The location is amazing. Only a short walk- 2 minutes to main street and 5-minute walk to the ocean. The hotel itself, however, is in a small quiet street. We slept peacefully for 2 nights without any noise or disturbances.
Cons: very noisy. The walls have no sound insulation in between rooms (we could hear the other rooms taking) and our room was on the first floor in the lobby and we could hear every sound starting 8 am.
The washroom is also designed in a way where the doors are translucent and don’t fully close. It was also 1 step away from the bed - just something to keep in mind depending on who you are sharing the room with as I found that it didn’t offer us a lot of privacy .

San Giorgio is a beautiful hotel located right in the center of town - super easy to get to and very convenient for exploring Santorini. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with both a relaxing shower and a luxurious bathtub. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.
I highly recommend staying here - and I’m sure I’ll be coming back in the future!
