S&C Kosmos Beach Resort

Wonderful little family resort. Great place to disconnect and connect with family. Located on a nice pebble beach and the sound of the ocean. The location is at the end of a short dirt road but you need to follow the directions they provide otherwise you will get lost. After the first time you will be fine. Having a car is a must as they is no public transport available. But it is within a good distance to all the must see spots in north Corfu. The Apartments are basic and a little dated but clean. The pools was lovely and clean. The housekeeping came daily to clean the bins and every two days for cleaning. The highlight though was the grilled fish and salad made at the little restaurant cooked by the owner Spyros is amazing - the best we had in all of Corfu. He even showed me how to make it and gave me some of the seasoning mix to take back with me. Overall this is a great place for families and reasonably priced also.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. The sunsets were breathtaking, providing a perfect end to each day. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with delicious meals and excellent service. I had the best fish of my life, even better than at La Côte d’Azur restaurant. The chef's exceptional skills and perfect flavors made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. Spiros was incredibly attentive and made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect.

The cleaners were meticulous and ensured my room was spotless every day.

Such a great place, pool, beach and garden are just perfect. Rooms could be better, specially the bathroom. Can’t argue (literally), Spyros’s food is just the best in Corfu.

Access by public transport near impossible, but with rental car - excellent, some what scarry, but excellent. Lovely pool and access to near perfect beach! Loved it!

Actually, I don't know where to start! The facility itself is situated in an incredibly picturesque location, right by the sea. Peace and quiet, the sound of the waves. It is not easy to find it - it lies off the main roads - which is its great advantage. Incredibly well-kept common areas - swimming pool, garden, just something beautiful. From the garden you enter directly into the sea. The gardener looks after and cares for the greenery every day - you can see that he cares about the area very much. The water in the pool is also checked daily in terms of water quality, which is not obvious in such facilities.

If we are at the service, I must really appreciate the cleaning lady - very polite, kind, helpful and the only one in the facility who speaks good English.

A car will certainly come in handy there. I recommend sidari rentals - they bring the car to the place, they have good prices, you can negotiate. We got a Peugeot 5 people. for approx. 32 euros / day (14 days) + we paid 5 euros / day for additional insurance. But we were out of season (September) so it could have been cheaper. The nearest shop in Roda is 5 minutes by car and about 25 on foot.

I recommend that you go just at the beginning of September, the sea is still warm and the people are a bit smaller. As for the island itself, it's not crazy. We've been to many Greek islands before and Corfu is a bit disappointing. To relax in warmth, peace and quiet by the sea - the perfect place. But if someone is a fan of sightseeing and "doing things", they may be disappointed. There are few attractions, and therefore they are very popular, so ultra-touristic, which generally does not suit me personally.

Coming back to the resort itself - the interiors are no longer fresh, but not bad. Such an ordinary Greek standard. Air conditioning everywhere, which can be crucial during the season. We practically did not use it in September, although it was warm sometimes. If we go right along the beach, we will come to a small cliff. If we go left we will come to a large resort with a thousand rooms (nightmare), if we pass it and go further along the sea we will find the Three Brothers restaurant - our local discovery. We've been twice and highly recommend it!

And finally: when we left, we left some loot (including an envelope with cash!) - everything was sent back to us without any problems.

Generally, I recommend that if I was going to Corfu again, we would choose the same place. We were 11 people, a perfect place for groups, families with children and solo / twin travelers.

I recommend it to everyone who is looking for peace and quiet. For families and couples alike. A car is needed because you can only buy groceries in Roda. The apartments have partial or full sea views. The pool is fresh and warm. You can take a shower between the sea and the pool. There are sun beds on the estate. There is an evening bar, there I haven't really seen people. The staff is very kind and helpful. The sea is about 70m from your accommodation.Pebble and warm.You can walk for a long time while you can swim. If you walk on the beach you will find a sandy beach part. The accommodation can only be booked from 3 in the afternoon. You can go scuba diving and horseback riding. into your car and pinch. We need light protection because there are not many shadows on the whole island. We are here in August 2021. We were also in Paleokastritsa and Sidari to watch accommodation. There you will not find such peace and tranquility as here. There is mass misery and noise everywhere.

Lovely scenery, amazing staff and very peaceful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday by the beach. It is best to rent a car so you can see all the north corfu has to offer. 10/10 would return
