Great (small) hotel; you get the golf-car to take you up-down ... During the stay we had some BAD smell - they've explained it's from the neighbors (problems with canalisation) .... Swimming pool is great for kids; chairs by the see and by the pool are great (especially if you get those under the olive trees by the pool)... Breakfast is more-less the same everyday, but they add something different...

Beachfront, modern, clean and relaxing boutique hotel with magnificent view! We stayed for a week at this lovely boutique hotel and were absolutely satisfied with every aspect of it. The hotel is situated in one of the most wonderful spots of Sivota with a private beach and beautiful nature surrounding. The breakfast and lunch at the hotel were superb. Staff were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful at all times, I cannot praise them enough. The whole experience was fabulous.

FANTASTIC view, but I cannot rate the hotel or restaurant as I only went for a massage. Massage was good, nothing surprising.

This hotel is nice but need to improve the service and the f&b department, as the quality of the food is very poor.

Rather new and nice designed Hotel with a stunning view from the pool, dining area and almost any room or bungalow as it is placed on top of a hill and a rather steep slope towards the ocean. Hotel is nicely designed and all is kept clean and tidy. Nearby you will find a cosy little town with a harbor view and lots of dining possibilities. Some 2,5 km from the Hotel there is a local beach Mega Ammos...

We've just arrived and we felt in love with the place. It's bit far away from everything but if you want just to relax and having good time by the pool I highly recommend it. Also you have free shuttle to the beach.

Pros: great private beach, nice and spatious rooms with balcony and pool. Cons: not so intimate, you share a lots of spaces with the neighbours, far from the city center by walk.

Great resort at a great location! Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms very clean with breathtaking view. Private beach and pool are PERFECT! We thought prices were reasonable. Took away a star because wifi was nonexistent.

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing. The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people. Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home....

Modest family-run hotel, that needs serious refurbishment in the rooms, it felt like I was traveled decades ago... On the plus side the family is kind and eager to help, keeping all the Covid protocols and the view is beautiful. On the other side though cleaningess could improve, bed mattresses and pillows were too old and tough and the shower in the bathroom was too small and was flooding everything...

Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle. The photos show what we woke up to. Amazing Villa. Amazing hostess, very friendly, always available, the villa with the private pool was very clean every day, the pool was gorgeous and most importantly, private. Lovely place, with great attention to details and very well maintained. Nice views, direct access to a beautiful beach, which is somewhat private due to lack of public parking. The area has a village feeling. Great hospitality as well, highly profesional and friendly.

we booked all inclusive. nice pool and beach super views. The co-workers re very friendly and because of covid they pay a lot attention for Beffurt. we got even upgraded Seaviewrooms.

Very nice place! Didn't stay here but went here twice during our week holiday for the nice pool and for drinks. They had no problem with us coming in and using their facilities.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice.

Very good location. Near Zavria beach. Host is verry polite and helped us a lot around best surrounding places. Room was spacious and clean. They have parking in front of the hotel.

The room was nice and clean, with a refrigerator, air condition and even mosquito nets on all windows. Both the room and bathroom had plenty of space, and everything worked as expected. The location is also great - just 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shops, and 10-15 minutes to from the marina.

This is one of the best places I’ve been travelling to. Located on a perfect spot, each room has a sea view. You can walk 10 minutes to Sivota and explore other beaches by walking distance. Excellent venue. We had a lovely holiday thanks to their lovely staff. Special thanks to Gianni, Leonidas, Dimitra, Iota, Mr. Dimitri and the rest of the crew who were always cheerful and eager to help us with any request. One of the few places we visited where the internet pictures matched the reality :) They bay area offers a variety of blue colours creating a very nice landscape picture.

Spectacular views! The rooms with own pool are better as the beach is a little bit small and crowded. Breakfast is ok, but don't expect so much from the restaurant and the bar for lunch and dinner.

Difficult to find with GPS but once there it is a secret paradise. Lovely and very clean swimming pool with a very beautiful beach at 50 meters walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room very spacious with very comfy beds. It is so quite the surrounding that you can sleep for ever with no disturbances

This hotel is the nicest I have ever stayed at in Greece 🇬🇷 The staff was so friendly, they made it feel like we were visiting relatives. Nice clean pool and tennis court. The food is wonderful, so if you don’t get half board, you are crazy ;) The hotel is in walking distance to the best beach Zavia. We will definitely be staying here again some time in the future. I went and used there lovely swimming pool, in order to do this they ask that you buy some food or drink there. The food I had was really nice plus a cold beer. Nice staff too

Beautiful place, 4 houses with 6 rooms each, located on steep slope, each room with a large terrace, overwatching a green bay. Own infinity pool with bar, no beach, but a nice wooden platform with 4 umbrellas and sunbeds, stairs into calm turquoise see (Great for snorkeling btw). Note, nearby hotels also don't have beaches, but only this one has taken care of a nice platform on top of sequence of rocks...

We stayed here for two nights. The best feature is the view which goes on forever and you can see the little Islands surrounding the town. The breakfast was very good. The best feature is again the walk down to the bottom to sit by the ocean where you can slip in through the rocks and spend time swimming in the bay below. Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

Excellent place in terms of room/service quality, clean and relatively spacious pool, great staff. One of the most complete breakfast I had in Greek hotels. Not a direct view to the sea, but abundant view. An old plane tree (Platane) at the private parking place of the hotel provides the real and the unique shadow that ones need during the Greek summer...

A great experience for our extended family! We loved the hotel, the surroundings, the food and the high standard quality of the services. But, most of all, we appreciated the hospitality of the owners. I certainly won't follow the nasty attitude of a few guys being so unfair to the Management of this property! This is a 3* star hotel, we personally had to deal with some issues upon arrival which got resolved promptly, but the major asset of this place is definitely its people, staff and Management alike, struggling to fulfill every request from its guests!!🏅 All in all, highly rated, highly recommended...
