We loved everything up to and including, nothing to complain about, except that this hotel got 10 points in all parameters! RECOMMENDED!

We enjoyed our stay much more than other 5-star large resorts in terms of privacy and customer-oriented service. We would defiantly repeat our experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to others

Convenient and clean suites, breathtaking view, kind and friendly staff, rich breakfast and excellent Mesogeian kitchen.

You can enjoy all facilities at this hotel: bar, restaurant, pool, beach and golf cars that will ease your movement throughout its facilities and from/to the room. Safety measures were respected as well

Perfect hotel on any aspect: room, restaurant, pool, beach facilities. The people working here are what we call in Greece "well hearted". The beach is to my opinion the best in the area

We had one of the higher ones, overlooking the gardens and sea at the rear. Very well appointed rooms, freshened daily, access to its own beach and selection of pools. There's a beach bar at the rear

Pros: great private beach, nice and spatious rooms with balcony and pool. Cons: not so intimate, you share a lots of spaces with the neighbours, far from the city center by walk.

Rita is the Queen of breakfasts, and will ensure you're well feed every morning, with a plentiful selection of cooked and cold offerings. A short walk into Syvota town with a great shopping street, restaurants and Marina

Amazing views, great sea, helpful and polite staff. Rooms are clean and the views are amazing. They can do a bit of a renovation but for the cost of the room, including breakfast, I think it’s not worth worrying over it

Extremely nice place. Overvalued for services it provides but it is on the beach and that pays back

with a stretch with sun loungers and a big parasol free for guests of the hotel. The water is lovely and clean, with areas of colder water. Very nice for little children as well

Kitchen had most appliances needed (even a filter coffee machine). The staff was so nice and friendly. There is a small bar on the beach where you can get coffee, drinks and salads or toasts

The hotel is about 8 min walk from the town with lots of charming restaurants (it is recommended to reserve if you eat around 8-9pm) and little shops and smaller supermarkets

Close by there is another beach with a restaurant. Very spacious (we were in unit 7) rooms, kitchen, dining and seating area. Nice balconies with table and chairs

Great beach friendly stuff the food was excellent even the cocktails were fire all in all it was a great experience so far definitely coming again.

We have been here four times now and have always felt welcomed and looked after. The view from the rooms, pool and breakfast area are simply amazing

Thanasis is the owner and does a great job of making you feel at home. All the food is home made including the jams and is delicious. Breakfast includes a good variety of cooked food, cereals and pastries

Sorry just got around to posting some photos of a WONDERFUL trip to Greece in June 2016. The Arilla Beach Hotel welcomed us with open arms at 2:30am after traveling through the darkness on a motorcycle

The hotel has undergone some renovations over the winter months and the new rooms are very comfortable and clean. The double beds are very large and could easily fit 4 people

The photos show what we woke up to. Everyone there showed us their warmest hospitality. Everything from the room, to the views to the magnificent food

Prices are very reasonable so overall it is good value for money

I have come to Hotel Agia Paraskevi several times and therefore it is time to write this post. Firstly, the location is breathtaking, offering the most stunning views (from your bedroom) between Preveza and Igoumenitsa

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel and we were amazed by the view of the Ionian sea with Corfu and Paxoi! Nice clean room and a nice swimming pool as well

There is a beautiful painting atelier just next to the main building of the hotel which is really beautiful. The hosts and the employees of the hotel , even if they were few, they were very friendly and happy to help

Thirdly the excellent kitchen - breakfast and dinners offers a variety of local and international food choices, buffet of a la carte! Last but not least, the beautiful sandy bays and beaches nearby

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel is located right above the beach, which gives you the opportunity to choose between the pool and the sea. The room was big and comfortable

Insgesamt ein sehr netter Aufenthalt in einer kleinen Anlage mit Häusern in einem Olivenhain. Direkter Zugang zu einer Treppe ins Meer über Felsen, wo man sofort schön schnorcheln konnte. Zum Sandstrand waren es nur ca

150 m gepflasterter Weg über einen kleinen Hügel. Leider waren Ende Oktober schon alle Restaurants geschlossen, aber im Hotelrestaurant konnte man bei Bedarf essen

Upon arrival, we were asked to let them know when we wanted them to clean our room due to COVID restrictions, which was nice

Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea

Own infinity pool with bar, no beach, but a nice wooden platform with 4 umbrellas and sunbeds, stairs into calm turquoise see (Great for snorkeling btw)

Note, nearby hotels also don't have beaches, but only this one has taken care of a nice platform on top of sequence of rocks. Rooms are not big, but all necessary is there incl. Cleaning and towel changing every day

The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff amazingly friendly. Breakfast is great and so is the food we eat in the pool bar for lunch. WHAT a view overlooking the Ionic Sea

STUNNING sea views from apartments. Best views in the whole of Sivota. Big infinity pool with amazing sea view. Private decking by the sea with sun loungers and umbrellas

The best feature is again the walk down to the bottom to sit by the ocean where you can slip in through the rocks and spend time swimming in the bay below. A swimming pool is beautiful but quite warm and very salty

Difficult to find with GPS but once there it is a secret paradise. Lovely and very clean swimming pool with a very beautiful beach at 50 meters walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel team are very friendly and helpful and always going beyond , my family and I were delighted and we extended our stay and for sure will com back. This is our secret place now in Greece 💕

The grassed areas surrounding the walkways were long and unkept, the pools, notwithstanding numerous complaints on this platform, although sparkling clear the walls and side tiles where covered in green algae and slimy to the touch even the safety foot pads on the steps were missing

Poor 4 star Pool was dirty with moss growing on tiles and slimy green. Breakfast was nice selection This a very quick touch up to an old apartment complex. It has a long way to go until it gets to a 4 star complex

We had a great holiday at Aqua Oliva Resort. Huge thanks to Efi and Dimitra! Everything was perfect! Nice place in a beautiful nature.

The room very spacious with very comfy beds. It is so quite the surrounding that you can sleep for ever with no disturbances

What a fantastic hotel!! Friendly staff, great pool and a perfect little play room for the kiddos. The view from the balcony overlooking the town is also to die for. Bathrooms and bedrooms are Modern and very clean

I certainly won't follow the nasty attitude of a few guys being so unfair to the Management of this property! This is a 3* star hotel, we personally had to deal with some issues upon arrival which got resolved promptly, but the major asset of this place is definitely its people, staff and Management alike, struggling to fulfill every request from its guests!!🏅 All in all, highly rated, highly recommended...

Very nice and cosy family owned hotel. We were staying in July and had room 119. Newly restored 2,5 room apartment, with perfect view, and a huge balcony.

The view was amazing from our balcony to the sea that we did not appreciate so much as we preferred the clean We enjoyed the place and the food in the beautiful center of Sivota and it really was an escape that exceeded all our expectations

Beautiful and wonderful! Its location just a few minutes walk from the amazing beaches of the area! The rooms are not only brand new (the whole facility is new) but fully equipped with a lot of taste

The design of the clean rooms is also wonderful (we really enjoyed the football final on a huge TV in the room drinking our esspreso from the machine inside

Great small beach!The sunbeds and umbrelas cost 5€ for 2 persons.The staff is very friendly and the cats and little puppies are adorable.
