra but it is cheap and superb. Clean, with a/c and a pool and endless areas for kids to enjoy. Parking is shadowed and free within the hotels area.

This place is quiet and it has a nice yard. We enjoyed our stay here because it's away from the noise and it gives you a feeling of being above the sea. Beautiful spa facilities although I haven't tried them. Good quality of sleep, Coco mat mattress. Breakfast is just modest but okay to start the day and go out. I've been here for 2 days, so I will start only with initial thoughts on a 5-star experience. Stunning Hotel but would have expected to have cases lifted up the stairs on arrival to reception. Also, when checking in, I would have expected to have been shown to the room. So let's see what the next week brings 😏

By far the prettiest hotel in Spetses. The building history and heritage and architecture are amazing and the location is perfect. However and it is a big however, the state of the rooms is unacceptable. The lack of maintenance is visible and concerning. We were two couples and in both rooms there was a problem with the air conditioning and the safe. The ac turns off alone and switches to heat mode...

Perfect place to stay when visiting spetses. The rooms are great with very comfy beds. The service was great and the staff were fantastic. It is a beautiful old building on the main port so it is easy to go anywhere. It’s located in the town so everything is just a quick walk or ride away. 100% recommend.

Top value for money. Could use some upgrades but it is viable and for the money it is top notch. Perfect for families, with several kids facilities and kids pool.

Clean and comfortable. Great view at the bay of Porto Helli from the main building. Nice relaxing, garden view from the buildings uphill. The personnel is genuinely polite and helpful. Relaxing around the pool is a must. Either during the day for a swim or in the evening for a drink.

What a fab experience! Food was good, room service were kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean with fairly comfy beds and we're very spacious. The pool was very clean and well looked after and the pool bar had some lovely drinks. All in all it was a great hotel with very friendly staff and good food.

We got a room on the 8th (800+) building which has a nice few, but it is far away from the pools and the restaurants. It was very hot, so each time we took the car for eating and swimming. Only breakfast was served in a close, air conditioned room. The pool bar was expensive and without a few to the wonderful sea. Playground was open only till 6pm. All personal where friendly and helpful.
