3 star hotels in Sivota

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home....

Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. On the other side though cleaningess could improve, bed mattresses and pillows were too old and tough and the shower in the bathroom was too small and was flooding everything...

Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle. The photos show what we woke up to. Everyone there showed us their warmest hospitality. Everything from the room, to the views to the magnificent food. Thank you!!

Great sunset and views! However the building would need to be reformed since it s quite old. And the bathroom smelled really bad.

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and we were amazed by the view of the Ionian sea with Corfu and Paxoi! Nice clean room and a nice swimming pool as well. Out of the crowd , near the town of Sivota. This wonderful place is located between Sivota and Perdika. Really clean and renovated rooms. Been there last 3 years. Staff really friendly Distance 3km from Sivota In short distance from beautiful beaches.

Amazing Villa. Amazing hostess, very friendly, always available, the villa with the private pool was very clean every day, the pool was gorgeous and most importantly, private. Well done to the owner/s. Keep it clean & friendly. We are looking forward to coming back. Friendly advice without affecting my 5 star rating... Lovely place, with great attention to details and very well maintained. Nice views, direct access to a beautiful beach, which is somewhat private due to lack of public parking. The area has a village feeling. Great hospitality as well, highly profesional and friendly.

We spent few days here, but it was awesome. The view is great and the underwater world is amazing!

I certainly won't follow the nasty attitude of a few guys being so unfair to the Management of this property! This is a 3* star hotel, we personally had to deal with some issues upon arrival which got resolved promptly, but the major asset of this place is definitely its people, staff and Management alike, struggling to fulfill every request from its guests!!🏅 All in all, highly rated, highly recommended...

Great place to stay and quiet too. The pool is a bit small but the owners and the cleaning ladies are all very nice and helpful ☺️

What a fantastic hotel!! Friendly staff, great pool and a perfect little play room for the kiddos. The view from the balcony overlooking the town is also to die for. Bathrooms and bedrooms are Modern and very clean. We are a family of 5 and the room for 4+ is a perfect fit. Highly recommended

Excellent value for money. Amazing views, great sea, helpful and polite staff. Rooms are clean and the views are amazing. They can do a bit of a renovation but for the cost of the room, including breakfast, I think it’s not worth worrying over it.

Pros: great private beach, nice and spatious rooms with balcony and pool. Cons: not so intimate, you share a lots of spaces with the neighbours, far from the city center by walk.

Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar. Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.

Very Nice hotel excelent breakfast . The wiew is fantastic. But the bed is not good. You need to change the bed in room 218. In the right side of the bed is a noise every time you turn around. All staff is very kind We will come back

Imagine waking up and looking out over the Ionic sea. Then grab your mask and snorkel, walk down the stairs to the lagoon and enjoy a morning-swim, or use one of the hotel kajak’s and padle around for a bit. Beautiful place, 4 houses with 6 rooms each, located on steep slope, each room with a large terrace, overwatching a green bay. Own infinity pool with bar, no beach, but a nice wooden platform with 4 umbrellas and sunbeds, stairs into calm turquoise see (Great for snorkeling btw). Note, nearby hotels also don't have beaches, but only this one has taken care of a nice platform on top of sequence of rocks...

Great beach friendly stuff the food was excellent even the cocktails were fire all in all it was a great experience so far definitely coming again.

This has been one of the best places I have visited recently. The rooms were great and spacious. The staff and the owner were wonderful people and very friendly. The beach was just beautiful, private and right in front of the hotel. The pool is new and it has a bar where you can grab a drink while cooling in the water. We (a family of 4 with a 19 year old and a 14 year old) stayed for a week in this great hotel. The hotel is about 8 min walk from the town with lots of charming restaurants (it is recommended to reserve if you eat around 8-9pm) and little shops and smaller supermarkets. The hotel is on the beach...with a stretch with sun loungers and a big parasol free for guests of the hotel. We also got 4 beach towels...

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

Best place to stay in Sivota!!

When you are looking for paradise , one word come to me Olivia aqua resort, we made a last minute booking and we’re not sure what to expect, we booked on night coming from the ferry at Igumentia and what a surprise we had !! The hotel is clean , modern and settled in nature with a beach that is amazing . The hotel team are very friendly and helpful and always going beyond , my family and I were delighted...

This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. The grassed areas surrounding the walkways were long and unkept, the pools, notwithstanding numerous complaints on this platform, although sparkling clear the walls and side tiles where covered...

Need to Hire more people to improve services and hygienic rules. Kind and helpful personnel, constantly running after customers to fulfill their needs. Poor management, looks like they don't care too much for their investment. Stunning and quiet landscape ideal for calm and easy vacations

lovely location for the real peaceful and calm vacation. pool was almost for us, 3 minutes walk to the beach. just marvellous. we enjoyed each second. very nice breakfast also

Poor 4 star Pool was dirty with moss growing on tiles and slimy green.. Breakfast was nice selection This a very quick touch up to an old apartment complex. It has a long way to go until it gets to a 4 star complex. Very overpriced and dissapointing only for this reason.

We had a great holiday at Aqua Oliva Resort. Huge thanks to Efi and Dimitra! Everything was perfect! Nice place in a beautiful nature.
