This place was a dump. Our room was filthy and don't even get me going on the shower door. There was Water everywhere. The Walk to the beach is 20 minutes on a busy road. We had to stay here because we were with a tour group. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is a bus stop out front. While we waited for the bus to take us into town a taxi cab driver stopped five times trying to get us in his cab. It was extremely creepy!

This was a beautiful resort with great facilities. It is very well located with the bus stop at its doorstep. It is quite close to the beach and some good restaurants. The pool, bar and breakfast is very nice. breakfast was very elaborate and served our needs on all days we stayed. The price of Naxos hotels is quite high, however, in relation, this was quite good for value.

A nice clean well laid out hotel which was totally spoilt for us by the mostly young staff.
They seemed more interested in their mobile phones than caring for the guests or restocking when the cups,spoons and napkins ran out.
We experienced 2 power cuts during our 1 week stay, not their fault obviously but no indication of what was happening re repairs and staff having hot drinks they made on the gas stove whilst the guests had a cold breakfast buffet and only juice.
The hotel seemed to have a stifled and lacklustre atmosphere due to the relatively unfriendly mood.
Not sure whether tipping the staff would have made a difference but we always tip wherever we go once we receive good friendly service from the outset.
We can't recommend this hotel to friends and family due to the atmosphere there.

The common places and exteriors are great but the rooms are getting old.
The breakfast had a lot of options.
Buses stop right in front of the entrance going to the beaches and the city (12 min each).

I believe opinions may differ according to the price paid for the room. Our rate was 69€ a night in high season and I believe that was a fair price.
Rooms are quite dated, but ours was clean and in good condition, with a large shower.
The hotel grounds are nice with gardens and a large swimming pool.
Breakfast is included and offered a large selection of food. Coffee was average and there was no fresh orange juice.
Location is somehow in the middle of nowhere, in between Naxos town and the beaches. It’s better to have a car or a motorbike to get around.

Food is good congratulations to the chef Mrs Irene almost we asking what my group what like to eat the next day !! She Cooks great …service boys and girls so kind and professionals !

Very nice and beautiful hotel, very helpful reception people, just next to bus stop to go to the center, clean and spacious rooms! The breakfast was very good, with variety of foods, fruits and sweets

I called to ask about their hot tub specifically and they told me its 19 euro to use it inside their spa, there is no outdoor one. It doesn't say that on any of their booking listings.
