Amazing resort with amazing people. Vast variety of good food, usually changing. Pleasant treating by personal. Beautiful surroundings. Only catch could be resort's short distance from the airport. Overall, I loved my stay there.

Just came back from a week at the Hotel (Aug 2015) Good Clean Hotel. Staff very friendly. Good variety of food. Alcoholic drinks not great. Would have given it a 4 star rating if they had Air Conditioning in all the public areas not just the bedrooms. Crazy not to have AC in the Reception area. Also no AC in the dining area, Lobby, Inside Bar which was always deserted as it was too hot to sit there...

The hotel is good and reasonable for the money you spend on it. It’s in the middle of nowhere, but the advantage is that you need to walk only 10 mins to the center of the village, where you find tavernas and bars. It’s also within a 5 mins walkable distance from the seaside. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh products. You have what to choose from. It’s not a fancy restaurant but the food is good...

Very friendly staff and a nice room with a garden view. Good breakfest, nothing too fancy, but nothing to complain about it, it keeps you full until your next gyros in the afternoon. The closest beach is Theologos Beach with good wind and waves for kitesurfing and other water sports. Also you must go and have a sit at the at the Cantina Smaragdi. Ugly bathrooms, small shower with curtain. No insect net at the balcony. It can get really hot at night, even tough if you could sleep with the balcony open it will be cold at night. But nooo, no nets because they want you to pay for the air conditioning. The breakfast is kind of poor and they have like this "english" stuff nobody wants at breakfast: beans, cooked vegetables and other lunch like sufl...

Lovely hotel, close to the beach and nice restaurants nearby. Stayed for 10 nights and had a very pleasant and relaxing time. Rhodes town is an hour bus drive away, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again and recommend anyone to stay.

We had the best experience at happy days hotel; we booked a last minute holiday to Rhodes, having never visited Greece before and didn't know what to expect we received the best service at this hotel - every member of staff was welcoming and friendly, every facility was clean and well kept, our room was beautiful (which was very kindly upgraded to a pool/sea view) and everything was 1...

The hotel staff in particular were always courteous and helpful. For example, our rental car and various cab rides were organized and ordered by the reception. We also recommend the bar, both during the day by the pool and in the evening after work. The bartender prepares good cocktails and has a wide selection of very good signature cocktails Furthermore, the rooms have a nice view over the pool area...

We come here every year. We love the peace and quiet it provides. The Hotel is so welcoming that we feel like it is our second home. The staff all work so hard to provide a good holiday for everyone. Lovely hotel placed one beautiful beach with great view, The hotel have two main pools and another one in the spa, three restaurants (Greek, Italian and the last one I don't remember), The Entertainment team is amazing there is a unique show every day in the evening along with activities during the day for kids and adults. The potential of the hotel is amazing, being situated on the west beach of Fanes, all the rooms facing the sea, some of which have private pools. If you look at the pictures on the hotel site, you can see the amenties, like the glass room gym, the dining room, all facing the sea. Very nice family hotel, good home cooking kitchen, sufficient rooms! Absolutely clean rooms, very clean nice pool, very near to the beach. Good infrastructure, near to airport and near to entertainment. The staff is outstanding friendly, the boss deto! Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner! All fresh made and very authentic Greek food. Air-condition works good, but has to be paid extra.

Lovely family hotel with really friendly staff especially George who took the time to show us the most interesting places to go. Great pool area. Rooms are basic but clean and the sea view is stunning. Thoroughly recommend it if you like a quiet base within easy reach of Rhodes town and other sites.

Room was clean and decor looked newly painted. Small bathroom and could do with a full length mirror for us ladies in the room. No toiletries apart from hand dispenser for hand washing and one in shower. Staff are lovely helpful and attentive. Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff were so friendly and loving, and incredibly welcoming. The food provided was delicious with authentic greek food and desserts. The pools were a lovely hangout, with the bar closely nearby. Greek night (greek dancing) was incredible. Going to miss it here, would definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night while our plane was delayed. It seemed a lovely little budget hotel. Perfect for a stop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Fairly rural but not too far from the beach or airport.

The hotel wasn't bad. We were welcomed at reception and shown to our room, which was 1st of all ok but small. Then was upgraded to a bigger room with bunk beds. The bunk beds needed to be made more safe if kids were to stay in the room, but other than that, it was another clothes storage space for us. The shower leaked at the Base of the shower. Very good budget-friendly hotel! Room was basic but had everything you need, only minus point was the shower that was very small and the curtain didn’t stop the overflowing and the bathroom got all wet. The hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff really made this holiday. Extremely warm and friendly and we had a good laugh when my friend and I accidentally locked ourselves on the balcony 😂. I was in Rhodes for a wedding but the main hotel was quite expensive so I had booked Summer View as a "cheaper option" which almost makes it sound like it wouldn't be very good... This truly wasnt the case! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful five night stay at Summer View! The location and the property in general are very beautiful. Furthermore, we were treated in an extremely warm, personal and friendly manner by everyone. We felt much at home and will definitely visit again if we get the chance!

This is a place for people who want to relax. The hotel's location is great, close to the small stony beach (good for your feet :) There aren't many people so you can relax and swim in clean water. Amazing place! I can only recommend this family business run by a greek family. It’s a quite and peaceful place directly next to the beach. You have everything you need: super clean and big room with comfy beds and each apartment has its own terrace. There are sun beds in front of the apartment or for chilling on the beach. Brilliant holiday, great hotel and a real gem. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The rooms were extremely clean and very well decorated. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they did theme nights several times a week, notably a meze on a Tuesday and a BBQ on a Saturday. Filoxenia apartments is a real gem. You feel completely relaxed from the first moment you arrive. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, old trees, beautiful flowers, herbs, lemon trees, lush grasses, all exquisitely maintained . Paradise found. We had the best holiday here. From beginning to end it was faultless. Such welcoming owners and staff. Beautiful gardens, lovely comfortable rooms and beds. The food was delicious and cooked using produce from the garden. I loved it so much I will be returning in September. I would recommend to all, it's a special place.

We have just returned from a week here. Michael the owner welcomed us very late at night and showed us to our room. They were wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Just finished a 10 days stay at Seaview. It's a lovely family run hotel. The restaurant food was delicious. We stayed in a superior room upstairs with lovely sea views and beautiful sun sets. After reading some of the recent reviews I was worried before we went. However, there was no need. We arrived very late (1am) and were placed in a ground floor room, this was old and could do with an update but was clean and beds were very comfy. Next morning we were moved upstairs to a superior room. Very different. Recently done, with a nice bathroom with a glass screen. We also now had a sea view...

Returned home on Thursday 17th from a lovely holiday at the Sea View. We had a basic but well equipped room on the lower ground opposite the pool. The room was regularly cleaned together with fresh towels and toilet paper provided. What made our stay so special was a very welcoming Michael and his small but multi- tasked, friendly team - Anna Maria who tends the restaurant area was very helpful...

Lovely family run complex. Beautifully clean. Situated near a beach. Has a main and baby pool. Lovely food. People return here year after year. Highly recommended.
