Good hotel but there are big points of improvement especially for the huge price increase compared to last years. We stayed for 2 nights in September at a sea view room. The position and view is excellent! The rooms were nice with all amenities and with adequate space but could use some renovation. I would definitely recommend for the scenic location and service.

Can recommend this hotel for kids above 4 years old. Only thing to mention is that kids club, restaurant and live music not working same day - Tuesday. Use this day for going out to Porto Heli for evening walk at the center.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki Beach! Breakfast had many delicious options, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The location is perfect as we visited both Hydra and Spetses, not to mention Porto Heli!

Super friendly in a quiet place near the center of the city, with amenities of a 5* hotel. Breakfast is charged extra but it is cheap and superb. Clean, with a/c and a pool and endless areas for kids to enjoy. Parking is shadowed and free within the hotels area.

Amazing villa Hotel in Spetses with great Breakfast and fantastically kind owners

Villa Martha is one of the most beautiful accommodations you can get in the island. Inside is a small oasis on its own right. Every room is equipped with an AC and TV and they are very clean! Superior suites are very specious and they overlook the gardens. What makes it even more fantastic though are the owners Mr. Dimitris and Mrs. Vasiliki. Whilst the room was a bit small, it was comfortable, clean and the AC was great, the breakfast was lovely and the owner could not do enough to help us. We were there for my god daughter's wedding and I forgot my tie, so Dimitius lent me one of hs Chinese Silk ties, luck really because not of the beautiful shops sold ties!

Clean and comfortable. Great view at the bay of Porto Helli from the main building. Nice relaxing, garden view from the buildings uphill. The personnel is genuinely polite and helpful. Relaxing around the pool is a must. Either during the day for a swim or in the evening for a drink.

What a fab experience! Food was good, room service were kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms themselves were lovely and clean with fairly comfy beds and we're very spacious. The pool was very clean and well looked after and the pool bar had some lovely drinks. All in all it was a great hotel with very friendly staff and good food.

We got a room on the 8th (800+) building which has a nice few, but it is far away from the pools and the restaurants. It was very hot, so each time we took the car for eating and swimming. Only breakfast was served in a close, air conditioned room. The pool bar was expensive and without a few to the wonderful sea. Playground was open only till 6pm. All personal where friendly and helpful.
