Great (small) hotel; you get the golf-car to take you up-down ... During the stay we had some BAD smell - they've explained it's from the neighbors (problems with canalisation) .... Swimming pool is great for kids; chairs by the see and by the pool are great (especially if you get those under the olive trees by the pool)... Breakfast is more-less the same everyday, but they add something different...

Beachfront, modern, clean and relaxing boutique hotel with magnificent view! We stayed for a week at this lovely boutique hotel and were absolutely satisfied with every aspect of it. The hotel is situated in one of the most wonderful spots of Sivota with a private beach and beautiful nature surrounding. Amazing Villa. Amazing hostess, very friendly, always available, the villa with the private pool was very clean every day, the pool was gorgeous and most importantly, private. Lovely place, with great attention to details and very well maintained. Nice views, direct access to a beautiful beach, which is somewhat private due to lack of public parking. The area has a village feeling. Great hospitality as well, highly profesional and friendly.

Pros: great private beach, nice and spatious rooms with balcony and pool. Cons: not so intimate, you share a lots of spaces with the neighbours, far from the city center by walk.

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home....

Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. On the other side though cleaningess could improve, bed mattresses and pillows were too old and tough and the shower in the bathroom was too small and was flooding everything...

Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle. The photos show what we woke up to. we booked all inclusive. nice pool and beach super views. The co-workers re very friendly and because of covid they pay a lot attention for Beffurt. we got even upgraded Seaviewrooms.

Very nice place! Didn't stay here but went here twice during our week holiday for the nice pool and for drinks. They had no problem with us coming in and using their facilities.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.

Very good location. Near Zavria beach. Host is verry polite and helped us a lot around best surrounding places. Room was spacious and clean. They have parking in front of the hotel.

The room was nice and clean, with a refrigerator, air condition and even mosquito nets on all windows. Both the room and bathroom had plenty of space, and everything worked as expected. The location is also great - just 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops, and 10-15 minutes to from the marina.

This is a hotel which management have abandoned their duties. There are many signs of poor to zero maintenance. The AC filter in our room had not been cleaned and the room therefore stunk of old cigarette smoke. Poor 4 star Pool was dirty with moss growing on tiles and slimy green.. Breakfast was nice selection This a very quick touch up to an old apartment complex. It has a long way to go until it gets to a 4 star complex. Very overpriced and dissapointing only for this reason.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good food. Large rooms where street noise is not heard when the sliding door is closed. The town is a small tourist town as we know it in Greece. Next time I'll bring my fishing rod and rent a boat at the harbor. We would love to come again.

The Syvota Hotel was a good choice for us as we had used a Taverna near by. We normally have a flat with at least 2 rooms but we did not see one that would suit us. This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at in Greece 🇬🇷 The staff was so friendly, they made it feel like we were visiting relatives. Nice clean pool and tennis court. The food is wonderful, so if you don’t get half board, you are crazy ;) The hotel is in walking distance to the best beach Zavia. We will definitely be staying here again some time in the future. Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar. Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.

Very Nice hotel excelent breakfast . The wiew is fantastic. But the bed is not good. You need to change the bed in room 218. In the right side of the bed is a noise every time you turn around. All staff is very kind We will come back

Beautiful place, 4 houses with 6 rooms each, located on steep slope, each room with a large terrace, overwatching a green bay. Own infinity pool with bar, no beach, but a nice wooden platform with 4 umbrellas and sunbeds, stairs into calm turquoise see (Great for snorkeling btw). Note, nearby hotels also don't have beaches, but only this one has taken care of a nice platform on top of sequence of rocks...

We (a family of 4 with a 19 year old and a 14 year old) stayed for a week in this great hotel. The hotel is about 8 min walk from the town with lots of charming restaurants (it is recommended to reserve if you eat around 8-9pm) and little shops and smaller supermarkets. The hotel is on the beach...with a stretch with sun loungers and a big parasol free for guests of the hotel. We also got 4 beach towels...

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

This hotel has one of the best spots in Sivata! Beautiful views from the balcony and very friendly hosts. The rooms are nicely refurbished and air conditioned. They also have screens to keep mosquitoes outside. Negative: it has no lift and the parking area is very cramped and the access to it very steep. It's better to park out on the street.

Excellent place in terms of room/service quality, clean and relatively spacious pool, great staff. One of the most complete breakfast I had in Greek hotels. Not a direct view to the sea, but abundant view. An old plane tree (Platane) at the private parking place of the hotel provides the real and the unique shadow that ones need during the Greek summer...

A great experience for our extended family! We loved the hotel, the surroundings, the food and the high standard quality of the services. But, most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of the owners. Georgia, Nikos and the seniors of their family were great hosts, paying attention to every detail, always with a sincere smile, full of kindness, on their faces. I certainly won't follow the nasty attitude of a few guys being so unfair to the Management of this property! This is a 3* star hotel, we personally had to deal with some issues upon arrival which got resolved promptly, but the major asset of this place is definitely its people, staff and Management alike, struggling to fulfill every request from its guests!!🏅 All in all, highly rated, highly recommended...
