Amazing resort with amazing people. Vast variety of good food, usually changing. Pleasant treating by personal. Beautiful surroundings. Only catch could be resort's short distance from the airport. Overall, I loved my stay there.

Just came back from a week at the Hotel (Aug 2015) Good Clean Hotel. Staff very friendly. Good variety of food. Alcoholic drinks not great. Would have given it a 4 star rating if they had Air Conditioning in all the public areas not just the bedrooms. Crazy not to have AC in the Reception area. Also no AC in the dining area, Lobby, Inside Bar which was always deserted as it was too hot to sit there...

Hotel is ok, bathrooms need some renovation. Staff is super friendly and down to earth, bless them. Pool/restaurant/breakfast ok. I would stay there again

Really great hotel, I couldn't fault it. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We stayed here for some wing foiling time on the beach and this was the perfect location and budget.

The place is nice and the staff is mostly friendly. The only person with a negative attitude was a waiter at the bar. Their food is very good and the prices are excellent.

We just came from the Asterias Bay, because that poor hotel has cockroaches and no hot water etc. Then we just find this very nice clean hotel, with kind staff, delicious food, big pool, fantastic juices and cocktails, very near from the beach, cute kittens. We really enjoyed staying in the Sabina Hotel.

Hotel is basic but nice, clean, breakfast is ok you can choose something decent. Room was clean and decor looked newly painted. Small bathroom and could do with a full length mirror for us ladies in the room. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and hotel was nice for 3 star but the Food is awful and had to eat out, and the stench from the sewage through the drains wasn't very pleasant. Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff were so friendly and loving, and incredibly welcoming. The food provided was delicious with authentic greek food and desserts. The pools were a lovely hangout, with the bar closely nearby. Greek night (greek dancing) was incredible. Going to miss it here, would definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night while our plane was delayed. It seemed a lovely little budget hotel. Perfect for a stop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok too. Fairly rural but not too far from the beach or airport.

The hotel wasn't bad. We were welcomed at reception and shown to our room, which was 1st of all ok but small. Then was upgraded to a bigger room with bunk beds. The bunk beds needed to be made more safe if kids were to stay in the room, but other than that, it was another clothes storage space for us. The shower leaked at the Base of the shower. No mains plug socket by the bed . Food was a huge issue...

Very nice family hotel, good home cooking kitchen, sufficient rooms! Absolutely clean rooms, very clean nice pool, very near to the beach. Good infrastructure, near to airport and near to entertainment. The staff is outstanding friendly, the boss deto! Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner! All fresh made and very authentic Greek food. Air-condition works good, but has to be paid extra.

Lovely family hotel with really friendly staff especially George who took the time to show us the most interesting places to go. Great pool area. Rooms are basic but clean and the sea view is stunning. Thoroughly recommend it if you like a quiet base within easy reach of Rhodes town and other sites.

Lovely hotel placed one beautiful beach with great view, The hotel have two main pools and another one in the spa, three restaurants (Greek, Italian and the last one I don't remember), The Entertainment team is amazing there is a unique show every day in the evening along with activities during the day for kids and adults. The food is very good and the staff is very nice.

The potential of the hotel is amazing, being situated on the west beach of Fanes, all the rooms facing the sea, some of which have private pools. If you look at the pictures on the hotel site, you can see the amenties, like the glass room gym, the dining room, all facing the sea. We come here every year. We love the peace and quiet it provides. The Hotel is so welcoming that we feel like it is our second home. The staff all work so hard to provide a good holiday for everyone. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days, staff very friendly and helpful, big and clean swimming pool and very good environment. It would be nice to have iron on demand, as they don’t have any, and double bed instead of two single beds. The standard rooms are quite worn and seen the days. The tv is a size of a tablet. The toilet is so loud when flushing that it wakes up everybody. Beds suited to me, nice firm. Strongly consider taking the air conditioner for extra charge because it is impossible to sleep with closed door at night. The rooms are good, pool and pool area are great, staff are brilliant. Wi-fi is very spotty, food is pretty dire and very repetitive. After about a week, there were no fried eggs at breakfast, no chips at all, no feta for the 'greek salad', no bottled water at the bars. The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the sea. You have to go back up the hill. It's a small village. Unfortunately a bit dirty and the hotel is old. The service is nice and helpful. Different with food. Sometimes very poor and sometimes a revelation. It's a pity the bar closes at 10.30pm. Then there is nothing left to do and you must go to sleep. This is a place for people who want to relax. The hotel's location is great, close to the small stony beach (good for your feet :) There aren't many people so you can relax and swim in clean water. If you want more noise and umbrellas- there is a resort in about 300m. There is also a good kite surfing school nearby. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful five night stay at Summer View! The location and the property in general are very beautiful. Furthermore, we were treated in an extremely warm, personal and friendly manner by everyone. We felt much at home and will definitely visit again if we get the chance!

It is a nice typical economical Greek Hotel, quiet, with clean rooms and a nice pool and view. What makes the difference is the wonderful hard working family that runs it. Katerina, Nikos and family are so great I would stay there just to visit them and the occasional outdoor BBQ is the best around.

Summer view hotel, Theologos.We stay here 3 times a year , ok it's only a 2 star greek family owned hotel but it's location, service and friendly staff mean you come as a guest the first time and leave as a family friend. Katarina, Nico's and the rest of the family will always help in any way to make your stay a memorable one, it's location gives it panoramic views of the sea and turkey in the distance...

Breakfast was very good, so many home made choices from orange jam,homemade cakes and biscuits all very nice. Excellent location..close to almost everything...close to the airport..the apartment is close to the sea and we enjoyed a lot of surfing..the owner is very friendly and we felt like at home..the owner helped us with a lot of things and was very helpful...we had a problem booking With booking, but the owner gave us convenient options for us to get rid of the problem... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; the host Anna is very caring and kind, the apartment is right next to the beach and has perfectly working AC and nice balconies to eat outside or just chill in the evening. Annabel apartments are right next to the beach, which is perfect for kiting and sunsets. Accommodation is simple, but clean and spacious, good for families. AC is working, beds are comfy. I missed little bit more kitchen equipment, like kettle or another stove . But otherwise it's good place to stay.

It has been a wonderful stay. The apartment is right by the sea and about 5-10 mins walk to shops. The woman was very friendly and caring. She cleaned the apartments every day. Also the bar Que Passa close to the apartment was very nice and friendly staff. We couldn't ask for a better holiday and we would come back again.

Brilliant holiday, great hotel and a real gem. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The rooms were extremely clean and very well decorated. Filoxenia apartments is a real gem. You feel completely relaxed from the first moment you arrive. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, old trees, beautiful flowers, herbs, lemon trees, lush grasses, all exquisitely maintained . Paradise found. We had the best holiday here. From beginning to end it was faultless. Such welcoming owners and staff. Beautiful gardens, lovely comfortable rooms and beds. The food was delicious and cooked using produce from the garden. I loved it so much I will be returning in September. I would recommend to all, it's a special place.

Absolutely fabulous and incredible . The most amazing Vila superb facilities and views . The owners are extremely helpful and nothing is to much trouble . Definitely the best Vila I have stayed in. If I visit Rhodes again I will definitely stay here again . A car is recommended if you want to explore the island
